Psalms 119
1 Aleph Happy are those who do what is right, who follow what the Lord says.
၁ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တရား လမ်း ၌ မ လွဲမတိမ်း၊ လိုက်သွား သောသူတို့ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
2 Happy are those who keep his commandments, who sincerely want to follow him.
၂သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့် ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ရှာ သောသူတို့ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
3 They don't do what's wrong; they walk in his ways.
၃ထိုသူတို့သည် ဒုစရိုက် ကိုမ ပြု ၊ လမ်းခရီး တော်၌ လိုက်သွား တတ်ကြ၏။
4 You have ordered us to follow your instructions carefully.
၄အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့် ဘို့ရာ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဩဝါဒ ပေး တော်မူပြီ။
5 May I be reliable in the way I keep your rules!
၅ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ များကို စောင့် နိုင်မည် အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် လမ်း ဖြောင့် ပါစေသော။
6 Then I won't be ashamed when I compare what I do to what you have said.
၆အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ပညတ် တော် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ထောက်ထား သောအခါ ၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ရပါ၏။
7 I will praise you sincerely as I learn from you the right way to live.
၇ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင် တော်မူချက်များကို အကျွန်ုပ် လေ့ကျက် ပြီးမှ ၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ဖြောင့် သော သဘော နှင့် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
8 I will observe your laws. Please never give up on me!
၈ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ များကို စောင့် ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရှင်းရှင်း စွန့်ပစ် တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။
9 Beth How does a young person remain pure? By following what you say.
၉လူပျို သည် မိမိ သွားသောလမ်း ကို အဘယ်သို့ သန့်ရှင်း စေနိုင်ပါမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် အတိုင်း သတိ ပြုရမည်။
10 I worship you sincerely; please don't let me stray from your commands.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ရှာ ပါ၏။ ပညတ် တော်လမ်း မှ လွဲစေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
11 I keep what you say in mind so I won't sin against you.
၁၁ကိုယ်တော် ကို မ ပြစ်မှား ဘဲ နေနိုင်မည် အကြောင်း ၊ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ကို နှလုံး ထဲ မှာ သိုထား ပါပြီ။
12 Thank you Lord! Teach me what to do!
၁၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူ ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
13 I repeat out loud your instructions.
၁၃စီရင် တော်မူရာ နှုတ် တော်ထွက် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်နှုတ် နှင့် ဟောပြော ပါ၏။
14 I enjoy your laws more than having plenty of money.
၁၄ခပ်သိမ်း သော စည်းစိမ် ဥစ္စာကို ရဘိသကဲ့သို့ ၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူရာလမ်း ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ပါ၏။
15 I will think deeply about your teachings, and reflect on your ways.
၁၅ပေးတော်မူသောဩဝါဒ ကို ဆင်ခြင် ၍ လမ်း ခရီး တော်တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု ပါ၏။
16 I will take pleasure in following your directions; I won't forget what you say.
၁၆အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့၌ မွေ့လျော် ပါ၏။ နှုတ် ကပတ် တော်ကို မ မှတ်ဘဲမ နေပါ။
17 Gimel Be kind to your servant so I can live and follow what you teach.
၁၇ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် သည် အသက်ရှင် ၍ ၊ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို စောင့် နိုင်ပါမည်အကြောင်း ၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါ။
18 Open my eyes so I may discover wonderful things in your law.
၁၈တရား တော်၌ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအရာတို့ကို မြင် နိုင် ပါမည်အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏မျက်စိ တို့ကို ဖွင့် တော်မူပါ။
19 I'm only here for a short time—don't let me miss what you have to say.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ် သည် မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ဧည့်သည် ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို ဝှက်ထား တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
20 I'm always so keen to know your instructions.
၂၀စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ် မပြတ်တောင့်တ သောအားဖြင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စိတ် နှလုံးကြေကွဲ လျက် ရှိပါ၏။
21 You reprimand those who are arrogant; those who don't follow your commandments are cursed.
၂၁မာနကြီး သောသူနှင့် ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို လွန်ကျူး ၍၊ အကျိန် ခံရသောသူတို့ ကို ကိုယ်တော်ဆုံးမ တော်မူ၏။
22 Don't let me be scorned and insulted, for I have kept your laws.
၂၂အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့် ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်း၊ မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် စေတော်မူပါ။
