Zechariah 9
1 A prophecy: A message from the Lord to the land of Hadrach, and Damascus its main objective. For the eyes of human beings together with all the tribes of Israel are on the Lord,
ಒಂದು ಪ್ರವಾದನೆ: ಹದ್ರಾಕ್ ದೇಶದ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯ: ಅದು ದಮಸ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಗುವುದು. ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವುವು.
2 and Hamath too since it is close by. Also Tyre and Sidon for they are very wise.
ಹಮಾತು, ಬಹಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವಿರುವ ಟೈರ್, ಸೀದೋನ್ ಸಹ ಅದರ ಮೇರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
3 The people of Tyre built a fortress, and piled up silver like dust and gold like the dirt of the street.
ಟೈರ್ ತನಗಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು, ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಧೂಳಿನಂತೆಯೂ, ಚೊಕ್ಕ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನು ಬೀದಿಗಳ ಕೆಸರಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಕೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
4 But look at what will happen. The Lord will take away everything they have, and knock down their strong defenses into the sea. The city will be burned down.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅದರ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಹಾಕುವರು. ಅದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸೆದುಬಿಡುವರು. ಅದು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವುದು.
5 The people of Ashkelon will see this and be terrified; those in Gaza will thrash around in agony like a woman giving birth; and the people of Ekron too, because their hopes are shattered. The king of Gaza will be killed, and Ashkelon will be deserted.
ಅಷ್ಕೆಲೋನು ಕಂಡು ಭಯಪಡುವುದು, ಗಾಜವು ಸಹ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ವೇದನೆ ಪಡುವುದು. ಎಕ್ರೋನಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಗುವುದು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಬಾಡುವುದು. ಗಾಜದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅರಸನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು. ಅಷ್ಕೆಲೋನು ನಿವಾಸ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುವುದು.
6 Mixed-race people will live in Ashdod, and I will wipe out the Philistine's pride.
ಅಷ್ಡೋದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಶ್ರಜಾತಿಯವರು ವಾಸಿಸುವರು. ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.
7 I will remove the blood-filled meat from their mouths; the unclean food from their jaws. Those who remain will belong to our God—they shall become like a family of Judah—and those from Ekron will become part of my people, just as the Jebusites did.
ಅವರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಅವರ ಬಾಯೊಳಗಿಂದಲೂ, ಅವರು ಕಚ್ಚುವ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿಬಿಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ಸಹ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವರು. ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಭುವಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವರು. ಎಕ್ರೋನು ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯನ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವರು.
8 I will make my camp in my Temple to guard it from invaders, and no oppressors will conquer them, for now I myself am keeping watch.
ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವವನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ, ಸೈನ್ಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ನನ್ನ ಆಲಯದ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಪಾಳೆಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಉಪದ್ರವ ಕೊಡುವವನು, ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
9 Be happy and celebrate, people of Zion! Shout loudly, people of Jerusalem! Look, your king is coming to you. He does what is right and has salvation; he is humble, riding on a donkey—on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪುತ್ರಿಯೇ, ಮಹಾ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಪಡು. ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಪುತ್ರಿಯೇ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸು, ನಿನ್ನ ಅರಸನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆತನು ನೀತಿವಂತನಾಗಿಯೂ ಜಯಹೊಂದಿದವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ದೀನನಾಗಿಯೂ ಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೌದು, ಕತ್ತೆಮರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ.
10 (I will remove the chariots from Ephraim and the warhorses from Jerusalem. I will destroy the bows used in battle.) He will proclaim peace to the nations, and he will rule from sea to sea, from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.
ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಕುದುರೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡುವೆನು. ಯುದ್ಧದ ಬಿಲ್ಲು ಸಹ ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನಕರವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಆತನ ದೊರೆತನವು ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೂ, ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅಂತ್ಯಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಇರುವುದು.
11 And as for you, because my agreement with you, sealed with blood, I will set you free from the waterless pit.
ನೀನು ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಸುರಿಸಿದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೆರೆಯವರನ್ನು ನೀರಿಲ್ಲದ ಬಾವಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಮಾಡುವೆನು.
12 Return to the stronghold, you prisoners who have hope! Today I promise I will repay you double what you lost.
ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಸೆರೆಯವರೇ, ಬಲವಾದ ದುರ್ಗಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿರಿ. ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು ಕೊಡುವೆನೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತೇ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
13 I will use Judah as my bow, and I will load it with Ephraim my arrow. I will call up you men of Zion to fight against you men of Greece, wielding you like a warrior's sword.
ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಬಿಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಬಗ್ಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಯೆಹೂದವನ್ನು ಬಗ್ಗಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮಿನಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಚೀಯೋನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪುತ್ರರನ್ನು ಗ್ರೀಕ್ ಪುತ್ರರ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶೂರನ ಖಡ್ಗದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
14 Then the Lord will appear over his people and his arrow will flash like lightning! The Lord God will blow the trumpet and march out like a windstorm from the south.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಆತನ ಬಾಣಗಳು ಮಿಂಚಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೊರಡುವುವು. ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಸುಳಿಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.
15 The Lord Almighty will protect them. They will destroy their enemies, conquering them with slingshots. They will drink and shout loudly like people who are drunk. They will be filled like a bowl, soaked liked the corners of an altar.
ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವರು. ಅವರು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿ, ಕವಣೆ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಕುಡಿದು, ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದಿಂದಾದ ಹಾಗೆ ತೂಗಾಡುವರು. ಅವರು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಲು ಬಳಸುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ತುಂಬಿರುವರು.
16 On that day the Lord their God will save them—his people that are his flock—for they will glitter as crown jewels in his land.
ಅವರ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮಂದೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು, ಅವರು ಕಿರೀಟದ ರತ್ನಗಳಂತೆ ಆತನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಳೆಯುವರು.
17 How lovely and beautiful they will be! Young men will grow strong on grain, and young women flourish on the new wine.
ಅವರ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯತನವು ಎಷ್ಟೋ ದೊಡ್ಡದು. ಅವರು ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಹತ್ತಾದದ್ದು! ಧಾನ್ಯವು ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರನ್ನೂ, ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವು ಯುವತಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಹರ್ಷಗೊಳಿಸುವುವು.
