Revelation 13
1 And the dragon stood on the sea shore. Then I saw a beast rising out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten small crowns on his horns, and had blasphemous names on his heads.
ཏཏཿ པརམཧཾ སཱགརཱིཡསིཀཏཱཡཱཾ ཏིཥྛན྄ སཱགརཱད྄ ཨུདྒཙྪནྟམ྄ ཨེཀཾ པཤུཾ དྲྀཥྚཝཱན྄ ཏསྱ དཤ ཤྲྀངྒཱཎི སཔྟ ཤིརཱཾསི ཙ དཤ ཤྲྀངྒེཥུ དཤ ཀིརཱིཊཱནི ཤིརཿསུ ཙེཤྭརནིནྡཱསཱུཙཀཱནི ནཱམཱནི ཝིདྱནྟེ།
2 The beast I saw looked like a leopard, but his feet looked like those of a bear, and his mouth looked like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power, his throne, and great authority.
མཡཱ དྲྀཥྚཿ ས པཤུཤྩིཏྲཝྱཱགྷྲསདྲྀཤཿ ཀིནྟུ ཏསྱ ཙརཎཽ བྷལླཱུཀསྱེཝ ཝདནཉྩ སིཾཧཝདནམིཝ། ནཱགནེ ཏསྨཻ སྭཱིཡཔརཱཀྲམཿ སྭཱིཡཾ སིཾཧཱསནཾ མཧཱདྷིཔཏྱཉྩཱདཱཡི།
3 One of his heads seemed to have suffered a death-blow, but this fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder at the beast,
མཡི ནིརཱིཀྵམཱཎེ ཏསྱ ཤིརསཱམ྄ ཨེཀམ྄ ཨནྟཀཱགྷཱཏེན ཚེདིཏམིཝཱདྲྀཤྱཏ, ཀིནྟུ ཏསྱཱནྟཀཀྵཏསྱ པྲཏཱིཀཱརོ ྅ཀྲིཡཏ ཏཏཿ ཀྲྀཏྶྣོ ནརལོཀསྟཾ པཤུམདྷི ཙམཏྐཱརཾ གཏཿ,
4 and they worshiped the dragon because he had given his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, asking “Who is like the beast? Who could defeat him?”
ཡཤྩ ནཱགསྟསྨཻ པཤཝེ སཱམརྠྱཾ དཏྟཝཱན྄ སཪྻྭེ ཏཾ པྲཱཎམན྄ པཤུམཔི པྲཎམནྟོ ྅ཀཐཡན྄, ཀོ ཝིདྱཏེ པཤོསྟུལྱསྟེན ཀོ ཡོདྡྷུམརྷཏི།
5 He was given the ability to make great boasts and speak blasphemies, and he was also given the authority to do this for forty-two months.
ཨནནྟརཾ ཏསྨཻ དརྤཝཱཀྱེཤྭརནིནྡཱཝཱདི ཝདནཾ དྭིཙཏྭཱརིཾཤནྨཱསཱན྄ ཡཱཝད྄ ཨཝསྠིཏེཿ སཱམརྠྱཉྩཱདཱཡི།
6 As soon as he opened his mouth he spoke blasphemies against God, insulting his character, his sanctuary, and those who live in heaven.
ཏཏཿ ས ཨཱིཤྭརནིནྡནཱརྠཾ མུཁཾ ཝྱཱདཱཡ ཏསྱ ནཱམ ཏསྱཱཝཱསཾ སྭརྒནིཝཱསིནཤྩ ནིནྡིཏུམ྄ ཨཱརབྷཏ།
7 The beast was given power to attack believers and defeat them, and he was also given authority over every people, tribe, language, and nation.
ཨཔརཾ དྷཱརྨྨིཀཻཿ སཧ ཡོདྷནསྱ ཏེཥཱཾ པརཱཛཡསྱ ཙཱནུམཏིཿ སཪྻྭཛཱཏཱིཡཱནཱཾ སཪྻྭཝཾཤཱིཡཱནཱཾ སཪྻྭབྷཱཥཱཝཱདིནཱཾ སཪྻྭདེཤཱིཡཱནཱཉྩཱདྷིཔཏྱམཔི ཏསྨཱ ཨདཱཡི།
8 Everybody living on earth will worship him, those whose names had not been written in the book of life—the book of life that belongs to the Lamb slain from the beginning of the world.
ཏཏོ ཛགཏཿ སྲྀཥྚིཀཱལཱཏ྄ ཚེདིཏསྱ མེཥཝཏྶསྱ ཛཱིཝནཔུསྟཀེ ཡཱཝཏཱཾ ནཱམཱནི ལིཁིཏཱནི ན ཝིདྱནྟེ ཏེ པྲྀཐིཝཱིནིཝཱསིནཿ སཪྻྭེ ཏཾ པཤུཾ པྲཎཾསྱནྟི།
9 If you have ears, listen!
ཡསྱ ཤྲོཏྲཾ ཝིདྱཏེ ས ཤྲྀཎོཏུ།
10 Anyone who has to go into captivity will go into captivity; anyone who has to die by the sword will die by the sword. This demonstrates the patient endurance and confidence in God of the believers.
