1 Chronicles 12
1 These also are they that came to Dauid to Ziklag, while he was yet kept close, because of Saul the sonne of Kish: and they were among the valiant and helpers of the battel.
Und das sind die, welche zu David gen Ziklag kamen, als er sich noch vor Saul, dem Sohne des Kis, verbergen mußte; sie waren auch unter den Helden, die im Kriege halfen.
2 They were weaponed with bowes, and could vse the right and the left hand with stones and with arrowes and with bowes, and were of Sauls brethren, euen of Beniamin.
Sie waren bewaffnet mit Bogen und geübt, mit der Rechten und mit der Linken Steine zu werfen, auch mit dem Bogen Pfeile zu schießen; sie waren von den Brüdern Sauls, aus Benjamin.
3 The chiefe were Ahiezer, and Ioash the sonnes of Shemaah a Gibeathite, and Ieziel, and Pelet the sonnes of Asinaueth, Berachah and Iehu the Antothite,
Das Haupt war Achieser, und Joas, Söhne Semahas, des Gibeatiters; Jesiel und Pelet, die Söhne Asmavets; Beracha und Jehu, der Anatotiter.
4 And Ishmaiah the Gibeonite, a valiant man among thirtie, and aboue the thirtie, and Ieremiah, and Iehaziel, and Iohanan, and Ioshabad the Gederathite,
Jismaja, der Gibeoniter, ein Gewaltiger unter den Dreißig, ja, über die Dreißig. Jeremia, Jahasiel, Johanan, Josabad, der Gederatiter.
5 Eluzai, and Ierimoth, and Bealiah, and Shemariah, and Shephatiah the Haruphite,
Elusai, Jerimot, Bealja, Semarja, Sephatja, der Hariphiter.
6 Elkanah, and Ishiah, and Azariel, and Ioezer, Iashobeam of Hakorehim,
Elkana, Jischija, Asareel, Joeser, Jasobeam, die Korhiter.
7 And Ioelah, and Zebadiah, the sonnes of Ieroham of Gedor,
Joela und Sebadja, die Söhne Jerohams, von Gedor.
8 And of the Gadites there separated them selues some vnto Dauid into the holde of the wildernesse, valiant men of warre, and men of armes, and apt for battel, which coulde handle speare and shielde, and their faces were like the faces of lyons, and were like the roes in the mountaines in swiftnesse,
Auch von den Gaditern sonderten sich etliche aus zu David auf die Berghöhe in der Wüste, starke Helden und Kriegsleute, die Schilde und Speere führten; deren Angesichter waren wie die Angesichter der Löwen, und sie waren so schnell wie die Gazellen auf den Bergen.
9 Ezer the chiefe, Obadiah the second, Eliab the third,
Der erste hieß Geser, der zweite Obadja, der dritte Eliab;
10 Mishmanah the fourth, Ieremiah the fift,
der vierte Mismanna, der fünfte Jeremia;
11 Attai the sixt, Eliel the seuenth,
der sechste Atai; der siebente Eliel;
12 Iohanan the eight, Elzabad the ninth,
der achte Johanan; der neunte Elsabad;
13 Ieremiah the tenth, Macbannai the eleuenth.
der zehnte Jeremia; der elfte Machbannai.
14 These were the sonnes of Gad, captaines of the hoste: one of the least could resist an hundreth, and the greatest a thousand.
Diese waren von den Kindern Gad, Häupter im Heer; der kleinste unter ihnen nahm es mit hundert, der größte mit tausend auf.
15 These are they that went ouer Iorden in the first moneth when he had filled ouer all his bankes, and put to flight all them of the valley, toward the East and the West.
Diese sind es, die im ersten Monat über den Jordan gingen, als er alle seine Ufer überflutet hatte, und verjagten alle, die in den Tälern gegen Morgen und Abend wohnten.
16 And there came of the children of Beniamin, and Iudah to the hold vnto Dauid,
Es kamen auch von den Kindern Benjamin und Juda auf die Bergfeste zu David.
17 And Dauid went out to meete them, and answered and sayde vnto them, If yee be come peaceably vnto me to helpe me, mine heart shall be knit vnto you, but if you come to betray me to mine aduersaries, seeing there is no wickednes in mine handes, the God of our fathers beholde it, and rebuke it.
Und David ging zu ihnen hinaus und sprach: Seid ihr in friedlicher Absicht zu mir gekommen, um mir zu helfen, so soll mein Herz mit euch einig sein; wenn aber, um mich meinen Feinden zu verraten, da doch kein Frevel in meinen Händen ist, so sehe der Gott unsrer Väter darein und strafe es!
18 And the spirit came vpon Amasai, which was the chiefe of thirtie, and he said, Thine are we, Dauid, and with thee, O sonne of Ishai. Peace, peace be vnto thee, and peace be vnto thine helpers: for thy God helpeth thee. Then Dauid receiued them, and made them captaines of the garison.
Da kam der Geist über Amasai, das Haupt der Dreißig; der sagte: «Dein sind wir, David, und mit dir halten wir's, du Sohn Isais: Friede, Friede sei mit dir und Friede mit deinen Helfern; denn dein Gott hilft dir!» Also nahm sie David an und setzte sie zu Häuptern über die Kriegsleute.
19 And of Manasseh some fell to Dauid, when he came with the Philistims against Saul to battell, but they helped them not: for the Princes of the Philistims by aduisement sent him away, saying, He will fall to his master Saul for our heads.
Und von Manasse gingen zu David über, als er mit den Philistern wider Saul in den Streit zog und ihnen doch nicht helfen durfte; denn die Fürsten der Philister schickten ihn nach gehaltenem Rat fort, indem sie sprachen: Es könnte uns den Kopf kosten, wenn er zu Saul, seinem Herrn, überliefe!
