< Psalms 95 >
1 Come, let's sing for joy to the Lord! Let's shout in triumph to the rock of our salvation!
Mommra mma yɛnto dwom wɔ anigyeɛ so mma Awurade; momma yɛmmɔ ose mma yɛn nkwagyeɛ Botan no.
2 Let's go before him with thanksgiving! Let's sing loudly to him in celebration!
Momma yɛmfa aseda mmra nʼanim, na yɛmfa ahosɛpɛ nnwom mma no so.
3 For the Lord is a great God, a great king above all gods.
Ɛfiri sɛ, Awurade yɛ Onyankopɔn kɛseɛ, ɔhenkɛseɛ wɔ anyame nyinaa so.
4 He rules over the depths of the earth and the heights of the mountains.
Ne nsam na asase mu nneɛma nyinaa wɔ, na mmepɔ mpampam wɔ no.
5 The sea is his, because he made it; the dry land, because he formed it.
Ɛpo wɔ no. Ɔno na ɔbɔeɛ, na ne nsa na ɛnwonoo asase kesee no.
6 Come, let's enter in and worship, let's kneel before the Lord our Creator.
Mommra mma yɛnkoto nsom no. Momma yɛmmu nkotodwe wɔ Awurade yɛn Yɛfoɔ no anim!
7 For he is our God, and we are the people he looks after like a shepherd, the flock he cares for. If you hear his voice calling you today,
Ɔyɛ yɛn Onyankopɔn; yɛyɛ nʼadidibea nnipa, ne nnwankuo a ɔhwɛ wɔn so. Ɛnnɛ, sɛ mote ne nne a,
8 don't have a hard-hearted attitude, “as you did at Meribah, as you did that day at Massah in the desert,
mommpirim mo akoma sɛdeɛ moyɛɛ wɔ Meriba no, sɛdeɛ moyɛɛ da no wɔ Masa, ɛserɛ no so no,
9 when your forefathers provoked me, testing my patience, even though they had seen everything I'd done.
Ɛhɔ no, mo mpanimfoɔ sɔɔ me hwɛeɛ, a na wɔnim deɛ meyɛ maa wɔn.
10 For forty years I was disgusted with that generation, and I said, ‘They are people who are unfaithful to me in their minds, and they refuse to accept my ways.’
Me bo fuu saa nnipa no mfeɛ aduanan na mekaa sɛ, “Wɔyɛ nnipa a wɔn akoma amane afiri me ho, na wɔanhunu mʼakwan.”
11 So in my frustration I vowed, ‘They will certainly not enter my rest.’”
Ɛno enti mekaa ntam wɔ mʼabufuo mu sɛ, “Wɔrenhyɛne mʼahomegyeɛ mu da.”
