< Jeremiah 43 >
1 After Jeremiah finished telling everyone all that the Lord their God had send him to say,
Sa’ad da Irmiya ya gama faɗa wa mutane dukan maganar Ubangiji Allahnsu, duk abin da Ubangiji ya aike shi ya faɗa musu,
2 Azariah son of Hoshaiah, Johanan son of Kareah, and all the proud and rebellious men told Jeremiah, “You're lying! The Lord our God hasn't sent you to tell us, ‘You are not to go and live in Egypt.’
Azariya ɗan Hoshahiya da Yohanan ɗan Kareya da dukan masu ɗaga kai suka ce wa Irmiya, “Kana ƙarya ne! Ubangiji Allahnmu bai aike ka ka ce, ‘Kada ku tafi Masar don ku zauna a can.’
3 No, it's Baruch son of Neriah who's turned you against us in order to hand us over to the Babylonians so they can kill us or exile us to Babylon!”
Amma Baruk ɗan Neriya yana zuga ka a kanmu don ka ba da mu ga Babiloniyawa, don su kashe mu ko su kai mu zaman bauta a Babilon.”
4 So Johanan son of Kareah and all the army commanders refused to obey the Lord's command to stay in the land of Judah.
Saboda haka Yohanan ɗan Kareya da dukan shugabannin sojoji da dukan mutane suka yi rashin biyayya ga umarnin Ubangiji da su zauna a ƙasar Yahuda.
5 Instead, Johanan son of Kareah and all the army commanders took with them all who were left of the people of Judah, those who had returned to the country from all the nations where they had been scattered.
A maimako, Yohanan ɗan Kareya da dukan shugabannin sojoji suka kwashe raguwar Yahuda waɗanda suka dawo su zauna a ƙasar Yahuda daga dukan al’umman inda aka kora su.
6 These included men, women, and children, the king's daughters, and everyone Nebuzaradan the commander of the guard had allowed to remain with Gedaliah, as well as Jeremiah and Baruch.
Suka kuma kwashe dukan maza, mata da yara da’ya’yan sarki mata waɗanda Nebuzaradan shugaban matsaran sarki ya bari tare da Gedaliya ɗan Ahikam, ɗan Shafan, da Irmiya annabi da kuma Baruk ɗan Neriya.
7 They went to Egypt because they refused to obey the Lord's command. They went all the way to Tahpanhes.
Saboda haka suka shiga Masar cikin rashin biyayya ga Ubangiji suka tafi har can Tafanes.
8 A message from Lord came to Jeremiah at Tahpanhes:
A Tafanes maganar Ubangiji ta zo wa Irmiya cewa,
9 As the people of Judah watch, get some large stones and set them into the cement of the brick pavement in the entrance way to Pharaoh's palace at Tahpanhes.
“Yayinda Yahudawa suna kallo, ka ɗauki waɗansu manyan duwatsu tare da kai ka kuma binne su cikin yumɓu a tubalin dakalin ƙofar shiga fadar Fir’auna a Tafanes.
10 Tell them that this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I'm going to send for my servant Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and bring him here. I will place his throne over these stones that I have set into the pavement, and he will spread out his royal tent over them.
Sa’an nan ka faɗa musu cewa, ‘Ga abin da Ubangiji Maɗaukaki, Allah na Isra’ila, yana cewa, zan aika wa bawana Nebukadnezzar sarkin Babilon, zan kuma sa kursiyinsa a kan waɗannan duwatsun da na binne a nan; zai fadada bukkar mulkinsa a bisansu.
11 He will come and attack Egypt, bringing death to those destined to die, imprisonment to those destined to be imprisoned, and the sword to those destined to be killed by the sword.
Zai zo ya yaƙi Masar, ya kawo mutuwa ga waɗanda aka ƙaddara musu mutuwa, zaman bauta ga waɗanda aka ƙaddara musu zaman bauta, da kuma takobi ga waɗanda aka ƙaddara su mutu ta takobi.
12 I will set fire to the temples of the gods of Egypt. Nebuchadnezzar will burn them and loot their idols. He will pick the land of Egypt clean like a shepherd picks his cloak clean of fleas, and he will leave unharmed.
Zai sa wuta wa haikalan allolin Masar; zai ƙone haikalansu yă kuma kwashe allolinsu bayi. Kamar yadda makiyayi yakan yafa mayafinsa kewaye da shi, haka zai yafa Masar kewaye da kansa ya kuma tashi a wurin babu abin da ya same shi.
13 He will knock down the sacred pillars of the temple of the sun in Egypt, and he will burn down the temples of the gods of Egypt.
A can cikin haikalin rana a Masar zai rushe al’amudan duwatsu yă kuma ƙone haikalan allolin Masar.’”
