< Revelation 21 >

1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth. The first heaven and the first earth had disappeared, and the sea no longer existed.
O I kilaner lan kap o jappa kap, pwe lan maj o jappa maj jolar mia, o jolar madau.
2 I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, descending from God out of heaven, prepared like a bride made beautiful for her husband.
O i kilaner kanim ijou, Ierujalem kap, peidido jan lan ren Kot, kapwater due li kamod kapwater on a paud ol.
3 I heard a loud voice from the throne say, “Now God's home is with human beings and he will live with them. They will be his people. God himself will be with them as their God.
O i roner nil laud jan mol o majani: Kilan, tanpaj en Kot mi ren aramaj akan, o a pan kotikot re’rail, o irail pan wia japwilim a aramaj ala, o pein Kot pan kotikot re’rail.
4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will never happen again. There will be no mourning or crying or pain ever again for the former world no longer exists.”
O a pan kotin limwi jan pil en maj ar karoj; o mela pan jolar, pil jolar maiei, o jolar janejan, madak kokolata, pwe men maj jolar mia.
5 The one who sits on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” He told me, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
O me kaipokedi pon mol o majani: Kilan, I pan kawilikapada meakan karoj. O a kotin majani: Intiniedi; pwe majan pukat me pun o melel!
6 Then he said to me, “Everything's done! I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. To anyone who is thirsty I will give the free gift of water from the spring of the water of life.
A kotin majani on ia: A pwaidar. Nai Alpa o Omeka, Tapi o Imwi. I pan ki on, me men nim pil adar, en nim jan utun pil en maur japan.
7 Those who are victorious will inherit all these things, and I will be their God and they shall be my children.
Me pan dadaurata, a pan jojoki mepukat, o I pan wia na Kot la, o a pan wiala nai jeri.
8 But anyone who is a coward, who doesn't trust me, who does disgusting things, who is a murderer, who is sexually immoral, who practices witchcraft, who worships idols, who tells lies—their chosen place is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. This is the second death.”
9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues came and spoke to me. He told me, “Come with me. I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.”
O tounlan amen, kijan ijimen, me dal en kalokolok iju en kaimwijokela mi re a, pwarado majani on ia: Ko don met, i pan kajale on uk li kamod, warok en Jippul o.
10 He took me in the Spirit to the top of a very high mountain. There he showed me the holy city Jerusalem descending from God out of heaven,
Ari a kotin kalua kin ia la ren nen pon nana lapalap eu o ileile, ap kajale on ia kanim ijou lerujalem, peipeidido jan lan ren Kot;
11 shining with the glory of God's presence. The light sparkled like that from a gemstone, a jasper, clear and bright.
Linaneki linan en Kot; a marain me raj on takai kajampwal, rajon iajpij linan eu,
12 The city wall was high and thick, with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels. On the gates were inscribed the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.
13 There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south, and three on the west.
14 The city wall had twelve foundations, and inscribed on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 The angel who spoke to me had a golden measuring rod to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
Me majani on ia mepukat, men jon jokon kold mi re a, pwen jon kanim o, o a wanim akan o a kel o.
16 The city was square. The length was the same as the width. He measured the city with the rod, it was 12,000 furlongs. The length, width, and height were all the same.
Pali en kanim pali paieu, o anet a dueta talap a; a jonki kanim men jon o, me anet a jtadien nenriakid. Anet a o tiilap o ileile duepeneta.
17 He measured the wall and it was 144 cubits thick in human measurements that the angel was using.
A jojon kel o, ari me tipon en pa epuki paeijok paieu, duen men jon en aramaj o, me mi ren tounlan o.
18 The wall was built out of jasper. The city was made of pure gold that looked like glass.
A kel o wia kidar iajpij, a kanim o wia kidar kold eta, me rajon klaj makelekel.
19 The foundations of the city wall were decorated with all kinds of gemstones. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald,
Pajon en kel en kanim o ujunakier jon en takai kajampwalia karoj. Tapin pajon takai iajpij, a kariau japir, a kajilu kaljedonia, a kapaieu jmarakd,
20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth, chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst.
A kalimau jardonikj, a kawonu jardij, a kaiju krijolit, a kawalu peril, a katuau topaj, a kaeijok krijopraj, a kaeijokeu iajint, a kaeijokriau ametijt.
21 The twelve gates were made of pearl, each one made from a single pearl. The main street was made of pure gold, clear like glass.
22 I did not see a temple there, because the Lord God the All-powerful One, and the Lamb, they are its temple.
O i jota kilaner im en kaudok lole, pwe Kaun Kot, Kaun en meakaroj o Jippul iei ar im en kaudok.
23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it because the glory of God provides its light—the Lamb is its lamp.
O kanim jota mau on katipin de maram, pwen dakedaker, pwe linan en Kot kamaraini i, o Jippul iei arail lamp.
24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory into the city.
25 The gates of the city will never be shut during the day (and there will be no night there).
O a wanim akan jota pan ritidi ni ran, pwe jolar pon waja o.
26 The nations' honor and glory will be brought into the city.
O irail pan wa don i linan o wau en wei kan,
27 Nothing unclean will ever enter into it, or anyone who worships idols, or who is a liar—only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Jota me pan pedelon on me jamin, de me kin wia jaut, de likam, a irail eta, me mar arail intinidier nan puk en maur en Jippul.
