Revelation 16
1 Then I heard a loud voice coming from the Temple telling the seven angels, “Go and pour out the seven bowls of God's judgment on the earth.”
தத: பரம்’ மந்தி³ராத் தாந் ஸப்ததூ³தாந் ஸம்பா⁴ஷமாண ஏஷ மஹாரவோ மயாஸ்²ராவி, யூயம்’ க³த்வா தேப்⁴ய: ஸப்தகம்’ஸேப்⁴ய ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய க்ரோத⁴ம்’ ப்ரு’தி²வ்யாம்’ ஸ்ராவயத|
2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and terrible, painful sores broke out on those who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.
தத: ப்ரத²மோ தூ³தோ க³த்வா ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ப்ரு’தி²வ்யாம் அஸ்ராவயத் தஸ்மாத் பஸோ²: கலங்கதா⁴ரிணாம்’ தத்ப்ரதிமாபூஜகாநாம்’ மாநவாநாம்’ ஸ²ரீரேஷு வ்யதா²ஜநகா து³ஷ்டவ்ரணா அப⁴வந்|
3 The second poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became like the blood of a corpse and everything living in the sea died.
தத: பரம்’ த்³விதீயோ தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸமுத்³ரே (அ)ஸ்ராவயத் தேந ஸ குணபஸ்த²ஸோ²ணிதரூப்யப⁴வத் ஸமுத்³ரே ஸ்தி²தாஸ்²ச ஸர்வ்வே ப்ராணிநோ ம்ரு’த்யும்’ க³தா: |
4 The third poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and the water turned into blood.
அபரம்’ த்ரு’தீயோ தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ நதீ³ஷு ஜலப்ரஸ்ரவணேஷு சாஸ்ராவயத் ததஸ்தாநி ரக்தமயாந்யப⁴வந்| அபரம்’ தோயாநாம் அதி⁴பஸ்ய தூ³தஸ்ய வாகி³யம்’ மயா ஸ்²ருதா|
5 I heard the angel who had power over the waters declare, “You are truly right, you who are and was, the Holy One, as this judgment demonstrates.
வர்த்தமாநஸ்²ச பூ⁴தஸ்²ச ப⁴விஷ்யம்’ஸ்²ச பரமேஸ்²வர: | த்வமேவ ந்யாய்யகாரீ யத்³ ஏதாத்³ரு’க் த்வம்’ வ்யசாரய: |
6 These people shed the blood of believers. Now you've given them blood to drink, as they deserve!”
ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதி³ஸாதூ⁴நாம்’ ரக்தம்’ தைரேவ பாதிதம்’| ஸோ²ணிதம்’ த்வந்து தேப்⁴யோ (அ)தா³ஸ்தத்பாநம்’ தேஷு யுஜ்யதே||
7 I heard a voice from the altar saying, “Yes, Lord God, the All-powerful One, your judgments are right and true!”
அநந்தரம்’ வேதீ³தோ பா⁴ஷமாணஸ்ய கஸ்யசித்³ அயம்’ ரவோ மயா ஸ்²ருத: , ஹே பரஸ்²வர ஸத்யம்’ தத் ஹே ஸர்வ்வஸ²க்திமந் ப்ரபோ⁴| ஸத்யா ந்யாய்யாஸ்²ச ஸர்வ்வா ஹி விசாராஜ்ஞாஸ்த்வதீ³யகா: ||
8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was given the power to scorch people with fire.
அநந்தரம்’ சதுர்தோ² தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ ஸூர்ய்யே (அ)ஸ்ராவயத் தஸ்மை ச வஹ்நிநா மாநவாந் த³க்³து⁴ம்’ ஸாமர்த்²யம் அதா³யி|
9 They were scorched by intense heat, and they cursed the name of God who controlled these plagues. They did not repent and give him glory.
தேந மநுஷ்யா மஹாதாபேந தாபிதாஸ்தேஷாம்’ த³ண்டா³நாம் ஆதி⁴பத்யவிஸி²ஷ்டஸ்யேஸ்²வரஸ்ய நாமாநிந்த³ந் தத்ப்ரஸ²ம்’ஸார்த²ஞ்ச மந: பரிவர்த்தநம்’ நாகுர்வ்வந்|
10 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the beast's throne, and darkness fell over his kingdom. The people bit their tongues because of the pain they felt,
தத: பரம்’ பஞ்சமோ தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ பஸோ²: ஸிம்’ஹாஸநே (அ)ஸ்ராவயத் தேந தஸ்ய ராஷ்ட்ரம்’ திமிராச்ச²ந்நம் அப⁴வத் லோகாஸ்²ச வேத³நாகாரணாத் ஸ்வரஸநா அத³ம்’த³ஸ்²யத|
11 and they cursed the God of heaven because of their pain and their sores, but they did not repent and stop what they were doing.
ஸ்வகீயவ்யதா²வ்ரணகாரணாச்ச ஸ்வர்க³ஸ்த²ம் அநிந்த³ந் ஸ்வக்ரியாப்⁴யஸ்²ச மநாம்’ஸி ந பராவர்த்தயந்|
12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the mighty River Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that a way could be prepared for the kings that come from the east.
