< Zechariah 4 >

1 Then the angel I had been talking to returned and got my attention, like waking someone from sleep.
Angẹli tí ó ń bá mi sọ̀rọ̀ sì tún dé, ó sì jí mi, bí ọkùnrin tí a jí lójú oorun rẹ̀,
2 “What do you see?” he asked me. “I see a lampstand made of solid gold with a bowl at its top having seven lamps on it, each with seven lips.
ó sì wí fún mi pé, “Kí ni ìwọ rí?” Mo sì wí pé, “Mo wò, sì kíyèsi i, ọ̀pá fìtílà tí gbogbo rẹ̀ jẹ́ wúrà, pẹ̀lú àwokòtò rẹ̀ lórí rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú fìtílà méje rẹ̀ lórí rẹ̀, àti ẹnu méje fún fìtílà méjèèje, tí ó wà lórí rẹ̀.
3 I also see olive trees, one to the right and one to the left of the bowl.”
Igi olifi méjì sì wà létí rẹ̀, ọ̀kan ní apá ọ̀tún àwokòtò náà, àti èkejì ní apá òsì rẹ̀.”
4 Then I asked the angel I was talking to, “What are these, my lord?”
Mo sì dáhùn mo sì wí fún angẹli tí ó ń bá mi sọ̀rọ̀, pé, “Kín ni wọ̀nyí, olúwa mi?”
5 “Don't you know what these are?” the angel replied. “No, my lord,” I responded.
Angẹli tí ó ń bá mi sọ̀rọ̀ dáhùn ó sì wí fún mi pé, “Ìwọ kò mọ ohun tí àwọn wọ̀nyí jásí?” Mo sì wí pé, “Èmi kò mọ̀ ọ́n, olúwa mi.”
6 Then he told me, “This is the Lord's message to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the Lord Almighty.
Ó sì dáhùn ó sì wí fún mi pé, “Èyí ni ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa sí Serubbabeli tó wí pé: ‘Kì í ṣe nípa ipá, kì í ṣe nípa agbára, bí kò ṣe nípa Ẹ̀mí mi,’ ni Olúwa àwọn ọmọ-ogun wí.
7 Even obstacles as big as mountains will be flattened before Zerubbabel. Finally he will bring out the capstone to shouts of ‘Blessings on it!’”
“Ta ni ìwọ, ìwọ òkè ńlá? Ìwọ yóò di pẹ̀tẹ́lẹ̀ níwájú Serubbabeli: òun yóò sì fi ariwo mú òkúta téńté orí rẹ̀ wá, yóò máa kígbe wí pé, ‘Ọlọ́run bùkún fun! Ọlọ́run bùkún fun!’”
8 Then the Lord gave me another message.
Ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa sì tọ̀ mí wá, wí pé:
9 Zerubbabel with his own hands laid the foundations for this Temple, and it will be completed the same way. Then you will know the Lord Almighty has sent me.
“Ọwọ́ Serubbabeli ni a ti ṣe ìpìlẹ̀ ilé yìí, ọwọ́ rẹ̀ ni yóò sì parí rẹ̀; ìwọ yóò sì mọ̀ pé, Olúwa àwọn ọmọ-ogun ni ó rán mi sí i yín.
10 For who dares look down on this time of small beginnings? They will be happy when they see the plumb line in Zerubbabel's hand. “The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord which see all over the world.”
“Ṣùgbọ́n ta ni ha kẹ́gàn ọjọ́ ohun kékeré? Nítorí wọn ó yọ̀ nígbà ti wọ́n bá rí okùn ìwọ̀n nì lọ́wọ́ Serubbabeli. “(Àwọn méje wọ̀nyí ni àwọn ojú Olúwa, tí ó ń sáré síyìn-ín sọ́hùn-ún ní gbogbo ayé.)”
11 Then I asked the angel, “What are the two olive trees that stand to the right and the left of the lampstand?”
Mo sì béèrè, mo sì sọ fún un pé, “Kí ni àwọn igi olifi méjì wọ̀nyí jásí, tí ó wà ní apá ọ̀tún fìtílà àti ní apá òsì rẹ̀?”
12 And I also asked him, “What are the two olive branches from which the golden oil pours out from through golden pipes?”
Mo sì tún dáhùn, mo sì sọ fún un pé, “Kí ni àwọn ẹ̀ka méjì igi olifi wọ̀nyí jásí, tí ń tú òróró wúrà jáde nínú ara wọn láti ẹnu ọ̀pá oníhò wúrà méjì.”
13 “Don't you know?” the angel replied. “No, my lord,” I responded.
Ó sì dáhùn, ó wí fún mi pé, “Ìwọ kò mọ ohun tí àwọn wọ̀nyí jásí?” Mo sì wí pé, “Bẹ́ẹ̀ kọ́, olúwa à mi.”
14 “These are the two who have been anointed who stand by the Lord of all the earth,” he replied.
Ó sì wí pé, “Àwọn méjì wọ̀nyí ni àwọn tí a fi òróró yàn, tí ó dúró ti Olúwa gbogbo ayé.”
