< Psalms 87 >
1 A song. A psalm of the descendants of Korah. The Lord founded the city on his holy mountain.
Nzembo ya bana ya Kore. Yawe atia moboko ya Siona na likolo ya bangomba ya bule.
2 Jerusalem is the city that the Lord loves more than any other city in Israel.
Yawe alingaka bikuke ya Siona koleka bandako nyonso ya Jakobi.
3 Many wonderful things are said of you, city of God! (Selah)
Oh engumba ya Nzambe, maloba ya nkembo ezali kolobama na tina na yo!
4 I mention Egypt and Babylon as those who know me, and in addition Philistia, Tyre, and Ethiopia—“this man was born there.”
Kati na bato oyo bayebi ngai, natangi Rahavi mpe Babiloni. Ezali kuna na Siona nde Filisitia, Tiri mpe Kushi ebimela.
5 It will be said concerning Jerusalem, “Everyone was born there,” and the Most High will make it secure.
Na tina na Siona, maloba oyo ekolobama: « Bato nyonso babimela awa, mpe ezali Ye-Oyo-Aleki-Likolo nde alendisaka yango. »
6 When the Lord registers the nations, he will write, “They were born there.” (Selah)
Tango Yawe akomaki kati na buku ya bikolo, akomaki boye mpo na moko na moko kati na bango: « Moto songolo abotama kati na Siona! »
7 Singers and dancers alike say, “Living here I am at home.”
Mpe tango bayembaka mpe babinaka, balobaka: « Bitima na ngai nyonso ezali kati na yo! »
