1 Then the Lord Almighty sent another message to me.
LEUM GOD Kulana El tuh sang kas in sulkakinyuk se inge nu sel Zechariah:
2 This is what the Lord Almighty says. I am jealously protective of the people of Zion; I am extremely passionate about them.
“Nga arulana ke kasru acn Jerusalem ke sripen lungse yohk luk nu sin mwet we, sie lungse su pwanang nga kasrkusrak sin mwet lokoalok lal.
3 This is what the Lord says. I have returned to Zion, and I will live in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the “Faithful City,” and the mountain of the Lord Almighty the “Holy Mountain.”
Nga ac foloko nu Jerusalem, siti mutal sik, ac muta we. Ac fah eteyuk acn we mu sie siti su inse pwayena nu sik, ac eol sin LEUM GOD Kulana ac fah pangpang eol mutal.
4 This is what the Lord Almighty says. Old people will be able to sit again in the streets of Jerusalem, each with their walking sticks they need because of their age.
Mukul matu ac mutan matu, su arulana matu pwanang elos orekmakin sikal, elos ac fah sifil tukeni muta ke acn in tukeni in siti uh.
5 The streets will be full of boys and girls playing happily.
Ac inkanek uh fah sifilpa sessesla ke tulik mukul ac tulik mutan ma srisrital.
6 This is what the Lord Almighty says. It may seem too good to be true now, to you who remain of my people in these days. But is it impossible for me to do? asks the Lord Almighty.
“Ma se inge ac nunkeyuk mu upa sin mwet lula in mutunfacl se inge, tusruktu ac tia upa sik.
7 This is what the Lord Almighty says. I will save my people from the countries to the east and to the west.
Nga fah molela mwet luk liki facl ma elos utukla sruoh we,

9 This is what the Lord Almighty says. Be strong, so that the Temple may be completed. Everyone who is here today is listening to the same words from the prophets who were present on the day when the foundation of the Lord Almighty's Temple was laid.
“Kowos in pulaik na, tuh inge kowos sifil pacna lohng kas su mwet palu elos tuh kaskaskin ke pacl se ma tuh oakwuk pwelung nu ke sifil musaiyuk Tempul luk.
10 Before that time there wasn't enough for people or for animals. No one could live normally because they were not safe from their enemies, and I set everyone against each other.
Meet liki pacl sac, wangin sunun mani in sang moli mwet orekma ku kosro in orekma, ac wangin mwet moul in misla ke sripen mwet sulallal. Nga tuh furokla mwet uh in alein nu sin sie sin sie.

12 They will sow in peace; the vine will produce grapes; the soil will grow crops and the heavens will water them. I will make sure this happens to all those who remain of this people.

13 People of Judah and Israel: just as you were considered a curse among the nations, so I will save you and you will become a blessing. Don't be afraid! Be strong!
Mwet Judah ac mwet Israel! In pacl meet ah mwet in mutunfacl saya uh ac selngai sie sin sie ac fahk, ‘Lela kain ongoiya ma tuh putati nu fin mwet Judah ac mwet Israel in putati nu fowos!’ Tusruktu nga fah molikowosla, na mwet in mutunfacl saya uh ac fah fahk nu sin sie sin sie, ‘Lela kowos in insewowo oana mwet Judah ac mwet Israel!” Ouinge kowos in pulaik ac tiana sangeng.”
14 For this is what the Lord Almighty says: I decided to bring disaster on you when your forefathers angered me and I did not change my mind.
LEUM GOD Kulana El fahk, “Ke mwet matu lowos meet ah tuh oru nga kasrkusrakak ah, nga lumahla mwe ongoiya nu selos, ac tiana ekulla nunak luk, a nga orala na ma nga akoo nu selos uh.
15 But now I have made up my mind to do good to Jerusalem and the people of Judah. Don't be afraid!
Tusruktu inge, nga lumahla tari nga in akinsewowoye mwet Jerusalem ac mwet Judah. Ke ma inge, nimet kowos sangeng.
16 This what you have to do: Tell each other the truth. In your courts judge honestly and truthfully, which makes for peace.

Nimet oru kutena kain oakwuk ma ac kunausla sie sin sie. Ac nimet orek loh kikiap ye fulahk. Nga srunga kikiap, sesuwos, ac kutena ma ac kunausla moul lun mwet.”
18 The Lord Almighty gave me another message.
LEUM GOD Kulana El sang kas in sulkakinyuk inge nu sel Zechariah:
19 This is what the Lord Almighty says: The fasts you observe in the fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth month will become times of joy and happiness for the people of Judah—they will be festivals of celebration. But love truth and peace.
“Lalo ma orek ke malem akakosr, aklimekosr, akitkosr, ac aksingoul uh, ingela ac fah pangpang kufwa in engan ac insewowo nu sin mwet Judah. Kowos fah lungse ma pwaye ac ma misla.”
20 This is what the Lord Almighty says: People from many nations and cities will yet come to Jerusalem,
LEUM GOD Kulana El fahk, “Pacl se ac fah tuku ke mwet in siti puspis ac fah tuku nu Jerusalem.
21 going from one city to another saying, “Let us be sure to go and seek the Lord and ask for the blessing of the Lord Almighty. I myself am going!”
Elos su tuku liki sie siti ac fah fahk nu selos su tuku liki sie pacna siti, ‘Kut ac som alu nu sin LEUM GOD Kulana, ac pre Elan akinsewowoye kut. Fahsru wi kut!”

Mwet puspis, oayapa mutunfacl ku puspis, ac fah tuku nu Jerusalem in alu nu sin LEUM GOD Kulana, ac pre ac siyuk ke mwe akinsewowo lal.
23 This is what the Lord Almighty says: At that time ten men from different nations and languages will grab hold of the hem of a Jewish man's robe and plead, “Please take us with you for we have heard that God is with you.”
In len ingo, mwet saya singoul ac fah tuku nu yurin sie mwet Jew ac fahk, ‘Kut ke wi kom, mweyen kut lohng lah God El wi kowos, mwet Jew.’”