23 Even leaders sit down together and slander me, but I, your servant, will think seriously about your instructions.
၂၃မင်း တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌ ထိုင် ၍ ပြော ကြ ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မူကား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် လျက်နေပါ၏။
24 Your laws make me happy—they are my wise advisors.
၂၄သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် မွေ့လျော် ရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တိုင်ပင် ရာ ဖြစ်ကြပါ၏။
25 I'm dying here, lying in the dust. Keep me alive as you promised.
၂၅အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အသက် သည် မြေမှုန့် ၌ မှီဝဲ လျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
26 I explained my situation to you, and you answered me. Teach me to follow your directions.
၂၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ် အကျင့် တို့ကိုဘော်ပြ ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နားထောင် တော်မူပြီ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
27 Help me understand what your laws mean, and I will meditate on the wonderful things you do.
၂၇ပေးတော်မူသောဩဝါဒ လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ် နားလည် စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အမှုတော် တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
28 I'm weeping because I'm so sad; please encourage me as you promised.
၂၈အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းနည်း ခြင်းအားဖြင့် စိတ် နှလုံးအရည် ယိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အတိုင်း တည်ကြည် စေတော်မူပါ။
29 Stop me fooling myself; kindly teach me your law.
၂၉မုသာ လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ရှောင် ပါမည် အကြောင်း ၊ ကယ်မ ၍တရား တော်ကိုပေး သနားတော်မူ ပါ။
30 I have chosen to trust in you. I always pay attention to what you say.
၃၀သစ္စာ လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရွေး ပါပြီ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှေ့မှာထား ပါပြီ။
31 I hold on to your teachings, Lord. Don't let me be ridiculed.
၃၁သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့၌ မှီဝဲ ပါပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အရှက်ကွဲ စေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
32 I run to follow your commands, for you have expanded my mind!
၃၂အကျွန်ုပ် ဉာဏ် ကို ပွင့် စေတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ပညတ် တော်လမ်း သို့ အလျင် အမြန်လိုက်ပါမည်။
33 He Teach me the meaning of your laws, and I will always keep them.
၃၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အား သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။ အဆုံး တိုင်အောင်လိုက် သွားပါမည်။
34 Help me to understand so I can be totally committed to doing what you want.
၃၄ဉာဏ် ကိုပေး တော်မူပါ။ တရား တော်ကို စောင့် ပါမည်။ စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ စောင့် ပါမည်။
35 Lead me to follow your commands, for this is what I love to do
၃၅ပညတ် တော်လမ်း ၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပို့ဆောင် တော်မူ ပါ။ ထို လမ်း ကို နှစ်သက် ပါ၏။
36 Help me to concentrate on what you say rather than on making a profit.
၃၆အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် နှလုံးကို လောဘ ဘက် သို့မဟုတ် ၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ ဘက်သို့ ဆွဲ တော်မူပါ။
37 Don't let me focus on things that are worthless. Help me live in your ways.
၃၇အနတ္တ ကို ပမာဏ မပြုစေခြင်းငှါ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိ ကို အခြားသို့ လွှဲ တော်မူပါ။ လမ်းခရီး တော်၌ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
38 Please keep your promise to me, your servant, that you made to those who worship you.
၃၈ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သော ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် ၌ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ကို တည် စေတော်မူပါ။
39 Take away the shame I dread, for your law is good.
၃၉အကျွန်ုပ် ကြောက် သော ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကို ပယ် ပျောက်စေတော်မူပါ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ကောင်းမွန် ကြပါ၏။
40 I always want to do what you say. Please let me live, for you do what is right.
၄၀ပေးတော်မူသောဩဝါဒ များကို တောင့်တ ပါ၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားတော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
41 Waw Lord, please love me with your trustworthy love; please give me the salvation you promised.
၄၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း ကရုဏာ တော်တည်းဟူသောကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ရောက် ပါစေသော။
42 Then I can reply to those who mock me, for I trust what you say.
၄၂ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို ကိုးစား သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ သောသူ ၏စကား ကို ချေ စရာ အကြောင်းရှိရပါလိမ့်မည်။
43 Don't ever prevent me from being able to speak your words of truth, for I place my complete confidence in your just judgments.
