< Psalms 104 >

1 Let every part of me praise the Lord! Lord my God, you are so great, clothed with majesty and splendor!
Me kra, kamfo Awurade! Awurade me Nyankopɔn, woyɛ ɔkɛse! Wɔafura wo tumi ne anuonyam.
2 You wear light as your clothing; you stretch out the fabric of the heavens.
Ɔde hann akata ne ho sɛ atade; ɔtrɛw ɔsoro mu te sɛ ntamadan,
3 You place the roof-beams of your house in the rainclouds. You make the clouds your chariots. You ride on the wings of the wind.
na ɔde ne mpia mu mpuran sisi nsu so. Ɔde omununkum yɛ ne teaseɛnam na ɔde nantew mframa ntaban so.
4 You make your angels winds, and your servants flames of fire.
Ɔsoma nʼabɔfo sɛ mframa, na ɔsoma nʼasomfo sɛ ogyaframa.
5 You set the earth on its foundations; it will never be shaken.
Ɔde asase asi ne fapem so na ɛrenhinhim da.
6 It was clothed with ocean depths—the waters even covered the mountains—
Wode bun kataa so sɛ atade na nsu gyinaa mmepɔw no so.
7 but at your command the waters fled; at the sound of your thunder they rushed away.
Nanso wʼanimka maa nsu no guanee, wʼaprannaa nnyigyei maa woguanee;
8 The mountains rose up and the valleys sank down to where you had determined.
Wɔsen faa mmepɔw so, kɔɔ aku mu tɔnn, koguu faako a wode ama wɔn no.
9 You set a boundary for the oceans so they would not come back and cover the earth.
Wotoo ɔhye a wɔrentumi ntra; na wɔammɛkata asase so bio.
10 You make springs flow into the streams, running down between the hills.
Ɔma nsuwa sen fa abon mu, ɛsen fa mmepɔw ntam.
11 They provide water for all the wild animals, and wild donkeys quench their thirst.
Wɔma wuram mmoa nyinaa nsu nom; atorɔm de kum wɔn sukɔm.
12 Birds build their nests in trees along the streams, singing from among the leaves.
Wim nnomaa nwen wɔn berebuw wɔ nsu no ho; na wɔto nnwom wɔ nnua no mman so.
13 You send down rain on the mountains from your home high above; you fill the earth with good things.
Ofi ne soro mpia mu tɔ nsu gugu mmepɔw so; ne nnwuma so aba mee asase.
14 You make the grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to eat—crops produced by the earth for food,
Ɔma sare fifi ma anantwi, na ɔbɔɔ nnua maa onipa sɛ onnua na ɛmma aduan mfi asase mu:
15 and wine to make them happy, olive oil to make their faces shine, and bread to make them strong.
nsa a ɛma onipa koma tɔ ne yam, ngo a ɛma onipa anim tɔ so, ne aduan a ekura onipa koma.
16 The Lord's trees are well-watered, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted.
Wogugu Awurade nnua no so yiye, Lebanon sida a oduae no.
17 Sparrows make their nests there; herons make their homes in the tall trees.
Ɛsow na nnomaa yɛ wɔn mmerebuw, na asukɔnkɔn nso yɛ nʼatenae wɔ ɔpepaw nnua no mu.
18 Wild goats live high in the mountains; hyraxes hide among the rocks.
Mmepɔw atenten no yɛ wuram mmirekyi de; na abotan yɛ guankɔbea ma ewi.
19 You made the moon to mark the months, and the sun knows when to set.
Ɔsram kyerɛ bere nkyekyɛmu, na owia nim bere a ɔkɔtɔ.
20 You make darkness fall and the night comes, the time when the forest animals come out to hunt.
Wode sum ba ma ɛyɛ adesae na kwae mu mmoa nyinaa kɔ ahayɛ.
21 The young lions roar as they seek their prey, looking for the food that God provides for them.
Gyata bobɔ mu pɛ wɔn hanam, wɔhwehwɛ wɔn aduan fi Onyankopɔn hɔ.
22 When the sun rises they return to their dens to rest.
Owia pue ma wɔsan wɔn akyi; wɔsan kɔdeda wɔn atu mu.
23 Then people leave for work, working until the evening.
Afei, onipa kɔ nʼadwuma so kɔyɛ adwuma ara kosi anwummere.
24 Lord, how many different things you have made—all of them wisely created! The earth is full of your creatures.
Awurade, wo nnwuma dɔɔso! Nyansa mu na woyɛɛ ne nyinaa; wʼabɔde ahyɛ asase so ma.
25 Consider the sea, deep and wide, full of all kinds of living things, large and small.
Po na ɛda hɔ tɛtrɛɛ tamaa yi, a abɔde bebree a enni ano; akɛse ne nketewa ahyɛ no ma.
26 Ships sail there, and Leviathan, that you made to play in it.
So na ahyɛn di akɔneaba, na ɔdɛnkyɛmmirampɔn a woyɛɛ no di agoru.
27 All creatures look to you to give them food at the right time.
Wɔn nyinaa hwɛ wo kwan sɛ wobɛma wɔn wɔn aduan wɔ bere a ɛsɛ mu.
28 When you provide it, they gather it up. You hand out food to them, and they are well-fed.
Wode ma wɔn a, wɔtase; wubue wo nsam a nnepa mee wɔn.
29 When you turn away from them, they're terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to dust.
Wode wʼanim hintaw wɔn a, wɔbɔ hu; sɛ wugye wɔn home a, wowuwu na wɔsan kɔ mfutuma mu.
30 When you send your breath, they are created, and life covers the earth again.
Sɛ wode wo Honhom no ma wɔn a na wɔabɔ wɔn, na woyɛ asase ani foforo.
31 May the Lord's glory last forever! The Lord is happy with all he has made.
Ma Awurade anuonyam ntena hɔ daa; ma Awurade ani nnye ne nnwuma ho,
32 He only has to look at the earth and it trembles; mountains pour out smoke at his touch.
nea ɔhwɛ asase na ɛwosow, na ɔde ne nsa ka mmepɔw a wusiw fi mu ba.
33 I will sing to the Lord for as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God my whole life.
Mɛto dwom ama Awurade me nkwa nna nyinaa; sɛ mete ase yi, mɛto ayeyi dwom ama me Nyankopɔn.
34 May he be pleased with my thoughts because I am happy in the Lord.
Ɔmma me mpaebɔ nsɔ nʼani bere a meregye mʼani wɔ Awurade mu yi.
35 Let sinners be destroyed from the earth; let the wicked cease to exist. Let every part of me praise the Lord!
Ma nnebɔneyɛfo nyera wɔ asase so; na amumɔyɛfo ase nhyew. Me kra, kamfo Awurade. Kamfo Awurade.
