< Revelation 6 >
1 I watched as the Lamb broke open the first of the seven seals. I heard one of the four living creatures shout with a thunderous voice, “Come!”
Ndakatarisa Gwayana paraizarura chimwe chezvisimbiso zvinomwe. Ipapo ndakanzwa chimwe chezvisikwa zvipenyu zvina chichiti nenzwi rainge rokutinhira, “Uya!”
2 I looked and saw a white horse. Its rider was holding a bow. He was given a crown, and he rode out conquering so that he would be victorious.
Ndakatarira, uye ipapo pamberi pangu pakanga pane bhiza jena! Akanga akaritasva akanga akabata uta, uye akapiwa korona, akakwira akabuda somukundi kuti andokunda.
3 When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
Gwayana rakati razarura chisimbiso chechipiri, ndakanzwa chisikwa chipenyu chechipiri chichiti, “Uya!”
4 Another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given a large sword, and the power to take away peace from the earth so that people would slaughter one other.
Ipapo rimwe bhiza rakabuda, riri dzvuku kwazvo. Mutasvi waro akapiwa simba rokubvisa rugare panyika nokuita kuti vanhu vaurayane. Munondo mukuru wakapiwa kwaari.
5 When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked and saw a black horse. Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.
Gwayana rakati razarura chisimbiso chechitatu, ndakanzwa chisikwa chipenyu chechitatu chichiti, “Uya!” Ndakatarira, uye pamberi pangu ipapo pakanga pane bhiza dema! Mutasvi waro akanga akabata zviyero zviviri muruoko rwake.
6 I heard what seemed to be a voice coming from among the four living creatures that said, “Two pounds of wheat cost a day's wages, and three pounds of barley cost the same. But don't damage the oil or the wine.”
Ipapo ndakanzwa kurira kwainge inzwi pakati pezvisikwa zvipenyu zvina richiti, “Chiyero chegorosi ndicho mubayiro webasa rezuva rimwe chete, uye zviyero zvitatu zvebhari ndizvo mubayiro webasa rezuva rimwe chete, uye musakanganisa mafuta newaini!”
7 When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living creature say, “Come!”
Gwayana rakati razarura chisimbiso chechina, ndakanzwa inzwi rechisikwa chipenyu chechina richiti, “Uya!”
8 I looked and saw a pale horse. The rider was called Death, and Hades followed him. They received authority over a quarter of the earth to kill people by the sword, by famine, by plague, and by wild beasts. (Hadēs )
Ndakatarira, uye ipapo pamberi pangu pakanga pane bhiza rakanga rakacheneruka! Mutasvi waro ainzi Rufu, uye Hadhesi rakanga richimutevera riri pedyo mumashure make. Vakanga vapiwa simba pamusoro pechikamu chechina chenyika kuti vauraye nomunondo, nenzara nedenda, uye nezvikara zvenyika. (Hadēs )
9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar those who had been killed because of their dedication to the word of God and their faithful witness.
Akati azarura chisimbiso chechishanu, ndakaona pasi pearitari mweya yaavo vakanga vaurayiwa nokuda kweshoko raMwari uye nokuda kwokupupura kwavakanga vaita.
10 They cried out, shouting, “How long, Lord who is holy and true, before you will judge and bring to justice those on earth who spilled our blood?”
Vakadanidzira nenzwi guru vachiti, “Ishe Tenzi, mutsvene wezvokwadi, mucharega kutonga vanogara panyika nokutsiva ropa redu kusvikira riniko?”
11 Each one of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait for a little longer until their number was complete—their fellow-believers and brothers who would be killed like them.
Ipapo mumwe nomumwe wavo akapiwa nguo chena, uye vakaudzwa kuti vamirire kwechinguva chiduku, kusvikira kuwanda, kwavamwe varanda pamwe chete navo nehama dzavo avo vaifanira kuurayiwa saivo, kwakwana.
12 When he opened the sixth seal there was a tremendous earthquake. The sun turned black like hair sackcloth and the whole moon turned red like blood.
Ndakatarira paaizarura chisimbiso chechitanhatu. Pakava nokudengenyeka kwenyika kukuru. Zuva rakasviba rikaita senguo dzamasaga dzakaitwa namakushe embudzi, mwedzi wose ukashanduka ukatsvuka seropa,
13 The stars of heaven fell to earth like unripe figs falling from a fig tree shaken by a windstorm.
uye nyeredzi dzomudenga dzakawira panyika, samaonde eshure azuka kubva mumuonde paunenge wazungunuswa nemhepo ine simba.
14 The sky disappeared like a scroll rolling up, and all the mountains and islands were moved from where they were.
Denga rakabva sebhuku rinopetwa, uye makomo ose nezvitsuwa zvakabviswa panzvimbo dzazvo.
15 The kings of the earth, the great leaders, the wealthy, the powerful, and all people, slave or free, hid themselves in caves and among the rocks in the mountains.
Ipapo madzimambo enyika, machinda, vatungamiri, vapfumi, vane simba, navaranda vose uye navanhu vakasununguka vakavanda mumapako napakati pamabwe amakomo.
16 They called on the mountains and the rocks, telling them, “Fall upon us! Hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne, and from the judgment of the Lamb.
Vakadanidzira kumakomo nokumabwe vachiti, “Wirai pamusoro pedu uye mutivige kubva kuchiso chaiye anogara pachigaro choushe nepahasha dzeGwayana!
17 For the terrible day of their judgment has come, and who can stand against it?”
Nokuti zuva guru rehasha dzavo rasvika, uye ndianiko anogona kumira?”