၄၃စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့် သည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ နှုတ် ထဲက သစ္စာ စကား ကို အလျှင်း ရုပ်သိမ်း တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
44 I will continue to follow your teachings, forever and ever.
၄၄ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား ကို မ ခြားမလပ် အစဉ်အမြဲ ကျင့်စောင့် ပါမည်။
45 I shall live in freedom, for I have committed myself to obeying you.
၄၅ပေးတော်မူသောဩဝါဒ များကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှာဖွေ မေးမြန်းသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အဆီးအတား မရှိဘဲ သွား လာရ ပါ၏။
46 I will instruct kings about your laws—I won't be embarrassed.
၄၆သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို မင်း များထံမှာ ပြန်ပြော ၍ ၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့်ကင်းလွတ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။
47 I'm so happy for your instructions. I love them!
၄၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှစ်သက် သော ပညတ် တော်တို့၌ မွေ့လျော် ပါမည်။
48 I lift up my hands in prayer, honoring your commandments. I will think deeply about all you say.
၄၈နှစ်သက် သော ပညတ် တော် တို့အား လက် တို့ကို ချီ ၍ ၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
49 Zayin Remember your promise to me, your servant. It's my only hope.
၄၉အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့် စရာအကြောင်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန် ၌ ထားတော်မူသောနှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။
50 This is what brings me encouragement in my misery—your promise keeps me going!
၅၀ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်ရှင် သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ဆင်းရဲ ကိုခံရစဉ်တွင် ၊ ထို နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် သက်သာ စရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။
51 Arrogant people mock me terribly, but I don't give up on your teachings.
၅၁မာနကြီး သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အလွန် ကဲ့ရဲ့ သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ တရား လမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် မ ရှောင် ပါ။
52 I think about the instructions you gave long ago, Lord, and they reassure me.
၅၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ရှေး ကာလ၌ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အောက်မေ့ ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်နှစ်သိမ့် စေပါ၏။
53 I am angry with the wicked because they have rejected your law.
၅၃တရား တော်ကို စွန့်ပယ် သော အဓမ္မ လူတို့ ကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ပူလောင် သောစိတ် စွဲလန်း လျက် ရှိပါ၏။
54 Your instructions have been music to my ears wherever I have lived.
၅၄အကျွန်ုပ် ဧည့်သည် နေရာအိမ် တွင် အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် သီချင်း ဆိုရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ် ကြပါ၏။
55 At night I think about the kind of person you are, Lord, and do what you say.
၅၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ နာမတော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အောက်မေ့ ၍ တရား တော်ကို စောင့် ပါ၏။
56 For this is how I live my life—by following your principles.
၅၆ပေးတော်မူသောဩဝါဒ များကို နားထောင် သောအားဖြင့် အား ရပါ၏။
57 Heth Lord, you are mine! I have promised to do as you say.
၅၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် စကားတော်တို့ကို နားထောင် ပါမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ပြော ထားပါပြီ။
58 My whole being wants your blessing—please be kind to me, as you have promised!
၅၈ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုခံရပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ တောင်းပန် ပါ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သနား တော်မူပါ။
59 As I think about my life, I turn to follow what you have said.
၅၉ကိုယ် လိုက်ရာလမ်း ကို ဆင်ခြင် သောအခါ ၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့သို့ လှည့် ၍လိုက် ပါ၏။
60 I hurry to keep your commandments without delay
၆၀ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို စောင့် ခြင်းငှါ မ ဖင့် မနွှဲ အလျင် အမြန်ပြုပါ၏။
61 Even though wicked people try to tie me up, I won't forget your instructions.
၆၁မ တရားသောသူ အစည်း အဝေးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း ကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရား တော်ကို မ မေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
62 I get up in the middle of the night to thank you for your good laws.
၆၂တရား သဖြင့် စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့ကိုထောက် ၍ ၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းငှါ ၊ သန်းခေါင် အချိန်၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ထ တတ်ပါ၏။
63 I identify with all those who follow you, those who do what you tell them.
၆၃ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူ၊ ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒ ကို နားထောင် သောသူရှိသမျှ တို့နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ပေါင်းဘော် တတ်ပါ၏။
64 Lord, you love everyone on earth; please teach me what to do.
၆၄အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ မြေကြီး သည် ကရုဏာ တော် နှင့်ပြည့်ဝ ပါ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
65 Teth Lord, you have been so good to me, your servant, as you have promised.
၆၅အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန် ၌ ကျေးဇူး ပြု တော်မူ၏။