தத: பரம்’ ஷஷ்டோ² தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸர்வ்வம்’ ப²ராதாக்²யோ மஹாநதே³ (அ)ஸ்ராவயத் தேந ஸூர்ய்யோத³யதி³ஸ² ஆக³மிஷ்யதாம்’ ராஜ்ஞாம்’ மார்க³ஸுக³மார்த²ம்’ தஸ்ய தோயாநி பர்ய்யஸு²ஷ்யந்|
13 Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs coming out of the mouths of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet.
அநந்தரம்’ நாக³ஸ்ய வத³நாத் பஸோ² ர்வத³நாத் மித்²யாப⁴விஷ்யத்³வாதி³நஸ்²ச வத³நாத் நிர்க³ச்ச²ந்தஸ்த்ரயோ (அ)ஸு²சய ஆத்மாநோ மயா த்³ரு’ஷ்டாஸ்தே மண்டூ³காகாரா: |
14 These are demonic spirits that perform miracles, going out to gather together all the kings of the whole world for the battle on God the All-powerful One's great day of judgment.
த ஆஸ்²சர்ய்யகர்ம்மகாரிணோ பூ⁴தாநாம் ஆத்மாந: ஸந்தி ஸர்வ்வஸ²க்திமத ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய மஹாதி³நே யேந யுத்³தே⁴ந ப⁴விதவ்யம்’ தத்க்ரு’தே க்ரு’த்ஸ்ரஜக³தோ ராஜ்ஞா: ஸம்’க்³ரஹீதும்’ தேஷாம்’ ஸந்நிதி⁴ம்’ நிர்க³ச்ச²ந்தி|
15 (Pay attention! I will come like a thief. Blessed are those who keep watch, and have their clothes ready so that they don't have to go out naked and be embarrassed.)
அபரம் இப்³ரிபா⁴ஷயா ஹர்ம்மகி³த்³தோ³நாமகஸ்த²நே தே ஸங்க்³ரு’ஹீதா: |
16 The evil spirits gathered the kings for battle at a place called Armageddon in Hebrew.
பஸ்²யாஹம்’ சைரவத்³ ஆக³ச்சா²மி யோ ஜந: ப்ரபு³த்³த⁴ஸ்திஷ்ட²தி யதா² ச நக்³ந: ஸந் ந பர்ய்யடதி தஸ்ய லஜ்ஜா ச யதா² த்³ரு’ஸ்²யா ந ப⁴வதி ததா² ஸ்வவாஸாம்’ஸி ரக்ஷதி ஸ த⁴ந்ய: |
17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl on the air, and a loud voice came from the Temple, from the throne, shouting out, “It's over!”
தத: பரம்’ ஸப்தமோ தூ³த: ஸ்வகம்’ஸே யத்³யத்³ அவித்³யத தத் ஸர்வ்வம் ஆகாஸே² (அ)ஸ்ராவயத் தேந ஸ்வர்கீ³யமந்தி³ரமத்⁴யஸ்த²ஸிம்’ஹாஸநாத் மஹாரவோ (அ)யம்’ நிர்க³த: ஸமாப்திரப⁴வதி³தி|
18 Lightning flashed and thunder boomed, and a massive earthquake shook the earth. It was the worst earthquake that had ever happened since people lived there.
தத³நந்தரம்’ தடி³தோ ரவா: ஸ்தநிதாநி சாப⁴வந், யஸ்மிந் காலே ச ப்ரு’தி²வ்யாம்’ மநுஷ்யா: ஸ்ரு’ஷ்டாஸ்தம் ஆரப்⁴ய யாத்³ரு’ங்மஹாபூ⁴மிகம்ப: கதா³பி நாப⁴வத் தாத்³ரு’க்³ பூ⁴கம்போ (அ)ப⁴வத்|
19 The great city was split into three. The cities of the nations were destroyed. Babylon the great was remembered in God's presence so that she should be given the cup filled with the wine of his hostility.
ததா³நீம்’ மஹாநக³ரீ த்ரிக²ண்டா³ ஜாதா பி⁴ந்நஜாதீயாநாம்’ நக³ராணி ச ந்யபதந் மஹாபா³பி³ல் சேஸ்²வரேண ஸ்வகீயப்ரசண்ட³கோபமதி³ராபாத்ரதா³நார்த²ம்’ ஸம்’ஸ்ம்ரு’தா|
20 All the islands vanished, and all the mountains disappeared.
த்³வீபாஸ்²ச பலாயிதா கி³ரயஸ்²சாந்தஹிதா: |
21 Huge hailstones, each one weighing one hundred pounds, rained down from the sky on people. The people cursed God because the plague of hail was so terrible.
க³க³நமண்ட³லாச்ச மநுஷ்யாணாம் உபர்ய்யேகைகத்³ரோணபரிமிதஸி²லாநாம்’ மஹாவ்ரு’ஷ்டிரப⁴வத் தச்சி²லாவ்ரு’ஷ்டே: க்லேஸா²த் மநுஷ்யா ஈஸ்²வரம் அநிந்த³ம் யதஸ்தஜ்ஜாத: க்லேஸோ² (அ)தீவ மஹாந்|
