Psalms 75
1 For the music director. A psalm of Asaph. According to “Do Not Destroy.” A song. We thank you, God, we thank you because you are close beside us. People tell about the wonderful things you have done.
Ilaahow, adaan kuu mahadnaqnaa, Waannu kuu mahadnaqnaa, waayo, magacaagu waa noo dhow yahay, Dadku waxay ka sheekeeyaan shuqulladaada yaabka badan.
2 God says, “When the time I have decided comes, I will judge fairly.
Wakhtiga aan qawimay, Ayaan si qumman wax u xukumi doonaa.
3 When the earth quakes, and all its inhabitants tremble, I am the one who holds it steady. (Selah)
Dhulka iyo waxa kor deggan oo dhammuba way wada dhalaaleen, Tiirarkiisa anigaa qotomiyey. (Selaah)
4 To those who boast I say, ‘Don't boast!’ I tell the wicked, ‘Don't be proud!’
Kuwa kibirka leh waxaan ku idhi, Ha kibrina, Kuwa sharka lehna waxaan ku idhi, Geeskiinna kor ha u taagina,
5 No, don't be proud and arrogant, insulting heaven.”
Geeskiinna kor ha u taagina, Oo madaxadayg ha ku hadlina.
6 For no one, from the east to the west, or from the wilderness, should think so highly of themselves.
Waayo, sarrayntu kama timaado xagga bari ama xagga galbeed, Ama xataa xagga koonfureed toona.
7 God is the one who decides—who he will bring down and who he will lift up.
Laakiinse Ilaah baa xaakin ah, Isagu mid buu dejiyaa, ku kalena wuu sarraysiiyaa.
8 For the Lord has a cup in his hand, full of bubbling wine mixed with spices. He pours it out, and all the wicked drink it deeply, down to the last drop.
Waayo, Rabbiga gacantiisa waxaa ku jira koob, oo waxaa ka xumbaynaysa khamri, Oo waxaa ka buuxa wax laysku qooshay, oo kaasuu wax ka shubaa, Hubaal huubadiisa waxaa heenheensan doona oo cabbi doona dunida kuweeda sharka leh oo dhan.
9 But I will speak about you forever. I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
Laakiinse anigu weligayba waan rayrayn doonaa, Oo waxaan ammaan ugu gabyi doonaa Ilaaha Yacquub.
10 For God says, “I will break the power of the wicked; but I will give my support to those who do what is good.”
