< Revelation 11 >
1 I was given a measuring rod and told, “Get up and measure the Temple of God, and the altar, and count those who are worshiping there.
Wɔmaa me susudua bi a ɛte sɛ pema, na wɔka kyerɛɛ me se, “Sɔre na susuw Onyankopɔn asɔredan no ne afɔremuka no na kan wɔn a wɔresom wɔ asɔredan no mu no.
2 Don't measure the court outside the Temple, leave that, because it has been handed over to the nations. They will trample down the holy city for forty-two months.
Nanso mfa asɔredan no adiwo nka ho, efisɛ wɔde hɔ ama amanamanmufo, na wobetiatia kurow kronkron no so asram aduanan abien.
3 I will give my two witnesses power, and they will prophesy 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.”
Mɛsoma me nnansefo baanu a wofurafura atweaatam, na wɔaka Onyankopɔn asɛm saa nna apem ahannu ne aduosia no mu.”
4 They are the two olive trees and the two candlesticks that stand in front of the Lord of the earth.
Saa nnansefo baanu no ne ngodua abien no ne akaneadua abien a esisi asase a ɛwɔ Awurade anim no so no.
5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes out of their mouths and burns up their enemies. This is how anyone who tries to harm them will be killed.
Ogya a efi wɔn anom bekunkum atamfo biara a wɔpɛ sɛ wɔhaw wɔn no. Ɛno nti wobekum obiara a ɔpɛ sɛ ɔhaw wɔn no.
6 These two witnesses have the power to close the sky so that it will not rain during the time of their prophecy. They also have the power to turn the waters into blood, and to strike the earth with all kinds of plagues, as often as they want.
Wɔwɔ tumi sɛ wɔto ɔsoro mu a osu rentɔ wɔ bere a wɔrehyɛ nkɔm no. Wɔwɔ tumi sɛ wɔdan nsu ma ɛyɛ mogya na wɔde ɔhaw to asase so mpɛn dodow biara a wɔpɛ.
7 When they finish their testimony, the beast coming from the Abyss will attack them, defeat them, and kill them. (Abyssos )
Na sɛ wɔka wɔn asɛm no wie a, aboa a obefi bun no mu apue no ne wɔn bɛko. Obedi wɔn so akunkum wɔn (Abyssos )
8 Their dead bodies will lie on the open street of the great city, called Sodom and Egypt in spiritual symbolism—also the place where their Lord was crucified.
na wɔn amu no agu kurow kɛse no abɔnten so, wɔ faako a wɔbɔɔ wɔn Awurade nnadewa mu wɔ asennua no so a ɛhɔ din pa ne Sodom ne Misraim no.
9 For three and a half days those from the peoples and tribes and languages and nations will look at their dead bodies, and will not allow their corpses to be buried.
Na nnipa a wofi aman so ne mmusuakuw ne ɔkasa ahorow ne aman bi so bɛhwɛ wɔn afunu nnansa ne fa, na wɔremma kwan mma wonsie wɔn.
10 The inhabitants of the earth are delighted they are dead, and celebrate, sending gifts to each other, because these two prophets had been a torment to them.
Asase so nnipa ani begye sɛ saa nnipa baanu no awuwu. Wobegye wɔn ani na wɔamema wɔn ho wɔn ho akyɛde, efisɛ saa adiyifo baanu no na wɔde ɔhaw bɛtoo asase sofo so.
11 But three and half days later God's life-giving breath entered them and they stood on their feet. Those who saw this were absolutely terrified.
Nnansa akyi no, honhom a efi Onyankopɔn bewura wɔn mu na wɔasɔre. Na ehu kɛse bɛka obiara a obehu.
12 The two witnesses heard a loud voice from heaven telling them, “Come up here!” So they ascended to heaven in a cloud while their enemies watched.
Afei nne a ano yɛ den fi ɔsoro bɛka se, “Mommra ɔsoro ha.” Na bere a wɔn atamfo rehwɛ wɔn no, wɔfaa omununkum mu kɔɔ ɔsoro.
13 At the same time there was a huge earthquake, and one tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
Saa bere koro no ara mu na asase wosow denneennen, kurow no nkyɛmu du mu baako sɛee, na nnipa mpem ason wuwuu wɔ asasewosow no mu. Nnipa a wɔaka no bɔɔ hu na wɔkamfoo Onyankopɔn a ɔwɔ ɔsoro no kɛseyɛ.
14 The second Disaster is over; the third Disaster is about to arrive!
Ɔhaw a ɛto so abien no atwa, nanso hwɛ, ɛrenkyɛ na ɔhaw a ɛto so abiɛsa aba.
15 The seventh angel blew his trumpet, and loud voices shouted in heaven, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.” (aiōn )
Afei ɔbɔfo a ɔto so ason no hyɛn ne torobɛnto, na nne dennen fi ɔsoro kae se, “Tumi a wɔde di wiase so mprempren no yɛ yɛn Awurade ne ne Kristo no de, na obedi hene daa daa.” (aiōn )
16 The twenty-four elders who sit on their thrones in God's presence fell down on their faces and worshipped God.
Afei mpanyimfo aduonu anan a wɔtete wɔn ahengua so wɔ Onyankopɔn anim no de wɔn anim butubutuw fam, som Onyankopɔn,
17 They said, “We thank you, Lord God, the All-powerful One, who is and was, because you have taken up your great power and have asserted your rule.”
kae se, “Yɛda wo ase, Otumfo Onyankopɔn, wo a wowɔ hɔ na wowɔ hɔ dedaw, wonam wo tumi kɛse so afi ase redi hene!
18 The nations became furious, but your judgment has come, the time when the dead will be judged. This is the time when your servants the prophets and the believers will be given their reward, those who respect your authority, both the weak and the powerful. This is also the time when you will destroy those who destroy the earth.
Aman bo fuwii, na wʼabufuwhyew no aba. Bere aso sɛ wobu awufo atɛn. Bere a ɛsɛ sɛ wobɔ wo nkoa, adiyifo ne wo nkurɔfo nyinaa a wosuro wo, akɛse ne nketewa no aba so no adu. Bere adu sɛ wosɛe wɔn a wɔsɛee asase no!”
19 Then the Temple of God in heaven was opened, and the Ark of the Agreement could be seen inside his Temple. There were lightning flashes, the sound of thunder, an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.
