Psalms 38
1 A psalm of David, for a memorial. Lord, please don't condemn me because you're angry with me; don't punish me because you're furious with me!
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား အပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
2 Your arrows have pierced me deeply, your hand has come down hard on me.
၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားမြား ဖြင့်ပစ်၍ ဒဏ်ရာရရှိစေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားပြိုလဲ စေတော်မူပါပြီ။
3 Because you're so upset with me, not a single part of my body is healthy; I am completely sick because of my sins.
၃ကိုယ်တော်၏အမျက်တော်ကြောင့်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ဝေဒနာခံလျက်နေရပါ၏။ မိမိ၏အပြစ်များကြောင့်တစ်ကိုယ်လုံး ရောဂါစွဲလျက်နေပါ၏။
4 I'm drowning in guilt—the burden is too heavy to bear.
၄အပြစ်ဒုစရိုက်ရေလွှမ်းမိုးရာတွင်ကျွန်တော် မျိုးသည် နစ်မွန်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ယင်းတို့သည်လေးလံသောအပြစ်ဝန်ထုပ်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမထမ်းနိုင်ပါ။
5 My wounds are infected—they're smelling—all because of my stupidity.
၅ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မိုက်မဲမှုကြောင့်ရရှိသော အနာများသည်ပုပ်စပ်နံစော်လျက်နေပါ၏။
6 I am bent over, doubled up in pain. The whole day I walk around crying my eyes out.
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မချိမဆန့်ဝေဒနာခံ၍ နေရပါ၏။ တစ်နေ့လုံးပင်ပူဆွေးငိုယိုလျက်နေရပါ၏။
7 Inside I'm burning up with fever; no part of my body is healthy.
၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အဖျားအပူရှိန်ပြင်းထန်လျက် အသဲအသန်ဖြစ်နေပါ၏။
8 I'm worn out, totally down. I groan because of the anguish I feel in my heart.
၈စိစိညက်ညက်ကြေ၍နုန်းနဲ့ခွေယိုင်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိတ်ဒုက္ခရောက်၍ဝေဒနာကြောင့် ညည်းညူလျက်ရှိပါ၏။
9 Lord, you know what I desperately want, you hear every sigh I make.
၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အလိုဆန္ဒကို သိတော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ညည်းညူသံကိုကြားတော်မူပါ၏။
10 My heart is racing, leaving me with no strength; my eyesight is failing.
၁၀ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏နှလုံးသည်ခုန်၍နေပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတွင်ခွန်အားမရှိတော့ပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မျက်စိများသည်လည်း မှုံလျက်နေပါ၏။
11 My loved ones and my friends don't come near me because they're afraid of what I've got. Even my family keeps me at a distance.
၁၁ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနာများကြောင့်မိတ်ဆွေများနှင့် အိမ်နီးချင်းများသည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနီးသို့မကပ်ကြတော့ပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အိမ်ထောင်စုသားများပင်လျှင် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးထံသို့မလာကြပါ။
12 Those who are trying to kill me set traps for me; those who want to hurt me make threats against me, working on their deceitful schemes all day long.
၁၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသတ်ဖြတ်လိုသူတို့သည် ကျော့ကွင်းများကိုထောင်ကြပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားဥပဒ်ပြုလိုသူတို့သည် ခြိမ်းခြောက်ပြောဆိုကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားလုပ်ကြံရန် အစဉ်မပြတ်ကြံစည်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။
13 I act as if I'm deaf to what they're saying, and pretend to be dumb so I don't have to speak.
၁၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နားပင်းသူကဲ့သို့မကြား နိုင်ပါ။ ဆွံ့အသူကဲ့သို့စကားမပြောနိုင်ပါ။
14 Like a man who can't hear, and who doesn't reply—that's me!
၁၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နားမကြားသဖြင့် စကားပြန်မပြောနိုင်သူကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
15 For I'm waiting on you, Lord! You will answer for me, my Lord and my God.
၁၅သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကိုးစားပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အရှင်ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ လျှောက်ထားချက်ကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
16 I'm asking you, Lord, please don't let my enemies gloat over me, don't let them be glad when I trip up.
၁၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဒုက္ခကိုအကြောင်းပြုကာ ရန်သူတို့သည်နှစ်ထောင်းအားရခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ သူတို့အားကျွန်တော်မျိုးပြိုလဲမှုကိုအကြောင်း ပြုကာ ကြွားဝါခွင့်ပေးတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
17 For I'm about ready to collapse—the pain never stops.
၁၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပြိုလဲလုပါပြီ။ ဝေဒနာကိုအစဉ်ခံစားလျက်နေရပါ၏။
18 I do confess my sins; I am terribly sorry for what I've done.
၁၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိ၏အပြစ်များကို ဖော်ပြဝန်ခံပါ၏။ ယင်းအပြစ်များကြောင့်စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်ပါ၏။
19 I have many powerful enemies—they are very active, hating me for no reason.
၁၉ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူတို့သည်ကျန်းမာ သန်စွမ်းကြပါ၏။ အကြောင်းမဲ့ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားမုန်းသူတို့သည် များပြားကြပါ၏။
20 They pay me back evil for good; they accuse me for the good I try to do.
၂၀ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မှန်ရာကိုပြုကျင့်ရန် ကြိုးစားသဖြင့် အကောင်းကိုအဆိုးအားဖြင့်ပြန်လည် ပေးဆပ်တတ်သူတို့သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြုကြပါ၏။
21 Don't give up on me, my Lord and my God, don't stay away from me.
၂၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုစွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုးနှင့် ဝေးဝေးနေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
22 Hurry, come and help me, Lord my salvation.
၂၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကယ်တင်မူသောဘုရားရှင်၊ ယခုပင်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကူမတော်မူပါ။
