Psalms 7
1 A psalm (shiggaion) of David, which he sang to the Lord concerning Cush, from the tribe of Benjamin. Lord my God, you are my protection. Save me from those who persecute me; please rescue me!
౧బెన్యామీనీయుడైన కూషు గురించి యెహోవాకు దావీదు కూర్చిన సంగీతం. యెహోవా నా దేవా, నేను నీలో ఆశ్రయం పొందుతాను. నన్ను తరిమే వాళ్ళ నుంచి నన్ను రక్షించు. నన్ను విడిపించు.
2 Otherwise they will tear me apart like a lion, ripping me to pieces with no one to save me.
౨లేకపోతే, వాళ్ళు సింహంలా నన్ను చీల్చేస్తారు. నాకు క్షేమం కలిగించడం ఎవరివల్లా కానంతగా నన్ను చీల్చివేస్తారు.
3 If I have done what I'm accused of, if my hands are guilty,
౩యెహోవా నా దేవా, నేను చేశానని నా శత్రువులు చెప్పిన పనులేవీ నేను చెయ్యలేదు. నా చేతుల్లో అన్యాయమేమీ లేదు.
4 If I have paid back a friend with evil, if I have robbed my enemy for no reason,
౪నాతో శాంతిసమాధానాలతో ఉన్నవాళ్ళ పట్ల నేను ఏ తప్పూ చెయ్యలేదు. విచక్షణ లేకుండా నా విరోధులకు నేను ఏ హానీ చెయ్యలేదు.
5 Then let my enemies chase me down; let them trample me in the dust and drag my reputation through the dirt. (Selah)
౫నేను చెప్పేది సత్యం కాకపోతే నా శత్రువు నన్ను తరిమి పట్టుకుంటాడు గాక. బ్రతికి ఉన్న నా శరీరాన్ని తొక్కి, నేలరాసి దుమ్ములో అవమానకరమైన స్థితిలో నన్ను పడవేస్తాడు గాక. (సెలా)
6 Stand up, Lord, in your anger, rise up against the fury of my enemies; wake up, Lord, and bring me justice!
౬యెహోవా, కోపంతో లేచి రా, నా శత్రువుల ఆగ్రహానికి విరోధంగా నిలబడు. నా నిమిత్తం లేచి వచ్చి వాళ్ళ కోసం నువ్వు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన న్యాయ విధులను జరిగించు.
7 Bring together the nations before you; rule them from your throne on high.
౭నీ చుట్టూ జాతులు సమాజంగా కూడి ఉన్నాయి. మరొకసారి నువ్వు వాళ్ళ మీద నీ న్యాయమైన స్థానాన్ని చేపట్టు.
8 The Lord judges all people. Defend me, Lord, because I do what is right, because of my integrity.
౮యెహోవా, జాతులకు తీర్పు తీర్చు. నేను ఏ తప్పూ చెయ్యలేదు గనక, నేను న్యాయం జరిగించాను గనక, యెహోవా, మహోన్నతుడా, నా మాట నిజం చెయ్యి.
9 Please bring an end to the evil done by the wicked; vindicate those who do good, for you are the God of right who examines hearts and minds.
౯దుర్మార్గుల దుష్ట కార్యాలు అంతం అగు గాక. కానీ హృదయాలనూ, మనస్సులనూ పరిశీలించే న్యాయమూర్తివైన దేవా, న్యాయవంతులైన ప్రజలను స్థిరపరుచు.
10 The Most High God is my defense, the one who saves those who live right.
౧౦హృదయంలో యథార్థంగా ఉన్న వాళ్ళను రక్షించే ఆ దేవుని దగ్గర నుంచే నా డాలు వస్తుంది.
11 God is a fair judge who is always hostile to evil.
౧౧దేవుడు న్యాయాన్ని బట్టి తీర్పు తీర్చే న్యాయమూర్తి. ఆయన ప్రతిరోజూ ఆగ్రహించే దేవుడు.
12 If people do not change their minds, he will sharpen his sword. He has bent and strung his bow.
౧౨ఒకడు తన మనస్సు తిప్పుకోకపోతే, దేవుడు తన ఖడ్గానికి పదును పెట్టి, తన విల్లు ఎక్కుపెట్టి దాన్ని యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధం చేస్తాడు.
13 He has prepared weapons of death, he has his flaming arrows ready.
౧౩అతని మీద ఉపయోగించడానికి ఆయుధాలు సిద్ధం చేస్తాడు. తన బాణాలను అగ్ని బాణాలుగా చేస్తాడు.
14 See how the wicked conceive evil! They are pregnant with trouble. They give birth to dishonesty.
౧౪దుష్టత్వాన్ని గర్భం ధరించినవాడి సంగతి ఆలోచించండి. అతడు నాశనకరమైన ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తూ, హానికరమైన అబద్ధాలకు జన్మనిస్తాడు.
15 They dig a deep hole to catch people, but then fall into it themselves.
౧౫వాడు గుంట తవ్వి, దాన్ని లోతు చేసి, తాను తవ్విన గుంటలో తానే పడిపోతాడు.
16 The trouble they cause rebounds to hit them on the head; their violence against others comes down on their own skulls.
౧౬అతడు రచించిన నాశనకరమైన ప్రణాళికలు అతని తల మీదకే వస్తాయి. అతడు ఆలోచించిన హింస అతని తల మీదకే వచ్చిపడుతుంది.
17 I will thank the Lord because he does what is right; I will sing praises to the name of the Lord Most High.
౧౭యెహోవా న్యాయాన్నిబట్టి నేను ఆయనకు కృతజ్ఞతలు చెల్లిస్తాను. సర్వోన్నతుడైన యెహోవాకు స్తుతి కీర్తన పాడతాను.
