1 The Lord told Moses,

2 “Tell the Israelites that these are the rules to handle cases of those who sin unintentionally against any of the Lord's commandments and do what is not permitted.

3 If it is the high priest who sins and brings guilt on everyone, he must present to the Lord a young bull without defects as a sin offering for his sin.
situi bawh tangcae qaima doeh kaminawk mah sak o ih zaehaih sah pazae moeng nahaeloe, a sak ih zae angbawn haih hanah, coek koi kaom ai saning kanawk maitaw tae to Angraeng hmaa ah sin nasoe.
4 He must take the bull to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting before the Lord, put his hand on its head and kill it before the Lord.
Anih mah maitaw tae to amkhuenghaih kahni im thok taengah Angraeng hmaa ah hoi ueloe, maitaw tae lu nuiah a ban to koeng pacoengah, Angraeng hmaa ah bop tih.
5 Then the high priest shall take some of the bull's blood into the Tent of Meeting.
To pacoengah situi bawh tangcae ih qaima mah athii to la ueloe, amkhuenghaih kahni im ah sin tih;
6 The high priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of it seven times before the Lord in front of the veil of the sanctuary.
qaima mah a banpazung to athii thungah nup pacoengah, hmuenciim ah payang ih kahni hma hoi Angraeng hmaa ah, vai sarihto haeh tih.
7 The priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of aromatic incense that stands before the Lord in the Tent of Meeting. The rest of the bull's blood he is to pour out at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
To pacoengah qaima mah kaminawk amkhuenghaih kahni imthung ih Angraeng hmaa ah kaom, hmuihoih thlaekhaih hmaicam takii thungah thoemto maitaw thii to thaeng ueloe, athii to amkhuenghaih kahni im thok taengah kaom, hmai angbawnhaih hmaicam kung ah krai tih.
8 Then he shall remove all the fat from the bull of the sin offering: all the fat that covers the insides,
Tazae taqawn kakhuk athawknawk hoi tazae taqawn nui ih athawknawk boih, maitaw tae ih athawknawk boih,
9 both kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the best part of the liver, which he is to remove together with the kidneys
pakae hnetto hoi a nuiah kaom athawknawk, panak taeng ih athawknawk, pathin nui ih athawknawk hoi pakaenawk doeh, zae angbawnhaih sak hanah la boih tih,
10 in the same way as the fat is removed from the bull of the peace offering. Then the priest shall then burn this on the altar of burnt offering.
angdaeh angbawnhaih maitaw thawk to lak boih pacoengah, qaima mah hmai angbawnhaih sak hanah hmaicam nuiah hmai pakhaem tih.
11 But the skin of the bull, all its flesh, head, legs, insides and waste—
Toe maitaw tae ih ahin, angan, lu, khoknawk, tazae taqawnnawk hoiah a aek,
12 all the rest of it—he has to take outside the camp to a place that is ceremonially clean, where the ashes are dumped, and he must burn it on a wood fire there on the ash heap.
maitaw takpum boih im tasa bang ih, maiphu kraihaih ahmuen, hmuenciim ah maiphu nuiah, hmai to tik ueloe, hmai hoiah qoeng tih.
13 If the whole Israelite community goes astray unintentionally, and even though they are unaware of doing what is not permitted by any of the Lord's commandments, they are all still guilty.
Israel kaminawk loe Angraeng mah thuih ih lok to tahngai o ai, sak han ai a thuih pae ih lok to aek o moe, zaehaih a sak o, toe sakpazaehaih to rangpui hma ah amtueng ai,
14 When they realize their sin, then they must bring a young bull as a sin offering and present it before the Tent of Meeting.
toe sakpazae moeng ih zaehaih to panoek o naah, sakpazaehaih hmuen pongah zae angbawnhaih to sah o nahaeloe, kami rangpui mah saning kanawk maitaw tae maeto kaminawk amkhuenghaih kahni im hma ah sin moe, paek o han angaih.
15 The elders of Israel are to put their hands on its head and kill it before the Lord.
Rangpui kacoehtanawk mah, Angraeng hmaa ah paek o ih maitaw tae lu nuiah ban to koeng o nasoe loe, Angraeng hmaa ah bop o nasoe.
16 Then the high priest shall take some of the bull's blood into the Tent of Meeting.

17 He shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front of the veil.
Qaima mah maitaw thii thungah a banpazung to nup ueloe, kahni payang ih, Angraeng hmaa ah vai sarihto haeh tih.
18 He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar that stands before the Lord in the Tent of Meeting. Then he is to pour out the rest of the bull's blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
To pacoengah qaima mah amkhuenghaih kahni imthung ih Angraeng hmaa ah kaom, hmaicam takii thungah thoemto maitaw thii to lawn ueloe, amkhuenghaih kahni im thok taengah kaom, hmai angbawnhaih hmaicam kung ah krai tih.
19 Then he shall remove all the fat from the bull and burn it on the altar.
Athawknawk to la boih ueloe, hmaicam nuiah hmai pakhaem tih.
20 He shall offer this bull in the same way he did for the sin offering. This is how the priest will make them right, and they will be forgiven.