66 Now teach me wise judgment and discernment because I believe in your instructions.
၆၆ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ယုံကြည် သည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကောင်း သော ဉာဏ် နှင့် ပညာ တော်အတတ်ကို သွင်း ပေးတော်မူပါ။
67 Previously I was suffering, wandering away from you, but now I do what you say.
၆၇အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဆင်းရဲ မ ခံမှီလမ်း လွဲပါ၏။ ယခု မူကား ၊ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း ကျင့်စောင့် ပါ၏။
68 Since you are good, everything you do is good. Teach me your ways.
၆၈ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကောင်း သောသဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
69 Arrogant people smear my reputation with lies; but I whole-heartedly follow your commands.
၆၉မာနကြီး သောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌ မုသာ စကားကို ကြံစည်သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသ များကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ကျင့် ပါ၏။
70 They are cold and unfeeling, but I love your law.
၇၀သူ တို့နှလုံး သည် ဆီဥ ကဲ့သို့ ခဲ လျက်ရှိ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား ၌ မွေ့လျော် ပါ၏။
71 The suffering I went through was good for me, so I could think about what you have stipulated.
၇၁အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆင်းရဲ ခံရသော ကျေးဇူး သည် ကြီးပါ၏။
72 What you tell me to do is worth more to me than much gold and silver.
၇၂နှုတ် တော်ထွက် တရား တော်သည် ရွှေ ငွေ အထောင် အသောင်းထက်မက ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သာ၍ကောင်း ပါ၏။
73 Yodh You created me and made me what I am; help me to learn and better understand your commandments.
၇၃ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လက် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဖန်ဆင်း ၍ ၊ ပုံ သဏ္ဍာန်ကိုပေးတော်မူပြီ။ ပညတ် တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သင် နိုင်သော ဉာဏ် နှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူပါ။
74 May those who worship you be happy when they see me, for I place my confidence in your word.
၇၄နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့် သောကြောင့် ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မြင် ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
75 Lord, I know that what you decide is right; you brought me down in order to help me because you are trustworthy.
၇၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန် ကြောင်း ကို၎င်း ၊ သစ္စာ တော်နှင့်အညီအကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဆင်းရဲ စေတော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်းအကျွန်ုပ်သိ ပါ၏။
76 May your trustworthy love comfort me as your promised me, your servant.
၇၆ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် ၌ မိန့် တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း ၊ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ချမ်းသာ ပေးပါ စေသော ဟု ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။
77 Be compassionate to me so I may live, for I love your teachings.
၇၇ကိုယ်တော် ၏ တရား သည် အကျွန်ုပ် မွေ့လျော် ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ သနား စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်းသည် သက်ရောက် ပါစေသော။
78 Bring down those proud people who wronged me with their lies. I will spend time thinking about your instructions.
၇၈မာနကြီး သောသူတို့ သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ကြ ပါစေသော။ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ မ တရားသဖြင့် ပြုကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသ များကို ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
79 Let those who follow you turn to me, those who understand your laws.
၇၉ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူ၊ သက်သေ ခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို သိ သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ထံသို့ လှည့် ကြပါစေသော။
80 May I be innocent in the way I keep your rules so that I won't be ashamed.
၈၀ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့၌ စုံလင် ပါစေသော။
81 Kaph I'm exhausted waiting for you to save me, but my hope is in your word.
၈၁အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို တောင့်တလျက်နှင့် ခွန်အား လျော့ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် ကိုမြော်လင့် ပါ၏။
82 I strain my eyes looking for you to keep your promises, asking “When will you comfort me?”
၈၂အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အဘယ် ကာလမှ ချမ်းသာ ပေး တော်မူပါမည်နည်းဟူ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိ တို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်အား ကုန်ပါ၏။
83 I've become like a wineskin that's been shriveled up by smoke, but I have not forgotten to do as you say.
၈၃မီးခိုး ၌ ရှိသောသားရေ ဘူးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ဖြစ် ပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို မ မေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
84 How long do I have to wait before you punish my persecutors?
၈၄ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် နေရသော နေ့ရက် ကာလ အဘယ် မျှလောက်ကြာရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူတို့အား ၊ အဘယ် ကာလမှ တရား ဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူမည်နည်း။
85 These arrogant people have dug pits to trap me, these people who don't care anything about your law.
၈၅မာနကြီး သောသူ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ တရား ကို လွန်ကျူးသောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အဘို့ တွင်း များကို တူး ကြပါပြီ။
86 All your commands are trustworthy. Help me against these people who persecute me with their lies!
၈၆အလုံးစုံ သော ပညတ် တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာ နှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြပါ၏။ သူတပါးတို့သည် အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲ ကြသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ မစ တော်မူပါ။
87 They have almost killed me, but I have not given up on what you say.

88 Since you love me with your trustworthy love, don't let me die, so I can go on following the instructions you have given.
