1 Chronicles 24
1 These are also the diuisions of the sonnes of Aaron: The sonnes of Aaron were Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
Was sodann die Nachkommen Aarons betrifft, so waren ihre Abteilungen folgende: Die Söhne Aarons waren: Nadab und Abihu, Eleasar und Ithamar.
2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the Priestes office.
Nadab und Abihu starben jedoch vor ihrem Vater, ohne Söhne zu hinterlassen; daher übten Eleasar und Ithamar den Priesterdienst allein aus.
3 And Dauid distributed them, euen Zadok of the sonnes of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sonnes of Ithamar according to their offices in their ministration.
David teilte sie nun, im Einvernehmen mit Zadok von den Nachkommen Eleasars und mit Ahimelech von den Nachkommen Ithamars, in Klassen ein je nach ihrem Amt bei ihrer Dienstleistung.
4 And there were found more of the sonnes of Eleazar by the number of men, then of the sonnes of Ithamar. and they deuided them, to wit, among the sonnes of Eleazar, sixteene heads, according to the houshould of their fathers, and among ye sonnes of Ithamar, according to the housholde of their fathers, eight.
Dabei stellte es sich nun heraus, daß die Nachkommen Eleasars an Familienhäuptern zahlreicher waren als die Nachkommen Ithamars; daher teilte man sie so ab, daß auf die Nachkommen Eleasars sechzehn, auf die Nachkommen Ithamars acht Familienhäupter kamen.
5 Thus they distributed them by lot the one from the other, and so the rulers of the Sanctuarie and the rulers of the house of God were of the sonnes of Eleazar and of the sonnes of Ithamar.
Man teilte sie aber, die einen wie die anderen, durch Lose ab; denn sowohl unter Eleasars als auch unter Ithamars Nachkommen gab es ›Fürsten des Heiligtums‹ und ›Fürsten Gottes‹;
6 And Shemaiah the sonne of Nethaneel the scribe of the Leuites, wrote them before ye King and the princes, and Zadok the Priest, and Ahimelech the sonne of Abiathar, and before ye chiefe fathers of the Priests and of the Leuites, one familie being reserued for Eleazar, and another reserued for Ithamar.
und Semaja, der Sohn Nethaneels, der Schriftführer unter den Leviten, schrieb sie in Gegenwart des Königs und der Fürsten sowie des Priesters Zadok und Ahimelechs, des Sohnes Abjathars, und der Familienhäupter der Priester und der Leviten auf: je eine Familie wurde für Ithamar ausgelost, und dann wurde je zweimal eine für Eleasar ausgelost.
7 And the first lot fell to Iehoiarib, and the second to Iedaiah,
Das erste Los fiel auf Jojarib, das zweite auf Jedaja,
8 The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
das dritte auf Harim, das vierte auf Seorim,
9 The fifth to Malchiiah, the sixt to Miiamin,
das fünfte auf Malchia, das sechste auf Mijjamin,
10 The seuenth to Hakkoz, the eight to Abiiah,
das siebte auf Hakkoz, das achte auf Abia,
11 The ninth to Ieshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
das neunte auf Jesua, das zehnte auf Sechanja,
12 The eleuenth to Eliashib, the twelft to Iakim,
das elfte auf Eljasib, das zwölfte auf Jakim,
13 The thirteenth to Huppa, the fouretenth to Ieshebeab,
das dreizehnte auf Huppa, das vierzehnte auf Jesebab,
14 The fiftenth to Bilgah, the sixtenth to Immer,
das fünfzehnte auf Bilga, das sechzehnte auf Immer,
15 The seuententh to Hezir, the eightenth to Happizzer,
das siebzehnte auf Hesir, das achtzehnte auf Happizzez,
16 The ninetenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Iehezekel,
das neunzehnte auf Pethahja, das zwanzigste auf Jeheskel,
17 The one and twentie to Iachin, the two and twentie to Gamul,
das einundzwanzigste auf Jachin, das zweiundzwanzigste auf Gamul,
18 The three and twentie to Deliah, the foure and twentie to Maaziah.
das dreiundzwanzigste auf Delaja, das vierundzwanzigste auf Maasja.
19 These were their orders according to their offices, when they entred into the house of the Lord according to their custome vnder the hande of Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel had commanded him.
Dies war ihre Klassenordnung für ihren Dienst, damit sie entsprechend der durch ihren Ahnherrn Aaron für sie bestimmten Verordnung in den Tempel des HERRN einträten, wie der HERR, der Gott Israels, ihm geboten hatte.
20 And of the sonnes of Leui that remained of the sonnes of Amram, was Shubael, of the sonnes of Shubael, Iedeiah,
Was aber die übrigen Nachkommen Levis betrifft, so war von den Nachkommen Amrams Subael da, von den Nachkommen Subaels Jehdeja;
21 Of Rehabiah. euen of the sonnes of Rehabiah, the first Isshiiah,
von den Nachkommen Rehabjas war Jissia das Oberhaupt. –
22 Of Izhari, Shelomoth, of the sonnes of Shelomoth, Iahath,
Von den Jizhariten: Selomoth, von den Nachkommen Selomoths: Jahath. –
23 And his sonnes Ieriah the first, Amariah the second, Iahaziel the thirde, and Iekameam the fourth,
Die Nachkommen Hebrons waren: Jerija das Oberhaupt, Amarja der zweite, Jahasiel der dritte, Jekameam der vierte. –
24 The sonne of Vzziel was Michah, ye sonne of Michah was Shamir,
Die Nachkommen Ussiels waren: Micha; von den Nachkommen Michas: Samir.
25 The brother of Michah was Isshiiah, the sonne of Isshiiah, Zechariah,
Michas Bruder war Jissia; von den Nachkommen Jissias: Sacharja. –
26 The sonnes of Merari, were Mahli and Mushi, the sonne of Iaaziiah was Beno,
Die Nachkommen Meraris waren: Mahli und Musi und die Nachkommen seines Sohnes Jaasia.
27 The sonnes of Merari of Iahaziah were Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur and Ibri.
Die Nachkommen Meraris von seinem Sohne Ussia waren: Soham, Sakkur und Ibri;
28 Of Mahli came Eleazar, which had no sonnes.
von Mahli: Eleasar, der aber keine Söhne hatte, und Kis;
29 Of Kish. the sonne of Kish was Ierahmeel,
von Kis: die Söhne des Kis: Jerahmeel.
30 And the sonnes of Mushi were Mahli, and Eder, and Ierimoth: these were sonnes of the Leuites after the houshold of their fathers.
Die Nachkommen Musis waren: Mahli, Eder und Jerimoth. Dies waren die Nachkommen der Leviten nach ihren Familien. –
31 And these also cast lots with their brethren the sonnes of Aaron before King Dauid, and Zadok and Ahimelech and the chiefe fathers of the Priests, and of the Leuites, euen the chiefe of the families against their yonger brethren.
Auch sie wurden ausgelost ganz wie ihre Stammesgenossen, die Nachkommen Aarons, in Gegenwart des Königs David und Zadoks und Ahimelechs sowie der Familienhäupter der Priester und der Leviten, und zwar die Familienhäupter ganz ebenso wie ihre jüngsten Stammesgenossen.
