1 Chronicles 2
1 These are the sonnes of Israel, Reuben, Simeon, Leui and Iudah, Isshachar, and Zebulun,
Ce sont ici les enfants d'Israël, Ruben, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar, Zabulon,
2 Dan, Ioseph, and Beniamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephthali, Gad, et Aser.
3 The sonnes of Iudah, Er, and Onan, and Shelah. these three were borne to him of ye daughter of Shua the Canaanite: but Er the eldest sonne of Iudah was euil in the sight of the Lord, and he slew him.
Les enfants de Juda furent, Her, Onan, et Séla. Ces trois lui naquirent de la fille de Suah, Cananéenne; mais Her premier-né de Juda fut méchant devant l'Eternel, et il le fit mourir.
4 And Thamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez, and Zerah: so al the sonnes of Iudah were fiue.
Et Tamar, sa belle-fille, lui enfanta Pharez et Zara. Tous les enfants de Juda furent cinq.
5 The sonnes of Pharez, Hezron and Hamul.
Les enfants de Pharez, Hetsron, et Hamul.
6 The sonnes also of Zerah were Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara, which were fiue in all.
Et les enfants de Zara furent, Zimri, Ethan, Héman, Calcol et Darah, cinq en tout.
7 And the sonne of Carmi, Achar that troubled Israel, transgressing in the thing excommunicate.
Carmi [n'eut point de fils qu']Hachar qui troubla Israël, et qui pécha en prenant de l'interdit.
8 The sonne also of Ethan, Azariah.
Et Ethan [n'eut point de] fils qu'Hazaria.
9 And the sonnes of Hezron that were borne vnto him, Ierahmeel, and Ram and Chelubai.
Et les enfants qui naquirent à Hetsron furent Jérahméël, Ram, et Célubaï.
10 And Ram begate Aminadab, and Aminadab begate Nahshon prince of the children of Iudah,
Et Ram engendra Hamminadab, et Hamminadab engendra Nahasson, chef des enfants de Juda.
11 And Nahshon begate Salma, and Salma begate Boaz,
Et Nahasson engendra Salma, et Salma engendra Booz.
12 And Boaz begate Obed, and Obed begate Ishai,
Et Booz engendra Obed, et Obed engendra Isaï.
13 And Ishai begate his eldest sonne Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,
Et Isaï engendra son premier-né Eliab, le second Abinadab, le troisième Simha.
14 Nathaneel the fourth, Raddai the fift,
Le quatrième Nathanaël, le cinquième Raddaï,
15 Ozem the sixt, and Dauid the seuenth.
Le sixième Otsen, et le septième, David.
16 Whose sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. And the sonnes of Zeruiah, Abishai, and Ioab, and Asahel.
Et Tséruïa et Abigaïl furent leurs sœurs. Tséruïa eut trois fils, Abisaï, Joab, et Hazaël.
17 And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Iether an Ishmeelite.
Et Abigaïl enfanta Hamasa, dont le père [fut] Jéther Ismaëlite.
18 And Caleb the sonne of Hezron begate Ierioth of Azubah his wife, and her sonnes are these, Iesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
Or Caleb fils de Hetsron eut des enfants de Hazuba sa femme, et aussi de Jérihoth; et ses enfants furent, Jéser, Sobob, et Ardon.
19 And when Azubah was dead, Caleb tooke vnto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.
Et Hazuba mourut, et Caleb prit à femme Ephrat, qui lui enfanta Hur.
20 And Hur begate Vri, and Vri begate Bezaleel.
Et Hur engendra Uri, et Uri engendra Betsaléël.
21 And afterward came Hezron to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, and tooke her when hee was threescore yere olde, and shee bare him Segub.
Après cela Hetsron vint vers la fille de Makir père de Galaad, et la prit [pour sa femme], étant âgé de soixante ans; et elle lui enfanta Ségub.
22 And Segub begate Iair, which had three and twentie cities in the land of Gilead.
Et Ségub engendra Jaïr, qui eut vingt et trois villes au pays de Galaad;
23 And Gesthur with Aram tooke the townes of Iair from them, and Kenath and the townes thereof, euen threescore cities. All these were the sonnes of Machir the father of Gilead.
Et il prit sur Guésur et sur Aram les bourgades de Jaïr, [et] Kénath avec les villes de son ressort, qui sont soixante villes: tous ceux-là furent enfants de Makir père de Galaad.
24 And after that Hezron was dead at Caleb Ephratah, then Abiah Hezrons wife bare him also Ashur the father of Tekoa.
Et après la mort de Hetsron, lorsque Caleb vint vers Ephrat, la femme de Hetsron Abija lui enfanta Ashur père de Tékoah.
25 And ye sonnes of Ierahmeel the eldest sone of Hezron were Ram the eldest, then Bunah, and Oren and Ozen and Ahiiah.
Et les enfants de Jérahméël premier-né de Hetsron furent, Ram son fils aîné, puis Buna, et Oren, et Otsem, nés d'Achija.
26 Also Ierahmeel had another wife named Atarah, which was the mother of Onam.
Jérahméël eut aussi une autre femme, nommée Hatara, qui fut mère d'Onam.
27 And the sonnes of Ram the eldest sonne of Ierahmeel were Maaz, and Iamin and Ekar.
Et les enfants de Ram premier-né de Jérahméël furent, Mahats, Jamin, et Heker.
28 And the sonnes of Onam were Shammai and Iada. And the sonnes of Shammai, Nadab and Abishur.
Et les enfants d'Onam furent, Sammaï, et Jadah; et les enfants de Sammaï furent, Nadab, et Abisur.
