< Job 25 >

1 Then Bildad the Shuhite spoke up and said,
Bildad, Suhitɔ ɖo eŋu nɛ be,
2 “Dominion and awe belong to God. He brings peace to his heavens.
“Dziɖuɖu kple ŋɔdzi nye Mawu tɔ, eyae ɖo ɖoɖo anyi ɖe dziƒo ƒe kɔkɔƒewo.
3 Who can count his armies? Is there anywhere his light doesn't shine?
Ɖe woate ŋu axlẽ eƒe aʋakɔwoa? Ame ka tame eƒe kekeli meklẽ ɖo o?
4 How can a human being be right before God? Can anyone born of woman be pure?
Ekema aleke amegbetɔ anye dzɔdzɔetɔ le Mawu ŋkume? Aleke amegbetɔ, nyɔnu tɔ dzidzia, anɔ dzadzɛe?
5 If in God's eyes even the moon does not shine brightly, and the stars are not pure,
Ne ɣleti ƒe keklẽ menye naneke nɛ o eye ɣletiviwo hã medza le eŋkume o la,
6 how much less a human being—who by comparison is like a maggot or a worm!”
aleke amegbetɔ si nye ŋɔvi kple ame vi si nye ŋɔ la ayi nane nye ge le eŋkume!”
