Revelation 22
1 The angel showed me the river of water of life, crystal-clear, flowing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,
ⲁ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲧⲁⲙⲟⲓ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲱⲛϧ ⲉϥⲫⲟⲣⲓ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩ⳿ⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲁⲗⲗⲟⲛ ⲉϥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲑⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓϩⲓⲏⲃ.
2 right in the middle of the main street of the city. On both sides of the river was the tree of life, producing twelve crops of fruit, one every month. The leaves of the tree were used to heal people from all nations.
ⲃ̅ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲑⲙⲏϯ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲥ⳿ϣⲑⲉϩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⲥⲁ⳿ⲙⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲥⲁ⳿ⲙⲛⲁⲓ ⲟⲩ⳿ϣϣⲏⲛ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲡⲱⲛϧ ⲉϥ⳿ⲓⲛⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ϧⲁⲣⲁ ⳿ⲁⲃⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓϫⲱⲃⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓ⳿ϣϣⲏⲛ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲫⲁϧⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲃⲁⲗ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ.
3 There will no longer be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be there in the city, and his servants will worship him.
ⲅ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲱϥ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲑⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓϩⲓⲏⲃ ⲉⲩ⳿ⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⳿ⲡϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲓ⳿ⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲉⲩ⳿ⲉϣⲉⲙϣⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ.
4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
ⲇ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⳿ⲉⲡⲉϥϩⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ ϩⲓ ⲧⲟⲩⲧⲉϩⲛⲓ.
5 There will be no more night, and they will not need the light of a lamp, or the light of the sun, because the Lord God will give them light. They shall reign for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
ⲉ̅⳿ⲛⲛⲉ ⳿ⲉϫⲱⲣϩ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⳿ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲉⲣ⳿ⲭ ⲣⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲫⲣⲏ ϫⲉ Ⲡ⳪ ⲫϯ ⲉϥ⳿ⲉⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⳿ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩ⳿ⲉⲉⲣⲟⲩⲣⲟ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ. (aiōn g165)
6 The angel told me, “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord God, who gave his Spirit to the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants what is about to happen.”
ⲋ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲏⲓ ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲥⲉ⳿ⲛϩⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉⲟⲩⲁⲃ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ Ⲡ⳪ ⲫϯ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲡ͞ⲛⲁ̅ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ ⲁϥⲧⲁⲟⲩⲟ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉϥⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲧⲁⲙⲉ ⲛⲉϥⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ ⳿ⲉⲛⲏⲉⲧⲥⲉ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲟⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ.
7 “I am coming soon! Blessed are those who obey the prophetic words of this book.”
ⲍ̅ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯⲛⲏⲟⲩ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⲱⲟⲩ⳿ⲛⲓⲁⲧϥ ⳿ⲙⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁ⳿ⲁⲣⲉϩ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲓ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ.
8 I am John who heard and saw all this. When I heard and saw them, I fell down at the feet of the angel who had shown me these things to worship him.
ⲏ̅⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲓⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲟⲧⲉ ⲉⲧⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲓϩⲓⲧⲧ ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏ ⲧ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉ⳿ⲙⲑⲟ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲛϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲧⲁⲙⲟ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲓ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲓ.
9 He told me, “Don't do that! I am one of God's servants just as you are, together with your brothers the prophets, and those who obey the words of this book. Worship God!”
ⲑ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲏⲓ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲙⲫⲱⲣ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲟⲩ⳿ϣⲫⲏⲣ ⳿ⲙⲃⲱⲕ ⳿ⲛⲧⲁⲕ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲕ⳿ⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲓ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏ ⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁ⳿ⲁⲣⲉϩ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ ⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ.
10 Then he told me, “Don't seal up the words of prophecy of this book and keep them secret, for the time is near.
ⲓ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲏⲓ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲧⲉⲃ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲓ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ ⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁϥϧⲱⲛⲧ.
11 Whoever doesn't do what is right, let them stay that way. Whoever is impure, let them stay that way. Whoever does what is right, let them stay that way. Whoever is holy, let them stay that way.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲫⲏⲉⲧϭⲓ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϭⲓ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲟⲛ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲑⲱⲗⲉⲃ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲑⲱⲗⲉⲃ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥ⳿ⲑⲙⲁⲓⲟϥ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟϥ.
12 I am coming soon, and I am bringing my reward to give to everybody based on what they've done.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⲡⲁⲃⲉⲭⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ϯⲛⲁϯ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲛⲉϥ⳿ϩⲃⲏ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ.
13 I am the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲁⲗⲫⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲱ ϯⲁⲣⲭⲏ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓϫⲱⲕ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ.
14 Blessed are those who wash their robes so that they have the right to the tree of life, and can enter into the city through the gates.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲱⲟⲩ⳿ⲛⲓⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉϥⲉⲛⲧⲟⲗⲏ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓ⳿ϣϣⲏⲛ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲡⲱⲛϧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩ⳿ⲉϣⲉ ⳿ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⳿ⲉϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ.
15 Those outside the city are dogs, those who practice witchcraft, those who are sexually immoral, those who murder, those who worship idols, and all those who love and invent lies.
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲛⲓⲟⲩϩⲱⲣ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲫⲁⲣⲙⲁⲅⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲡⲟⲣⲛⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓϣⲁⲙϣⲉ ⲓϧ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛϯⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ.
16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony to share with the churches. I am both the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ ⲁⲓⲧⲁⲟⲩⲟ ⳿ⲙⲡⲁⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛⲛⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲉⲕ⳿ⲕⲗⲏⲥⲓⲁ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ϯⲛⲟⲩⲛⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲅⲉⲛⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲥⲓⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉϣⲁϥϣⲁⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲟⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ.
17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Whoever hears this, say, “Come.” Whoever is thirsty, come, and whoever wants to, freely drink of the water of life.
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡ͞ⲛⲁ̅ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯϣⲉⲗⲉⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉϫⲱ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲟⲃⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥ⳿ⲓ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϭⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲱⲛϧ ⳿ⲛϫⲓⲛϫⲏ.
18 I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the prophetic words of this book that if anyone adds to them then God will add to them the plagues described in this book.
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ϯⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲓ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ ϫⲉ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁⲧⲟⲩϩⲟ ⳿ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲣⲉ ⲫϯ ⲧⲟⲩϩⲟ ⳿ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲉⲧ⳿ⲥϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ.
19 If anyone takes away the prophetic words of this book, God will take away their share of the tree of life and of the holy city that are described in this book.
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ⲫⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϫⲱϫ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲓ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲓⲁ ⲉⲣⲉ ⲫϯ ⲉϥ⳿ⲉⲉⲗ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲉⲣⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓ ⳿ⲡϫⲱⲙ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲡⲱⲛϧ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲉⲧ⳿ⲥϧⲏ ⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓ ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ.
20 He who confirms all this says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen, come, Lord Jesus.
ⲕ̅⳿ϥϫⲱ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⳿ⲛⲛⲁⲓ ϫⲉ ⲥⲉⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲥⲉⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⳿ⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲡⲉⲛ⳪ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
21 May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with the believers. Amen.
