Psalms 121

1 A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. I look to the hills—but is that where my help comes from?

૧ચઢવાનું ગીત. હું પર્વતો તરફ મારી આંખો ઊંચી કરીશ. મને ક્યાંથી સહાય મળે?

2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

૨જે યહોવાહે આકાશ તથા પૃથ્વી ઉત્પન્ન કર્યાં છે, તેમની તરફથી મને સહાય મળે છે.

3 He will not let you fall; he who watches over you won't fall asleep.

૩તે તારા પગને ડગવા દેશે નહિ; જે તારું રક્ષણ કરે છે તે ઊંઘશે નહિ.

4 In fact he who watches over you doesn't take naps or fall asleep.

૪જુઓ, ઇઝરાયલના જે રક્ષક છે તે કદી ઊંઘતા નથી અને નિદ્રાવશ થતા નથી.

5 The Lord keeps watch over you; the Lord protects you; he stands right beside you.

૫યહોવાહ તારા રક્ષક છે; યહોવાહ તારા જમણે હાથે તને છાયા કરશે.

6 The sun won't hurt you during the day, nor the moon at night.

૬દિવસે સૂર્ય કે રાત્રે ચંદ્ર તને નુકસાન પહોંચાડશે નહિ.

7 The Lord will protect you from all kinds of evil; he will keep you safe and sound.

૭સર્વ દુઃખથી યહોવાહ તારું રક્ષણ કરશે; તે તારા આત્માની સંભાળ રાખશે.

8 The Lord will look after you when you leave, and when you return, now and forever.

૮હમણાંથી તે સર્વકાળ માટે તારા સર્વ કાર્યોમાં યહોવાહ તારું રક્ષણ કરશે.
