< Psalms 130 >
1 A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. Lord, I cry out to you from the depths of my pain.
Aw Bawipa, a dungnaak hun awhkawng nang a venawh khy nyng.
2 Please listen to my cry, and pay attention to what I'm asking.
Aw Bawipa, kak awi ve ngai law lah. Qeennaak thoeh doena na venawh kak khynaak benna nang haa keng law lah.
3 Lord, if you kept a list of sins, who could escape being condemned?
Aw Bawipa, nang ing thawlhnaak khqi ve na khoem mai mantaw, Aw Bawipa, u nu ak dyi thai kaw?
4 But you are forgiving so that we might respect you.