၈၈ကရုဏာ တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။ နှုတ် တော်ထွက် ဗျာဒိတ် တော် ကို စောင့် ပါမည်။
89 Lamedh Your word, Lord, lasts forever. It stands firm in the heavens.
၈၉အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌ အစဉ် အမြဲတည် ပါ၏။
90 Your faithfulness lasts for all generations, as permanent as the earth you created.
၉၀သစ္စာ တော်သည် လူမျိုး အဆက်ဆက်မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မြေကြီး ကို တည် စေတော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ သူသည်အမြဲ နေပါ၏။
91 Your judgments stand—they are as true today as ever—for everything serves your will.
၉၁ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ်၍ စီရင် တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ယနေ့ တိုင်အောင်အမြဲ နေကြပါ၏။

၉၂အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏ တရား ၌မွေ့လျော် ခြင်းမ ရှိလျှင်၊ အထက်က ဆင်းရဲ ခံစဉ် ပျက်စီး ပါပြီ။
93 I will never forget your instructions, for through them you give me life.
၉၃ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေ များကို အစဉ် မ မေ့ မလျော့နိုင်ပါ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထို ဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေ တော်မူ၏။

95 Even though wicked people are waiting to ambush and kill me, I will focus my mind on what you say.
၉၅အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းငှါ ၊ မ တရားသောသူတို့ သည် စောင့် လျက်နေကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ ပါမည်။

၁၀၂ကိုယ်တော် သည် သွန်သင် တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့မှ အကျွန်ုပ်လွှဲ ၍ မ သွားပါ။

၁၀၉အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် သည် ကိုယ် လက် ၌ အစဉ် ရှိပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ တရား တော်ကို မ မေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
110 Wicked people have set a trap for me, but I will not stray from your commandments.
၁၁၀မ တရားသောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ဘို့ ကျော့ကွင်း ကို ထောင် ထားကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသ များမှ လွှဲ ၍ မ သွားပါ။
111 I will always hold on to what you say for your words make me really happy,

၁၁၃အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဓမ္မ လူတို့ကို မုန်း ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား ကို နှစ်သက် ပါ၏။

133 Tell me by your word the way I should go, and don't let any kind of evil control me.
၁၃၃မိန့် တော်မူချက် အစဉ်အတိုင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ခြေ လှမ်းတို့ကို ဖြောင့် စေတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အဘယ် မည် သော ဒုစရိုက် မျှအစိုး မ ရပါစေနှင့်။
134 Save me from cruel people so I can follow your instructions.
၁၃၄လူ တို့၏ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ဥပဒေသ များကို စောင့် ပါမည်။

၁၄၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကရုဏာ တော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် စကား ကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
150 Evil people come running to attack me—they totally disregard your law.
၁၅၀မ ကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်၌ ကျင်လည် သောသူတို့ သည် အနီးသို့ချဉ်း ကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား နှင့် ဝေး ကြပါ၏။
151 But you, Lord, are close beside me; all your commandments are true.
၁၅၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် နီး တော်မူ၏။ အလုံးစုံ သော ပညတ် တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာ ဖြစ်ကြပါ ၏။
152 Long ago I realized that your laws will last forever.
၁၅၂သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ် အမြဲထား တော်မူကြောင်း ကို၊ ရှေ့ဦးစွာ မှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်သိ ပါ၏။
153 Resh Please look at my suffering and save me! I have not forgotten your teachings.
၁၅၃အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရ သောဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကြည့်ရှု ၍ ၊ ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား ကို မ မေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
154 Plead my case, and save me as you promised! Let me live!
၁၅၄အကျွန်ုပ် အမှု ကို စောင့် ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
155 Wicked people can't be saved, because they don't care about what you say.
၁၅၅မ တရားသောသူတို့သည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို မ ရှာ သောကြောင့် ၊ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းနှင့် ဝေး ကြပါ၏။