20 As he went to Ziklag, there fell to him of Manasseh, Adnah, and Iozabad, and Iediael, and Michael, and Iozabad, and Elihu, and Ziltai, heads of the thousands that were of Manasseh.
Als er dann nach Ziklag zog, schlossen sich ihm von Manasse an: Adna, Josabad, Jediael, Michael, Josabad, Elihu und Ziletai, Häupter über Tausendschaften in Manasse.
21 And they helped Dauid against that bad: for they were all valiant men and were captaines in the hoste.
Und sie halfen David wider die Streifschar; denn sie waren alle tapfere Helden und wurden Oberste über das Heer.
22 For at that time day by day there came to Dauid to helpe him, vntill it was a great hoste, like the hoste of God.
Auch kamen alle Tage etliche zu David, ihm zu helfen, bis es ein großes Heer ward, wie ein Heer Gottes.
23 And these are the nombers of the captaines that were armed to battell, and came to Dauid to Hebron to turne the kingdome of Saul to him, according to the worde of the Lord.
Und dies ist die Zahl der Hauptleute über die zum Heeresdienst Gerüsteten, die zu David gen Hebron kamen, um ihm das Königreich Sauls zuzuwenden, nach dem Worte des HERRN:
24 The children of Iudah that bare shield and speare, were sixe thousand and eight hundreth armed to the warre.
von den Kindern Juda, die Schild und Speer trugen: 6800 zum Krieg Gerüstete;
25 Of the children of Simeon valiant men of warre, seuen thousand and an hundreth.
von den Kindern Simeon an tapferen Helden für den Krieg: 7100;
26 Of the children of Leui foure thousande and sixe hundreth.
von den Kindern Levi: 4600;
27 And Iehoiada was the chiefe of them of Aaron: and with him three thousande and seuen hundreth.
dazu Jojada, der Fürst [der Nachkommen] von Aaron mit 3700 Mann;
28 And Zadok a yong man very valiant, and of his fathers housholde came two and twentie captaines.
Zadok, ein junger Mann, ein tapferer Held, mit seines Vaters Haus, zweiundzwanzig Oberste.
29 And of the children of Beniamin the brethren of Saul three thousande: for a great part of them vnto that time kept the warde of the house of Saul.
Von den Kindern Benjamin, den Brüdern Sauls: 3000; denn bis auf diese Zeit hielten ihrer viele es noch mit dem Hause Sauls;
30 And of the children of Ephraim twentie thousande, and eight hundreth valiant men and famous men in the housholde of their fathers.
von den Kindern Ephraim: 20800 tapfere Helden und berühmte Männer im Hause ihrer Väter;
31 And of the halfe tribe of Manasseh eighteene thousand, which were appointed by name to come and make Dauid King.
von dem halben Stamme Manasse: 18000, die mit Namen genannt wurden, daß sie kämen, um David zum König zu machen;
32 And of the children of Issachar which were men that had vnderstanding of the times, to knowe what Israel ought to doe: the heades of them were two hundreth, and all their brethren were at their commandement.
von den Kindern Issaschar, die sich auf die Zeiten verstanden, um zu wissen, was Israel tun sollte: zweihundert Hauptleute; und alle ihre Brüder folgten ihrem Wort;
33 Of Zebulun that went out to battel, expert in warre, and in all instruments of warre, fiftie thousande which could set the battell in aray: they were not of a double heart.
von Sebulon, von denen, die in das Heer zogen, mit allerlei Kriegswaffen zum Kampf gerüstet: 50000, bereit, ohne Doppelherzigkeit sich einzureihen;
34 And of Naphtali a thousand captaines, and with them with shielde and speare seuen and thirtie thousande.
von Naphtali: tausend Oberste und mit ihnen, die Schild und Speer führten, 37000;
35 And of Dan expert in battell, eyght and twentie thousande, and sixe hundreth.
von den Danitern: 28000, zum Streit gerüstet;
36 And of Asher that went out to the battell and were trained in the warres, fourtie thousand.
von Asser: 40000, die in das Heer zogen, zum Streit gerüstet;
37 And of the other side of Iorden of the Reubenites, and of the Gadites, and of the halfe tribe of Manasseh with all instruments of warre to fight with, an hundreth and twentie thousand.
von denen jenseits des Jordan, von den Rubenitern, Gaditern und dem halben Stamm Manasse mit allerlei Kriegswaffen: 120000.
38 All these men of warre that coulde leade an armie, came with vpright heart to Hebron to make Dauid King ouer all Israel: and all the rest of Israel was of one accorde to make Dauid King:
Alle diese Kriegsleute, zur Schlachtordung gerüstet, kamen von ganzem Herzen gen Hebron, um David zum König zu machen über ganz Israel. Auch das ganze übrige Israel war einmütig dafür, daß man David zum König machte.
39 And there they were with Dauid three dayes, eating and drinking: for their brethren had prepared for them.
Und sie waren daselbst bei David drei Tage lang, aßen und tranken; denn ihre Brüder hatten für sie zubereitet.
40 Moreouer they that were neere them vntill Issachar, and Zebulun, and Naphtali brought bread vpon asses, and on camels, and on mules, and on oxen, euen meate, floure, figges, and reisins, and wine and oyle, and beeues and sheepe abundantly: for there was ioy in Israel.
Auch brachten die, welche zunächst bei ihnen wohnten, bis nach Issaschar, Sebulon und Naphtali hin, Brot auf Eseln, Kamelen, Maultieren und Rindern, Mehlspeise, Feigen [kuchen] und Rosinenkuchen, Wein, Öl, Rinder, Schafe in Menge; denn es war Freude in Israel.
