< Job 25 >

1 Then Bildad the Shuhite spoke up and said,
Mgbe ahụ, Bildad onye Shua zara sị:
2 “Dominion and awe belong to God. He brings peace to his heavens.
“Ike ọchịchị na oke egwu bụ nke Chineke; Ọ bụ ya na-eme ka udo dịrị nʼeluigwe.
3 Who can count his armies? Is there anywhere his light doesn't shine?
Onye pụrụ ịgụta usuu ndị agha ya ọnụ? Onye kwa ka ìhè ya na-adịghị enwukwasị?
4 How can a human being be right before God? Can anyone born of woman be pure?
Mmadụ ọ ga-esi aṅaa bụrụ onye ezi omume nʼihu Chineke? Mmadụ nwanyị mụrụ ọ ga-esi aṅaa dị ọcha?
5 If in God's eyes even the moon does not shine brightly, and the stars are not pure,
Lee, ọ bụladị ọnwa adịghị achawapụta, ọzọ kpakpando adịghị ọcha nʼanya ya,
6 how much less a human being—who by comparison is like a maggot or a worm!”
ka ọfọdụzie nwa mmadụ efu mụrụ, nke bụ naanị ikpuru, mmadụ, nke bụ naanị idide.”