156 Lord, your mercy is so great! Because you are always fair, please let me live!
၁၅၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ သနား စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း သဘောသည် ကြွယ်ဝ ပါ၏။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
157 Despite the many people who persecute and mistreat me, I have not strayed from your laws.
၁၅၇အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူနှင့် ရန်ဘက် ပြု သောသူတို့ သည် များ ကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့မှ လွှဲ ၍မ သွားပါ။
158 Watching these unfaithful people disgusts me because they take no notice of your word.
၁၅၈သစ္စာ မရှိသောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည်မြင် ၍ စိတ်နာ ပါ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ် တော် စကားကို နား မ ထောင်ဘဲ နေကြပါ၏။
159 See how much I love your commandments, Lord. Please let me live because of your trustworthy love.
၁၅၉ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒသ များကို အကျွန်ုပ် နှစ်သက် ကြောင်း ကို မှတ် တော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကရုဏာ တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
160 Your word can be summed up in one word: truth! All of your just laws will last forever.
၁၆၀နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အလုံးစုံ တို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန် ပါ ၏။ တရား သဖြင့် စီရင် တော်မူချက်ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် အစဉ် အမြဲတည် ကြပါ၏။
161 Shin Leaders persecute me for no reason, but I am in awe only of your word.
၁၆၁အစိုး ရသောသူတို့ သည် အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ကြသော်လည်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် နှလုံးသည် စကား တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ပါ၏။
162 Your word makes me so happy—I'm like someone who discovers immense treasure.
၁၆၂လက် ရဥစ္စာများ ကို တွေ့ သကဲ့သို့ ဗျာဒိတ် တော် စကားကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းမြောက် ပါ၏။
163 I hate and detest lies, but I love your teachings.
၁၆၃မုသာ စကားကို ကြား ပျင်းရွံရှာ ပါ၏။ တရား တော်ကိုကား နှစ်သက် ပါ၏။
164 I praise you seven times a day because your laws are good.
၁၆၄ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင် တော်မူချက်များကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော် ကို တရက် လျှင် ခုနစ် ကြိမ် ချီးမွမ်း တတ်ပါ၏။
165 Those who love your teachings have wonderful peace and nothing trips them up.
၁၆၅တရား တော်ကို နှစ်သက် သောသူတို့ ၌ ကြီးစွာ သော ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သူ တို့စိတ်ပျက် စရာအကြောင်းမ ရှိပါ။
166 Lord, I look forward to your salvation. I keep your commandments.
၁၆၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ်မြော်လင့် ၍ ၊ ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို ကျင့် ပါ၏။
167 I obey your laws and love them very much.
၁၆၇သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့် ပါ၏။ အလွန် နှစ်သက် ပါ၏။
168 I keep your commandments and laws because you see everything I do.
၁၆၈ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသ တို့နှင့် သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့် ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် အကျင့် ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ရှိကြပါ၏။
169 Taw Lord, please listen to my sad cry; help me to understand, as you promised.
၁၆၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် သံသည် ရှေ့ တော်သို့ ရောက် ပါစေသော။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် အတိုင်း ဉာဏ် ကိုပေး သနားတော်မူပါ။
170 Please hear what I have to say to you, and save me, as you promised.
၁၇၀အသနား ခံသောစကားသည် ရှေ့ တော်သို့ ရောက် ပါစေသော။ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။
171 Let me pour out my words of praise, for you teach me what to do.
၁၇၁အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင် တော်မူသောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှုတ် သည် ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းကို မြွက်ဆို ပါမည်။
172 I will sing about your word, for all your commandments are right.
၁၇၂အလုံးစုံ သော ပညတ် တော်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် လျှာ သည် ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ကို သီချင်း ဆိုရပါမည်။
173 Please be ready to help me, for I have chosen to follow your instructions.
၁၇၃ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသ များကို နှစ်သက် ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ လက် တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ပါစေ သော။
174 I long for your salvation, Lord; your teachings make me happy.
၁၇၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တ ပါ၏။ တရား တော်သည် လည်း အကျွန်ုပ် မွေ့လျော် ရာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
175 May I live my life in praise to you, and may your instructions help me.
၁၇၅အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အသက် ရှင် ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါစေသော။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ကြပါစေသော။
176 I have wandered away like a lost sheep, so please come looking for me, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
၁၇၆ပျောက် သော သိုး ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းလွဲ ပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် ကိုရှာ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို မ မေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
