Zechariah 9
1 A prophecy: A message from the Lord to the land of Hadrach, and Damascus its main objective. For the eyes of human beings together with all the tribes of Israel are on the Lord,
Господното слово наложено на мене за земята Адрах, което ще се изпълни над Дамаск, (защото Господните очи са върху всички човеци както и върху всичките Израилеви племена),
2 and Hamath too since it is close by. Also Tyre and Sidon for they are very wise.
Още и над Емат, който граничи с него, и над Тир и Сидон, ако и да са много мъдри.
3 The people of Tyre built a fortress, and piled up silver like dust and gold like the dirt of the street.
Тир си съгради крепост, И натрупа сребро като пръст, И чисто злато като калта по пътищата.
4 But look at what will happen. The Lord will take away everything they have, and knock down their strong defenses into the sea. The city will be burned down.
Ето, Господ ще го изтощи, И ще порази силата му по морето, И той ще бъде погълнат от огън;
5 The people of Ashkelon will see this and be terrified; those in Gaza will thrash around in agony like a woman giving birth; and the people of Ekron too, because their hopes are shattered. The king of Gaza will be killed, and Ashkelon will be deserted.
Аскалон ще види и ще се уплаши; И Газа, и ще се наскърби много; И Акарон, защото ще се посрами за това, което очакваше, Царят ще погине от Газа, И Аскалон няма да се насели.
6 Mixed-race people will live in Ashdod, and I will wipe out the Philistine's pride.
Узурпаторско племе ще седне като цар на Азот; И Аз ще прекратя гордостта на филистимците.
7 I will remove the blood-filled meat from their mouths; the unclean food from their jaws. Those who remain will belong to our God—they shall become like a family of Judah—and those from Ekron will become part of my people, just as the Jebusites did.
Ще отнема кръвта от устата им, И гнусотиите измежду зъбите им; И който остане ще бъде и той за нашия Бог, И ще бъде като хилядник в Юда, И Акарон като невусецът.
8 I will make my camp in my Temple to guard it from invaders, and no oppressors will conquer them, for now I myself am keeping watch.
Около дома Си ще разположа Своя стан в защита против войска, Та да не премине никой или се върне; И никой насилник няма вече да замине през тях, Защото сега видях с очите Си.
9 Be happy and celebrate, people of Zion! Shout loudly, people of Jerusalem! Look, your king is coming to you. He does what is right and has salvation; he is humble, riding on a donkey—on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Радвай се много синова дъщерьо; Възклицавай ерусалимска дъщерьо; Ето, твоят цар иде при тебе; Той е праведен, и спасява, Кротък и възседнал на осел, Да! На осле, рожба на ослица.
10 (I will remove the chariots from Ephraim and the warhorses from Jerusalem. I will destroy the bows used in battle.) He will proclaim peace to the nations, and he will rule from sea to sea, from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.
Аз ще изтребя колесница из Ефрема, И кон из Ерусалим И ще се отсече бойният лък; Той ще говори мир на народите; И владението Му ще бъде от море до море, И от Ефрат до земните краища.
11 And as for you, because my agreement with you, sealed with blood, I will set you free from the waterless pit.
А колкото за тебе, Израилю, по причина на кръвта на сторения от тебе завет с Мене, Аз извадих затворниците ти Из безводния ров.
12 Return to the stronghold, you prisoners who have hope! Today I promise I will repay you double what you lost.
Върнете се в крепостта, Вие обнадеждени затворници; Още днес възвестявам, Че ще ти въздам двойно;
13 I will use Judah as my bow, and I will load it with Ephraim my arrow. I will call up you men of Zion to fight against you men of Greece, wielding you like a warrior's sword.
Защото ще запъна Юда за Себе Си като лък, Ще туря Ефрема като стрела; И ще възбудя чадата ти, Сионе, Против твоите чада Гърцио, И ще те направя като меч на силен дъжд.
14 Then the Lord will appear over his people and his arrow will flash like lightning! The Lord God will blow the trumpet and march out like a windstorm from the south.
Господ ще се яви над тях, И стрелата Му ще излезе като мълния; И Господ Иеова ще затръби, И ще върви с южни вихрушки.
15 The Lord Almighty will protect them. They will destroy their enemies, conquering them with slingshots. They will drink and shout loudly like people who are drunk. They will be filled like a bowl, soaked liked the corners of an altar.
Господ на Силите ще ги защищава; И те ще погълнат противниците, и ще ги повалят с камъни от прашка; И ще пият, ще правят шум като от вино, И ще се изпълнят като паница, Като ъглите на олтара.
16 On that day the Lord their God will save them—his people that are his flock—for they will glitter as crown jewels in his land.
И в оня ден Господ техният Бог ще ги избави Като Свои люде, за да бъдат Негово стадо; Понеже ще бъдат като камъни на корона Блестящи над земята Му.
17 How lovely and beautiful they will be! Young men will grow strong on grain, and young women flourish on the new wine.
Защото колко велика е благостта Му, И колко голяма красотата Му! Житото ще направи юношите да цъфтят, И мъстът девиците.