21 Then he shall take the bull outside the camp and burn it, just as he burned the bull previously mentioned. It is the sin offering for the whole community.

22 If a leader sins unintentionally and does what is not permitted by any of the commandments of the Lord his God, he is guilty.
Zaehoikung loe angmah Angraeng Sithaw ih lok to tahngai ai, sak han ai a thuih ih lok to aek moe, poek ai pui hoi zaehaih to a sak moeng pongah, zae kami ah oh,
23 When he realizes his sin, he must bring a male goat without defects as his offering.
toe a zaehaih hoi a sakpazae moeng ih hmuen to panoek naah, a sak ih zae angbawn haih hanah, coek koi kaom ai maeh caa atae to sin han oh,
24 He must put his hand on the head of the goat and kill it at the place where the burnt offering is killed before the Lord. It is a sin offering.
a paek ih maeh lu nuiah a ban to koeng ueloe, Angraeng hmaa ah hmai angbawnhaih sak ih ahmuen ah bop tih; to loe zae angbawnhaih sak ih hmuen ah oh.
25 Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar.
To pacoengah qaima mah zae angbawnhaih athii to banpazung hoiah la ueloe, hmai angbawnhaih hmaicam ih takiinawk thungah lawn pacoengah, athii to hmaicam kung ah krai tih.
26 He shall burn all its fat on the altar like the fat of the peace offerings. In this way the priest will make the man's sin right, and he will be forgiven.
Angdaeh angbawnhaih athawk to hmai pakhaem baktih toengah, athawknawk boih hmaicam ah hmai pakhaem toeng tih; zaehaih loih hanah qaima mah to tiah angbawnhaih to sah pae ueloe, a zaehaih to tahmen pae tih.
27 If any other Israelite sins unintentionally and does what is not permitted by any of the commandments of the Lord his God, he is guilty.
Rangpui thung ih kamtang kami maeto loe, Angraeng mah thuih ih lok to tahngai ai, sak han ai a thuih ih lok to aek, poek ai pui hoiah hmuen to a sakpazae moeng pongah, kazae kami ah a oh,
28 When he realizes his sin, he must bring a female goat without defects as his offering for that sin.
toe a zaehaih hoi a sakpazae moenghaih to panoek naah, a sak ih zaehaih to angbawn haih hanah, coek koi kaom ai maeh caa tala to sin han oh.
29 He must put his hand on the head of the sin offering and kill it at the place at the place of the burnt offering.
Zae angbawnhaih sak hanah a paek ih maeh lu nuiah a ban to koeng ueloe, hmai hoi sak ih angbawnhaih ahmuen ah zae angbawnhaih moi to bop tih.
30 Then the priest is to take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar.
To pacoengah qaima mah zae angbawnhaih moi thii to banpazung hoiah la tih, hmai angbawnhaih hmaicam pong ih takiinawk thungah lawn ueloe, athii to hmaicam kung ah krai boih tih.
31 He shall remove all its fat like the fat of the peace offerings and burn it on the altar and it will be to be accepted by the Lord. In this way the priest will make the man's sin right, and he will be forgiven.
Angdaeh angbawnhaih moi thung hoiah athawk to lak baktih toengah, athawknawk to lak boih pacoengah, Angraeng han hmuihoih paek ih hmaicam nuiah hmai hoi pakhaem tih; to tiah zae loih hanah qaima mah angbawnhaih to sah ueloe, a zaehaih to tahmen pae tih.
32 If he brings a lamb as a sin offering, he is to bring a female without defects.
Tuucaa hoi angbawnhaih sah nahaeloe, coek koi kaom ai tuucaa tala to sin han oh.
33 He must put his hand on the head of the sin offering and kill it as a sin offering at the place at the place where the burnt offering is killed.
Zae angbawnhaih tuucaa lu nuiah a ban to koeng ueloe, hmai hoi angbawnhaih sak ih ahmuen ah, zae angbawnhaih moi to bop tih.
34 Then the priest is to take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar.
To pacoengah qaima mah zae angbawnhaih athii to banpazung hoiah la tih, hmai angbawnhaih hmaicam pong ih takiinawk thungah lawn ueloe, hmaicam kung ah krai tih.
35 He shall remove all its fat like the fat of the lamb is removed from the peace offerings and burn it on the altar and it will be to be accepted by the Lord. In this way the priest will make the man's sin right, and he will be forgiven.
Angdaeh angbawnhaih moi thung hoiah athawk to lak baktih toengah, athawknawk to lak boih pacoengah, Angraeng khaeah hmai hoi sak ih angbawnhaih hoi nawnto hmaicam nuiah hmai pakhaem tih; to tiah anih zae loih hanah qaima mah angbawnhaih to sah pae ueloe, a zaehaih to tahmenhaih pae tih.
