< Micah 3 >

1 Then I said, “Please listen, leaders of the descendants of Jacob, people of Israel. You are meant to know the difference between right and wrong,
Le hoe iraho: Ehe, mijanjiña ry roandria’ Iakobe, naho o lohà’ i anjomba’ Israeleio, tsy inahareo hao ty hahafohiñe ty hatò?
2 you who hate good and love evil! You tear off their skin, and rip the flesh from their bones.
Ry mpalain-ty soa, naho mpitea haratiañeo; ry mampikorendake ty holi’ iareo, naho ty nofotse boak’an-taola’ iareo.
3 You eat the flesh of my people, you strip off their skin, you break their bones. You chop them up like meat for the saucepan, like flesh for the cooking pot.”
Ry mpampibotseke ty nofo’ ondatikoo, mpañolitse iareo, mpampipozake o taola’eo, naho manoritory iareo ho am-balàñeo, hoe hena an-tsajoa.
4 Then they'll cry out to the Lord, but he won't answer them. He will turn away from them at that time because of the evil things they have done.
Hitoreo am’ Iehovà iereo henane zay, f’ie tsy hanoiñe; eka, haeta’e am’ iereo ty lahara’e amy andro zay, ty amy haloloan-tsata’ iareoy.
5 This is what the Lord says about the prophets who deceive my people. To those who feed them they prophesy peace to them, while to those who do not they prophesy war against them.
Hoe ty nafè’ Iehovà ty amo mpitoky mampandilatse ondatikoo; mikoike ty hoe: Fierañerañañe, kanao ahazoa’e ty ho tifarem-pamotsi’e; fe hentseñe’e aly ty tsy mampijon-draha am-palie’e ao.
6 Therefore it will be like night for you, with no visions; dark, with no predictions. The sun will set on these prophets; their day will end in darkness.
Aa le ho haleñe ama’ areo izay, tsy amañ’aroñaroñe, naho ho ieñe ama’ areo, tsy hisikiliañe; ho tsofots’ andro amo mpitokio, himoromoroñe am’ iereo te handro.
7 The seers will be disgraced, the fortune-tellers put to shame, and they will cover their faces because none of them receive any answer from God.
Ho salatse o mpioniñeo, vaho ho tangòke o mpisikilio; eka, hanakom-palie iereo, amy te tsy manoiñe t’i Andrianañahare.
8 But as for me, I am filled with power, with the spirit of the Lord. I am filled with justice and strength to make clear to the descendants of Jacob their rebellion, and to the people of Israel their sin.
Fe mañatsak’ ahy ty haozaran’ Arofo’ Iehovà, naho ty hatò, vaho ty hafatrarañe, hitsey am’ Iakobe i fiolà’ey, naho am’ Israele i hakeo’ey.
9 Listen to me, leaders of the descendants of Jacob and the people of Israel, you who hate justice and distort all that is right.
Ehe, janjiño zao, ry talen’ akiba’ Iakobeo, naho ry talèn’ anjomba’ Israeleo, ry mpalain-kavantañañeo, vaho mpañamengoke ze atao zaka-to;
10 You are building Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with evil.
Ie mamboatse i Tsione an-dio, naho Ierosalaime an-katsivokarañe.
11 Your leaders judge for a bribe, and your priests teach for a price, and your prophets only prophesy for pay. Yet they all lean on the Lord saying, “Isn't the Lord here with us? Nothing bad can happen to us!”
Mpizaka mipay tambe o mpiaolo’eo; mipay karama te mañòke o mpisoro’eo, naho mpitoky mpangala falitse o mpitoki’eo; inao, miato am’ Iehovà iereo, manao ty hoe: Tsy añivon-tika hao t’Iehovà? Toe tsy hifetsahan-kankàñe!
12 Therefore because of you Zion will become a ploughed field and Jerusalem a heap of rubble, and the Temple mount will be overgrown.
Aa le inahareo ro itrabahañe i Tsione hoe tonda, naho Ierosalaime ho votrim-porompotse, vaho ty an-tamboho’ i vohi’ i anjombaiy ho ala.
