< Psalms 30 >
1 A psalm of David. A psalm for the dedication of the Temple. I want to tell everyone how good you are, Lord, for you saved me, and you didn't let my enemies triumph over me.
Rabbiyow, waan ku sarraysiinayaa, waayo, kor baad iga yeeshay, Oo weliba igama aad dhigin in cadaawayaashaydu ii faanaan.
2 Lord, my God, I called out to you for help, and you have healed me.
Rabbiyow, Ilaahayow, Waan kuu qayshaday oo adna waad i bogsiisay.
3 Lord, you rescued me from the grave, you brought me back to life, saving me from going down into the pit of death. (Sheol )
Rabbiyow, waxaad naftaydii kor uga qaadday She'ool, Oo waad i sii noolaysay si aanan yamayska ugu dhicin. (Sheol )
4 You who trust the Lord, sing praises to him, and be thankful for his holy character!
Quduusiintiisoy, Rabbiga ammaan ugu gabya, Oo mahad ku naqa magiciisa quduuska ah.
5 For his anger only lasts a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime. You may spend the night in tears, but happiness comes with the morning.
Waayo, cadhadiisu waa daqiiqad keliya, Laakiinse raallinimadiisu waa cimriga, Habeenka waxaa jirta oohin, Laakiinse aroorta farxad baa timaada.
6 When things were going well, I said, “Nothing will ever shake me!”
Aniguse intaan barwaaqaysnaa waxaan idhi, Weligay dhaqdhaqaaqi maayo.
7 Lord, when you showed me your favor I stood as strong as a mountain; when you turned away from me I was terrified.
Rabbiyow, raallinimadaada aawadeed ayaad buurtayda ka dhigtay inay si adag u taagnaato, Wejigaagaad qarisay, oo anna waan argaggaxay.
8 I called out to you for help, Lord. I asked the Lord for grace, saying,
Rabbiyow, adigaan kuu soo qayshaday, Oo baryootankaygii waxaan gaadhsiiyey Rabbiga.
9 What would you gain if I die, if I go down into the pit of death? Would my dust praise you? Would it tell of your trustworthiness?
Bal markaan yamayska ku dego, maxaa faa'iido ah oo dhiiggayga ku jirta? Ma ciiddaa ku ammaanaysa? Oo ma runtaaday sheegaysaa?
10 Please listen to me, Lord, and be gracious to me! Lord, you are the one who helps me.
Rabbiyow, i maqal oo ii naxariiso, Rabbiyow, kaalmeeyahayga ahow.
11 You have turned my weeping into dancing. You have taken off my clothes of sackcloth and dressed me in happiness,
Baroortaydii waxaad iigu beddeshay cayaar, Oo dharkaygii joonyadaha ahaana waad iga furtay, oo waxaad ii guntisay farxad,
12 so I can sing praises to you and not keep quiet. Lord my God, I will thank you forever!
Taasuna waa si nafsaddaydu ay ammaan kuugu gabaydo, oo aanay u aamusin. Rabbiyow, Ilaahayow, weligayba waan kugu mahadnaqayaa.
