< Psalms 30 >

1 A psalm of David. A psalm for the dedication of the Temple. I want to tell everyone how good you are, Lord, for you saved me, and you didn't let my enemies triumph over me.
Ra Anumzamoka kagra natranke'na fri vahe kumapina mani'noge'za nagri ha' vahe'mo'za ra zamagia e'neri'za nagefenkami otrazanki, kagra anampintira navre atirami'nanku, kagri kagia ahentesga hu'na rankagia kamigahue.
2 Lord, my God, I called out to you for help, and you have healed me.
Ra Anumzana nagri Anumzamoka, kagrama naza huogu'ma nunamuma hugenka, kagra nazeri kanamr40 'nane.
3 Lord, you rescued me from the grave, you brought me back to life, saving me from going down into the pit of death. (Sheol h7585)
Ra Anumzamoka nagra fri'na matipi uramiza hu'noanagi, anampinti navre atirami'nane. Ana nehunka nazeri kasefa hanke'na, fri'na fri vahe kumapina uorami'na kasefa hu'na mani'noe. (Sheol h7585)
4 You who trust the Lord, sing praises to him, and be thankful for his holy character!
Anumzamofo amage'ma nentza vahe'mota zagame huta Ra Anumzamofona husga hunenteta, ruotage'ma hu'nea zanku agia aheta humuse hunteho.
5 For his anger only lasts a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime. You may spend the night in tears, but happiness comes with the morning.
Na'ankure Ra Anumzamofo arimpa ahe'zamo'a zazatera meno ovugahie. Hianagi agri knare avu'avazamo'a, kasefa'ma huta manisuna kna'afina mevava huno vugahie. Hanima e'nigeta kenagera zavira ategahunanagi, nanterama ko'manetigeta musenkase hugahune.
6 When things were going well, I said, “Nothing will ever shake me!”

7 Lord, when you showed me your favor I stood as strong as a mountain; when you turned away from me I was terrified.
Ra Anumzamoka kagra knare kavukva hunantenka nazeri hankavetinke'na agonamo'ma oti hankavetiaza hu'na oti hankaveti'noe. Hianagi kagrama kavugosama rukrahe hunka kamefi'ma hunaminke'na, nagra koro hu'noe.
8 I called out to you for help, Lord. I asked the Lord for grace, saying,
E'ina hu'negu Ra Anumzamoka naza huogu kagritega krafage nehu'na, kasunku'ma hunante'naku nunamuna nehue.
9 What would you gain if I die, if I go down into the pit of death? Would my dust praise you? Would it tell of your trustworthiness?
Hagi nagrama fri'na fri vahe kumapima uramina kasrinuana, iza zagamera huno Ra Anumzamoka'ma, knare kavukva'ma nehana zankura kagia ahentesga nehuno, musena hugantegahie?
10 Please listen to me, Lord, and be gracious to me! Lord, you are the one who helps me.
Ra Anumzamoka nagrama nehuankea antahi'nenaminka, kasunkuma hunantenka naza huoguma nunamuma nehuana antahinaminka naza huo.
11 You have turned my weeping into dancing. You have taken off my clothes of sackcloth and dressed me in happiness,

12 so I can sing praises to you and not keep quiet. Lord my God, I will thank you forever!
E'ina hu'negu nagra fruhu'na omanigahuanki, nagu'areti hu'na Ra Anumzana nagri Anumzamoka kagritega zagamera hu'na, maka zupa susu hugante vava hugahue.
