< Philemon 1 >
1 This letter is sent from Paul, prisoner of Jesus Christ, and from our brother Timothy, to Philemon, our good friend and co-worker;
Siak ni Pablo, maysa a balud ni Cristo Jesus, ken ni kabsattayo a Timoteo ket agsursuratkami kenni Felimon, nga ay-ayatenmi a gayyem ken katrabahoan,
2 to our sister Apphia, to Archippus who fights alongside us, and to your house church.
ken ni Apia a kabsatmi a babai, ken ni Arkipo a padami a soldado, ken ti iglesia nga aggimong iti balaymo:
3 May you have grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Parabur kadakayo ken kapia manipud iti Dios nga Amatayo ken ni Apo Jesu-Cristo.
4 I always thank my God for you, remembering you in my prayers,
Kankanayon nga agyamanak iti Diosko. Dakdakamatenka kadagiti karkararagko,
5 because I hear of your trust in the Lord Jesus and your love for all believers.
Nangngegko iti ayat ken ti pammati nga adda kenka kenni Apo Jesus ken para kadagiti amin a namati.
6 I pray that you will put the generous nature of your trust in God into action as you recognize all the good things we share in Christ.
Ikararagko a nabunga koma iti pannakiramanmo iti pammati a maipaay iti pannakaammo iti tunggal nasayaat a banag nga adda kadatayo kenni Cristo.
7 Your love, my dear brother, has brought me much happiness and encouragement. You have really inspired those of us who believe!
Gapu ta naaddaanak iti kasta unay a rag-o ken liwliwa gapu iti ayatmo, agsipud ta pinaragsakmo dagiti puso dagiti namati, kabsat.
8 That's why even though I'm brave enough in Christ to order you to do your duty,
Ngarud, uray pay no adda kaniak amin a kinatured gapu kenni Cristo tapno bilinenka iti rumbeng nga aramidem,
9 I would rather ask you this favor out of love. Old Paul, now also a prisoner of Christ Jesus,
ngem gapu iti ayat, dawdawatek ketdi kenka—Siak, ni Pablo, maysa a nataengan a tao, ken balud ita gapu kenni Cristo Jesus.
10 is appealing to you on behalf of Onesimus who became my adopted son during my imprisonment.
Agdawdawatak kenka iti maipapan kenni Onesimo nga anakko, a nagbalinak a pannakaamana iti pannakabaludko.
11 In the past he was of no use to you, but now he's useful to both you and me!
Gapu ta awan idi iti serserbina kenka, ngem napategen isuna ita kadata.
12 I send him to you with my fondest wishes.
Pagsubliek isuna kenka—nga isu ti ay-ayatek unay.
13 I'd have preferred to keep him here with me so that he could have helped me as you would have done while I am in chains for telling the good news.
Tarigagayko a pagtalinaedek pay koma isuna kaniak, tapno makatulong kaniak bayat iti kinaawanmo, bayat ti pannakaibaludko gapu iti ebanghelio.
14 But I decided not do anything without your permission. I didn't want you to be forced to do good, but to do so willingly.
Ngem saanko a kayat ti agaramid iti aniaman a banag nga awan pammalubosmo. Inaramidko daytoy tapno saan a maaramid ti animan a naimbag gapu ta pinilitka, ngem gapu ta kayatmo nga aramiden daytoy.
15 Maybe you lost him for a while so that you could have him back forever! (aiōnios )
Nalabit a ti rason a naisina isuna kenka iti apagbiit, ket tapno agsubli kenka iti agnanayon, (aiōnios )
16 He's not a servant anymore, because he's more than a servant. He's a specially-loved brother, particularly to me, and even more to you, both as a man and as a fellow-believer in the Lord.
Tapno saan laengen isuna a kas tagabu, ngem nangatngato pay ngem tagabu, kas maysa nga ay-ayaten a kabsat— nangnangruna kaniak, ken ad-adda pay koma kenka, iti lasag ken iti Apo.
17 So if you consider me as a colleague working together with you for the Lord, welcome him as if you were welcoming me.
No ibilangnak ngarud a kas kadua, awatem isuna a kas ti panangawatmo koma kaniak.
18 If he has done you any wrong, or owes you anything, charge it to my account.
Ngem no nagbasol isuna kenka, wenno nakautang kenka iti aniaman a banag, siakon ti agbayad iti dayta.
19 I Paul am signing this with my own hand: I will repay you. Of course I won't mention what you owe me, including your very self!
Siak, ni Pablo, isuratko daytoy babaen iti bukodko nga ima: Bayadankanto. Saankon nga ipalagip kenka a bulodmo kaniak ti biagmo.
20 Yes, brother, I'm expecting this favor from you in the Lord; please make me happy in Christ.
Wen, kabsat, ipalubosmo nga agragsakak iti Apo; pabaroem ti pusok kenni Cristo.
21 I'm writing about this to you because I'm convinced you'll do as I ask—in fact I know you'll do even more than I've asked!
Adda talgedko maipanggep iti panagtulnogmo, agsuratak kenka, nga ammok nga ad-adu pay ti aramidemto ngem ti dawatek.
22 In the meantime please have a room ready for me, for I hope to be able to return to see you soon in answer to your prayers.
Maysa pay, mangisaganaka ti siled ti sangaili para kaniak, ta namnamaek a babaen kadagiti karkararagyo ket mapasyarkayonto iti mabiit.
23 Epaphras who is here in prison with me sends his greetings,
Kablaawannaka Ni Epafras a padak a balud kenni Cristo Jesus,
24 as do my co-workers Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, and Luke.
ken kablaawandakayo met da Marcos, Aristarco, Demas, Lucas, a katrabahoak.
25 May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of you.
Sapay koma ta ti parabur ni Apotayo a Jesu-Cristo ti makikaadda iti espirituyo. Amen.