ཡོ ཛནོ ྅པརཱན྄ ཝནྡཱིཀྲྀཏྱ ནཡཏི ས སྭཡཾ ཝནྡཱིབྷཱུཡ སྠཱནཱནྟརཾ གམིཥྱཏི, ཡཤྩ ཁངྒེན ཧནྟི ས སྭཡཾ ཁངྒེན གྷཱནིཥྱཏེ། ཨཏྲ པཝིཏྲལོཀཱནཱཾ སཧིཥྞུཏཡཱ ཝིཤྭཱསེན ཙ པྲཀཱཤིཏཝྱཾ།
11 Then I saw another beast, rising up from the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon.
ཨནནྟརཾ པྲྀཐིཝཱིཏ ཨུདྒཙྪན྄ ཨཔར ཨེཀཿ པཤུ རྨཡཱ དྲྀཥྚཿ ས མེཥཤཱཝཀཝཏ྄ ཤྲྀངྒདྭཡཝིཤིཥྚ ཨཱསཱིཏ྄ ནཱགཝཙྩཱབྷཱཥཏ།
12 He imposed the same authority as the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and those who live there worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed.
ས པྲཐམཔཤོརནྟིཀེ ཏསྱ སཪྻྭཾ པརཱཀྲམཾ ཝྱཝཧརཏི ཝིཤེཥཏོ ཡསྱ པྲཐམཔཤོརནྟིཀཀྵཏཾ པྲཏཱིཀཱརཾ གཏཾ ཏསྱ པཱུཛཱཾ པྲྀཐིཝཱིཾ ཏནྣིཝཱསིནཤྩ ཀཱརཡཏི།
13 He performed great miracles, even bringing fire down from heaven to earth while people watched.
ཨཔརཾ མཱནཝཱནཱཾ སཱཀྵཱད྄ ཨཱཀཱཤཏོ བྷུཝི ཝཧྣིཝརྵཎཱདཱིནི མཧཱཙིཏྲཱཎི ཀརོཏི།
14 He deceived those who live on the earth by the miracles he performed on behalf of the beast, ordering the people that they should make an image for the beast who had received the fatal sword wound but came back to life.
ཏསྱ པཤོཿ སཱཀྵཱད྄ ཡེཥཱཾ ཙིཏྲཀརྨྨཎཱཾ སཱདྷནཱཡ སཱམརྠྱཾ ཏསྨཻ དཏྟཾ ཏཻཿ ས པྲྀཐིཝཱིནིཝཱསིནོ བྷྲཱམཡཏི, ཝིཤེཥཏོ ཡཿ པཤུཿ ཁངྒེན ཀྵཏཡུཀྟོ བྷཱུཏྭཱཔྱཛཱིཝཏ྄ ཏསྱ པྲཏིམཱནིརྨྨཱཎཾ པྲྀཐིཝཱིནིཝཱསིན ཨཱདིཤཏི།
15 He was permitted to breathe life into the image of the beast so that it could speak, ordering anyone who did not worship it put to death.
ཨཔརཾ ཏསྱ པཤོཿ པྲཏིམཱ ཡཐཱ བྷཱཥཏེ ཡཱཝནྟཤྩ མཱནཝཱསྟཱཾ པཤུཔྲཏིམཱཾ ན པཱུཛཡནྟི ཏེ ཡཐཱ ཧནྱནྟེ ཏཐཱ པཤུཔྲཏིམཱཡཱཿ པྲཱཎཔྲཏིཥྛཱརྠཾ སཱམརྠྱཾ ཏསྨཱ ཨདཱཡི།
16 He made everyone, whether weak or powerful, rich or poor, free or slave, receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads.
ཨཔརཾ ཀྵུདྲམཧདྡྷནིདརིདྲམུཀྟདཱསཱན྄ སཪྻྭཱན྄ དཀྵིཎཀརེ བྷཱལེ ཝཱ ཀལངྐཾ གྲཱཧཡཏི།
17 Nobody was permitted to buy or sell except those who had the mark, which was the name of the beast or the number of his name.
ཏསྨཱད྄ ཡེ ཏཾ ཀལངྐམརྠཏཿ པཤོ རྣཱམ ཏསྱ ནཱམྣཿ སཾཁྱཱངྐཾ ཝཱ དྷཱརཡནྟི ཏཱན྄ ཝིནཱ པརེཎ ཀེནཱཔི ཀྲཡཝིཀྲཡེ ཀརྟྟུཾ ན ཤཀྱེཏེ།
18 Wisdom is needed here. Whoever has understanding should calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666.
ཨཏྲ ཛྙཱནེན པྲཀཱཤིཏཝྱཾ། ཡོ བུདྡྷིཝིཤིཥྚཿ ས པཤོཿ སཾཁྱཱཾ གཎཡཏུ ཡཏཿ སཱ མཱནཝསྱ སཾཁྱཱ བྷཝཏི། སཱ ཙ སཾཁྱཱ ཥཊྵཥྚྱདྷིཀཥཊྴཏཱནི།
