< Psalms 108 >
1 A song. A psalm of David. God, I have complete confidence in you! My whole being sings praises to you!
Wer. Zaburi mar Daudi. Chunya ochungʼ mongirore, yaye Nyasaye; abiro paki gi wer kendo abiro loso mamit gi chunya duto.
2 Wake up, harp and lyre! I will wake up the dawn!

3 I will thank you among the peoples, Lord, I will sing your praises among the nations.
Abiro paki e dier ogendini, yaye Jehova Nyasaye, abiro werni e dier ogendini.
4 For your trustworthy love reaches higher than the heavens, your faithfulness is higher than the clouds.
Nikech herani maduongʼ chopo nyaka e polo; kendo adiera mari chopo nyaka ewi lwasi.
5 God, your greatness is above the highest heavens; and your glory is over all the earth!

6 Rescue those you love! Answer us, and save us by your power!
Reswa kendo konywa gi lweti ma korachwich, mondo joma ihero ogol e chandruok.
7 God has spoken from his Temple: “Triumphantly I divide up Shechem, and portion out the Valley of Succoth.
Nyasaye osewuoyo gie kare maler kowacho niya, “Abiro pogo Shekem ne ji, kendo abiro pimo ne ji Holo mar Sukoth.
8 Both Gilead and Manasseh belong to me. Ephraim is my helmet, and Judah is my scepter.
Gilead en mara, Manase bende mara, Efraim en oguta mar lweny, to Juda en osimbona mar loch.
9 I will treat Moab as my washbasin; I will place my sandal on Edom; I will shout in triumph over Philistia.”
Moab en besen mara mar luok, to Edom e kama amoe wuochena; Filistia ema akoke ka aseloyo lweny.”
10 Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will lead me into Edom?
En ngʼa mabiro kela e dala maduongʼ mochiel motegno? En ngʼa mabiro telona nyaka Edom?
11 Have you rejected us, God? Won't you go out with our armies?
Donge in ema isedagiwa, yaye Nyasaye, kendo tinde ok idhi gi jolwenjwa e lweny?
12 Please give us help against our enemies, for human help is worthless.
Miwa kony mondo walo wasikwa, nikech kony mar dhano onge tich.
13 Our strength is in God, and he will crush our enemies.
Wabiro loyo lweny ka Nyasaye nikodwa, kendo obiro nyono wasikwa piny.
