< Psalms 125 >

1 A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, for it is unshakeable and endures forever.
Nkunga wunyimbudulu mu nzila yikuendila ku nzo Yave. Bobo bantulanga diana diawu mu Yave badi banga mongo wu Sioni, wowo wulendi nikuka ko vayi wunzingilanga mu zithangu zioso.
2 In the same way that the mountains surround Jerusalem, the Lord surrounds his people, now and forever.
Banga miongo bu mizungididi Yelusalemi, buawu bobo Yave kazungididi batu bandi tona buabu nate mu zithangu zioso.
3 The wicked will not always rule over the land of the faithful, otherwise the faithful might also end up doing wrong.
Nkawa wu kipfumu wu batu bambimbi wulendi vuandanga ko va mbata ntoto wukubukulu batu basonga; bila nganu batu basonga bela sadila mioko miawu mu vanga mambimbi.
4 Lord, please do good to those who do good, those who sincerely do what is right.
Vanga mamboti, a Yave, kuidi batu bamboti, kuidi bobo badi balulama mu mintima.
5 But as for those who turn aside to follow their own crooked ways—those the Lord will lead them away together with those who do evil. May Israel be at peace!
Vayi bobo beti vengama mu diatila mu zinzila zivenga, Yave wela kuba lalikisa va kimosi ayi bobo bamvanganga mambimbi. Ndembama yibanga vadi Iseli.
