1 Chronicles 24
1 These are also the diuisions of the sonnes of Aaron: The sonnes of Aaron were Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the Priestes office.

3 And Dauid distributed them, euen Zadok of the sonnes of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sonnes of Ithamar according to their offices in their ministration.
Pea naʻe vahevaheʻi ʻakinautolu ʻe Tevita, ʻio, ʻa Satoki ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo ʻEliesa, pea mo ʻAhimeleki ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo ʻItama, ʻo fakatatau mo ʻenau ngaahi ngāue ʻi he tauhi naʻa nau fai.
4 And there were found more of the sonnes of Eleazar by the number of men, then of the sonnes of Ithamar. and they deuided them, to wit, among the sonnes of Eleazar, sixteene heads, according to the houshould of their fathers, and among ye sonnes of Ithamar, according to the housholde of their fathers, eight.
Pea naʻe tokolahi hake ʻae kau tangataʻeiki naʻe ʻilo ʻi he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻEliesa ʻiate kinautolu ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo ʻItama; pea naʻe pehē ni ʻa hono vahevaheʻi ʻakinautolu. ʻI he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻEliesa naʻe ai ʻae kau tangata ʻe toko hongofulu ma toko ono naʻe ʻeiki hake ʻi he fale ʻo ʻenau ngaahi tamai, pea ko e toko valu ʻi he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻItama ʻo fakatatau mo e fale ʻo ʻenau ngaahi tamai.
5 Thus they distributed them by lot the one from the other, and so the rulers of the Sanctuarie and the rulers of the house of God were of the sonnes of Eleazar and of the sonnes of Ithamar.
Naʻe pehē ni ʻae vahevahe ʻakinautolu ʻi he talotalo, ko e faʻahinga mo e faʻahinga; he naʻe fili mei he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻEliesa, pea mei he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻItama ʻae kau pule ki he faletapu, mo e kau pule ki he ngaahi meʻa ʻae ʻOtua.
6 And Shemaiah the sonne of Nethaneel the scribe of the Leuites, wrote them before ye King and the princes, and Zadok the Priest, and Ahimelech the sonne of Abiathar, and before ye chiefe fathers of the Priests and of the Leuites, one familie being reserued for Eleazar, and another reserued for Ithamar.

7 And the first lot fell to Iehoiarib, and the second to Iedaiah,

8 The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
Ko hono tolu kia Halimi, ko hono fā kia Siolimi,
9 The fifth to Malchiiah, the sixt to Miiamin,
Ko hono nima kia Malikisa, ko hono ono kia Misamini,
10 The seuenth to Hakkoz, the eight to Abiiah,
Ko hono fitu kia Hakosi, ko hono valu kia ʻApisa,
11 The ninth to Ieshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
Ko hono hiva kia Sesua, ko hono hongofulu kia Sikania,
12 The eleuenth to Eliashib, the twelft to Iakim,
Ko hono hongofulu ma taha kia Iliasipi, ko hono hongofulu ma ua kia Sakimi.
13 The thirteenth to Huppa, the fouretenth to Ieshebeab,
Ko hono hongofulu ma tolu kia Hupa, ko hono hongofulu ma fā kia Sesipeapi,
14 The fiftenth to Bilgah, the sixtenth to Immer,
Ko hono hongofulu ma nima kia Pilika, ko hono hongofulu ma ono kia Imeli,
15 The seuententh to Hezir, the eightenth to Happizzer,
Ko hono hongofulu ma fitu kia Heseli, ko hono hongofulu ma valu kia ʻAfisesi,
16 The ninetenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Iehezekel,
Ko hongofulu ma hiva kia Pitia, ko hono uofulu kia Sihisikeli,
17 The one and twentie to Iachin, the two and twentie to Gamul,
Ko hono uofulu ma taha kia Sakini, ko hono uofulu ma ua kia Kamuli,
18 The three and twentie to Deliah, the foure and twentie to Maaziah.
Ko hono uofulu ma tolu kia Tilaia, pea ko hono uofulu ma fā kia Measia.
19 These were their orders according to their offices, when they entred into the house of the Lord according to their custome vnder the hande of Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel had commanded him.

20 And of the sonnes of Leui that remained of the sonnes of Amram, was Shubael, of the sonnes of Shubael, Iedeiah,
Pea ko hono toe ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo Livai eni: ʻI he ngaahi foha ʻo ʻAmilami: ko Supaeli: ʻi he ngaahi foha, ʻo Supaeli; ko Setia.
21 Of Rehabiah. euen of the sonnes of Rehabiah, the first Isshiiah,
Pea ʻia Lihapea: ko e ngaahi foha ʻa Lihapea; ko hono ʻuluaki ʻa Isia.
22 Of Izhari, Shelomoth, of the sonnes of Shelomoth, Iahath,
Pea ʻoe kakai Isia; ko Silomoti ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo Silomoti; ko Sehati.
23 And his sonnes Ieriah the first, Amariah the second, Iahaziel the thirde, and Iekameam the fourth,
Pea ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo [Hepeloni]: ʻa Selia ko e ʻuluaki, mo ʻAmalia ko hono toko ua, mo Seesieli ko hono toko tolu, mo Sikamiami ko hono toko fā.
24 The sonne of Vzziel was Michah, ye sonne of Michah was Shamir,
Pea ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo ʻUsili; ko Maika; pea ʻi he ngaahi foha ʻo Maika ʻa Samili.
25 The brother of Michah was Isshiiah, the sonne of Isshiiah, Zechariah,
Ko e tokoua ʻo Maika ʻa Isia: pea ʻoe ngaahi foha ʻo Isia; ko Sakalia.
26 The sonnes of Merari, were Mahli and Mushi, the sonne of Iaaziiah was Beno,
Ko e ngaahi foha ʻo Melali, ko Mali mo Musi: ko e ngaahi foha ʻo Saesia; ko Pino.
27 The sonnes of Merari of Iahaziah were Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur and Ibri.
Ko e ngaahi foha eni ʻo Malali ʻia Saesia; ko Pino, mo Sohami, mo Sakuli, pea mo Ipili.
28 Of Mahli came Eleazar, which had no sonnes.
Naʻe tupu ʻia Mali ʻa Eliasa, pea naʻe ʻikai hano foha ʻoʻona.
29 Of Kish. the sonne of Kish was Ierahmeel,
Pea koeʻuhi ko Kisi: ko e foha ʻo Kisi ʻa Silamili.
30 And the sonnes of Mushi were Mahli, and Eder, and Ierimoth: these were sonnes of the Leuites after the houshold of their fathers.
Pea ko e ngaahi foha foki ʻo Musi; ko Mali, mo Iteli, pea mo Selimoti. Ko e ngaahi foha eni ʻoe kau Livai ʻo fakatatau mo e fale ʻo ʻenau ngaahi tamai.
31 And these also cast lots with their brethren the sonnes of Aaron before King Dauid, and Zadok and Ahimelech and the chiefe fathers of the Priests, and of the Leuites, euen the chiefe of the families against their yonger brethren.
Naʻe fefaiʻaki ʻae talotalo ʻekinautolu mo honau kāinga ko e ngaahi foha ʻo ʻElone, ʻi he ʻao ʻo Tevita ko e tuʻi, mo Satoki, mo ʻAhimeleki, mo e kau tuʻukimuʻa ʻi he kau mātuʻa ʻoe kau taulaʻeiki mo e kau Livai, ʻio, [naʻe fai felakaaki ]ʻe he kau mātuʻa mo honau ngaahi kāinga talavou.
