Psalms 74
1 A psalm (maskil) of Asaph. God, why have you rejected us? Is it forever? Why does your anger burn so hot against the sheep of your own field?
| قصیده آساف چرا‌ای خدا ما را ترک کرده‌ای تا به ابدو خشم تو بر گوسفندان مرتع خودافروخته شده است؟ | ۱ |
2 Remember the people you made your own long ago, the tribe you redeemed and made your own. Remember too Mount Zion, the place where you live.
| جماعت خود را که ازقدیم خریده‌ای، بیاد آور و آن را که فدیه داده‌ای تا سبط میراث تو شود و این کوه صهیون را که درآن ساکن بوده‌ای. | ۲ |
3 Come and walk through the complete devastation. The enemy has totally destroyed your Temple.
| قدمهای خود را بسوی خرابه های ابدی بردار زیرا دشمن هرچه را که درقدس تو بود خراب کرده است. | ۳ |
4 The enemy shouted in triumph right where you met with us. There they set up their war banners as signs of their victory.
| دشمنانت درمیان جماعت تو غرش می‌کنند و علمهای خودرا برای علامات برپا می‌نمایند. | ۴ |
5 They acted like men chopping down a forest with axes.
| و ظاهرمی شوند چون کسانی که تبرها را بر درختان جنگل بلند می‌کنند. | ۵ |
6 With axes and hammers they smashed in the carved wooden panels.
| و الان همه نقشهای تراشیده آن را به تبرها و چکشها خرد می‌شکنند. | ۶ |
7 Then they set fire to your Temple, burning it to the ground. They defiled the place where you live, the place that bears your name.
| قدس های تو را آتش زده‌اند و مسکن نام تو را تابه زمین بی‌حرمت کرده‌اند. | ۷ |
8 They said to themselves, “Let's destroy it all!” So they burned down every place where God was worshiped throughout the land.
| و در دل خودمی گویند آنها را تمام خراب می‌کنیم. پس جمیع کنیسه های خدا را در زمین سوزانیده‌اند. | ۸ |
9 We no longer see any signs. There are no prophets left. And no one among us knows how long this will last.
| آیات خود را نمی بینیم و دیگر هیچ نبی نیست. و درمیان ما کسی نیست که بداند تا به کی خواهد بود. | ۹ |
10 How long will the enemy ridicule you, God? Will they insult your character forever?
| ای خدا، دشمن تا به کی ملامت خواهد کرد؟ وآیا خصم، تا به ابد نام تو را اهانت خواهد نمود؟ | ۱۰ |
11 Why do you hold back from doing something? Take action and destroy them!
| چرا دست خود یعنی دست راست خویش رابرگردانیده‌ای؟ آن را از گریبان خود بیرون کشیده، ایشان را فانی کن. | ۱۱ |
12 But you, God, are our king from long ago. You have saved us many times in the land.
| و خدا از قدیم پادشاه من است. او در میان زمین نجات‌ها پدید می‌آورد. | ۱۲ |
13 You were the one who split apart the sea by your strength; you broke the heads of the sea monsters.
| تو به قوت خوددریا را منشق ساختی و سرهای نهنگان را در آبهاشکستی. | ۱۳ |
14 You were the one who crushed the heads of Leviathan, and you gave its body to the desert animals to eat.
| سرهای لویاتان را کوفته، و او را خوراک صحرانشینان گردانیده‌ای. | ۱۴ |
15 You were the one who made springs and rivers flow with water. You made permanent rivers dry up.
| توچشمه‌ها و سیلها را شکافتی و نهرهای دائمی راخشک گردانیدی. | ۱۵ |
16 You created the day, and also the night; you made the moon and the sun.
| روز از آن توست و شب نیزاز آن تو. نور و آفتاب را تو برقرار نموده‌ای. | ۱۶ |
17 You set the boundaries of the earth; you made summer and winter.
| تمامی حدود جهان را تو پایدار ساخته‌ای. تابستان و زمستان را تو ایجاد کرده‌ای. | ۱۷ |
18 So keep in mind how the enemy ridiculed you, Lord, and how irreverent people insulted your reputation.
| ای خداوند این را بیادآور که دشمن ملامت می‌کند و مردم جاهل نام تو را اهانت می‌نمایند. | ۱۸ |
19 Don't let wild animals kill your turtledoves! Don't abandon your people forever!
| جان فاخته خود را به‌جانور وحشی مسپار. جماعت مسکینان خود را تا به ابد فراموش مکن. | ۱۹ |
20 Remember your promises in the agreement, because the land is full of dark places and violence.
| عهد خود را ملاحظه فرما زیرا که ظلمات جهان از مسکن های ظلم پراست. | ۲۰ |
21 Don't let those who suffer be mistreated again. Let the poor and needy praise you for you who are.
| مظلومان به رسوایی برنگردند. مساکین و فقیران نام تو را حمدگویند. | ۲۱ |
22 Stand up, God, and plead your case. Don't forget how these foolish people insulted you all the time.
| ای خدا برخیز و دعوای خود را برپادار؛ و بیادآور که احمق تمامی روز تو را ملامت می‌کند. | ۲۲ |
23 Don't ignore what your enemies have said, for their loud accusations against you are getting worse and worse!
| آواز دشمنان خود را فراموش مکن وغوغای مخالفان خود را که پیوسته بلند می‌شود. | ۲۳ |