29 And the name of the wife of Abishur was called Abiahil, and shee bare him Ahban and Molid.
Le nom de la femme d'Abisur fut Abihaïl, qui lui enfanta Acham, et Molid.
30 The sonnes also of Nadab were Seled and Appaim: but Seled died without children.
Et les enfants de Nadab furent, Séled, et Appajim; mais Séled mourut sans enfants.
31 And the sonne of Appaim was Ishi, and the sonne of Ishi, Sheshan, and the sonne of Sheshan, Ahlai.
Et Appajim [n'eut point] de fils [que] Jiséhi; et Jiséhi [n'eut point] de fils [que] Sésan; et Sésan [n'eut qu']Ahlaï.
32 And the sonnes of Iada the brother of Shammai were Iether and Ionathan: but Iether dyed without children.
Et les enfants de Jadah, frère de Sammaï, furent Jéther, et Jonathan; mais Jéther mourut sans enfants.
33 And the sonnes of Ionathan were Peleth and Zaza. These were the sonnes of Ierahmeel.
Et les enfants de Jonathan furent, Péleth, et Zara; ce furent là les enfants de Jérahméël.
34 And Sheshan had no sonnes, but daughters. And Sheshan had a seruant that was an Egyptian named Iarha.
Et Sésan n'eut point de fils, mais des filles; or il avait un serviteur Egyptien, nommé Jarhah;
35 And Sheshan gaue his daughter to Iarha his seruant to wife, and she bare him Attai.
Et Sésan donna sa fille pour femme à Jarhah son serviteur, et elle lui enfanta Hattaï.
36 And Attai begate Nathan, and Nathan begate Zabad,
Et Hattaï engendra Nathan, et Nathan engendra Zabad;
37 And Zabad begate Ephlal, and Ephlal begate Obed,
Et Zabad engendra Ephlal; et Ephlal engendra Obed;
38 And Obed begate Iehu, and Iehu begate Azariah,
Et Obed engendra Jéhu; et Jéhu engendra Hazaria;
39 And Azariah begate Helez, and Helez begate Eleasah,
Et Hazaria engendra Hélets; et Hélets engendra Elhasa;
40 And Eleasah begate Sisamai, and Sisamai begate Shallum,
Et Elhasa engendra Sismaï; et Sismaï engendra Sallum;
41 And Shallum begate Iekamiah, and Iekamiah begate Elishama.
Et Sallum engendra Jékamia; et Jékamia engendra Elisamah.
42 Also the sonnes of Caleb the brother of Ierahmeel, were Mesha his eldest sonne, which was the father of Ziph: and the sonnes of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
Les enfants de Caleb, frère de Jérahméël, furent, Mésah son premier-né; celui-ci est le père de Ziph, et les enfants de Marésa père d'Hébron.
43 And the sonnes of Hebron were Korah and Tappuah, and Rekem and Shema.
Et les enfants d'Hébron furent Korah, Tappuah, Rekem et Sémah.
44 And Shema begate Raham the father of Iorkoam: and Rekem begate Shammai.
Et Sémah engendra Raham, père de Jokeham, et Rekem engendra Sammaï.
45 The sonne also of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Beth-zur.
Le fils de Sammaï fut Mahon; et Mahon [fut] père de Beth-tsur.
46 And Ephah a concubine of Caleb bare Haran and Moza, and Gazez: Haran also begate Gazez.
Et Hépha concubine de Caleb, enfanta Haran, Motsa et Gazez; Haran aussi engendra Gazez.
47 The sonnes of Iahdai were Regem, and Iotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
Et les enfants de Jadaï furent Reguem, Jotham, Guésan, Pelet, Hépha, et Sahaph.
48 Calebs concubine Maachah bare Sheber and Tirhanah.
Et Mahaca, la concubine de Caleb, enfanta Séber, et Tirhana.
49 She bare also Shaaph, the father of Madmannah, and Sheua the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea. And Achsah was Calebs daughter.
Et [la femme] de Sahaph, père de Madmanna, enfanta Séva, père de Macbéna, et le père de Guibha, et la fille de Caleb fut Hacsa.
50 These were the sonnes of Caleb the sone of Hur the eldest sonne of Ephrathah, Shobal the father of Kiriath-iearim.
Ceux-ci furent les enfants de Caleb, fils de Hur, premier-né d'Ephrat, Sobal, père de Kirjath-jéharim.
51 Salma the father of Beth-lehem, and Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
Salma père de Bethléhem, Hareph père de Beth-gader.
52 And Shobal the father of Kiriath-iearim had sonnes, and he was the ouerseer of halfe Hammenoth.
Et Sobal père de Kirjath-jéharim eut des enfants, Haroë, [et] Hatsi-menuhoth.
53 And the families of Kiriath-iearim were the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and ye Mishraites of them came the Zarreathites, and the Eshtaulites.
Et les familles de Kirjath-jéharim furent les Jithriens, les Puthiens, les Sumathiens, et les Misrahiens; dont sont sortis les Tsarhathiens, et les Estaoliens.
54 The sonnes of Salma of Beth-lehem, and the Netophathite, the crownes of the house of Ioab, and halfe the Manahthites and the Zorites.
Les enfants de Salma, Bethléhem, et les Nétophatiens, Hatroth, Bethjoab, Hatsimenuhoth, et les Tsorhiens.
55 And the families of the Scribes dwelling at Iabez, the Tirathites, the Shimmeathites, the Shuchathites, which are the Kenites, that came of Hammath the father of the house of Rechab.
Et les familles des Scribes, qui habitaient à Jahbets, Tirhathiens, Simhathiens, Suchathiens; ce sont les Kéniens, qui sont sortis de Hamath père de Réchab.
