Isaiah 52
1 Wake up, wake up, Zion! Be strong! Put on your best clothes, Jerusalem, the holy city. Heathen foreigners won't ever enter you again.
೧ಚೀಯೋನೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಾಪವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೋ! ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಉಡುಪನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೋ! ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಅಶುದ್ಧರೂ, ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವರೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
2 Shake yourself free from the dust and get up. Sit on your throne, Jerusalem. Throw off the chains around your neck, captive daughter of Zion.
೨ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ಧೂಳನ್ನು ಝಾಡಿಸಿಕೋ! ಎದ್ದು ಆಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೋ! ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪುತ್ರಿಯೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯ ಬಂಧನವನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಕೋ!
3 This is what the Lord says: You were sold for nothing, and you will be bought back without money.
೩ಯೆಹೋವನ ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ, “ಲಾಭಪಡೆಯದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದೆನು, ಹಣತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಮಾಡುವೆನು.”
4 This is what the Lord God says: First of all, my people went to live in Egypt, then Assyria conquered them for no reason.
೪ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೀಗೆಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, “ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲು ಐಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆರೆಯಾದರು. ಅಶ್ಶೂರ್ಯರು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಾಧೆಪಡಿಸಿದರು.”
5 What do have I to do now? asks the Lord. My people have been taken into captivity for no reason. Those who rule them mock them, and I'm treated with contempt that whole time, says the Lord.
೫ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ಈಗಲೂ ಅನ್ಯರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸೆರೆತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಆಳುವವರು ರೌದ್ರದಿಂದ ಅರಚುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ನಾಮವು ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಎಡೆಬಿಡದೆ ದೂಷಣೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
6 So I'm going to make sure my people know me; at that time they will know that I am the one who means what he says. Yes, it's me!
೬ಹೀಗಿರಲು ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ನನ್ನ ನಾಮದ ಮಹತ್ತನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದವನು ನಾನೇ. ಹೌದು ನಾನೇ” ಎಂದು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
7 What a wonderful sight in the mountains is the one running to bring good news, announcing peace and good news, announcing salvation, telling Zion, “Your God reigns!”
೭ಪರ್ವತಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತ್ವರೆಪಡುತ್ತಾ, ಶುಭಸಮಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ತಂದು, ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ಸಾರುವ ದೂತನ ಪಾದಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಅಂದವಾಗಿವೆ! ಶುಭವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನು, ಶುಭದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದು, ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತಾ, “ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ರಾಜ್ಯಭಾರವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ” ಎಂದು ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
8 The city watchmen shout loudly and sing for joy together; they all see the Lord returning to Jerusalem.
೮ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರ ಕೂಗು! ಸ್ವರವೆತ್ತಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹರ್ಷಧ್ವನಿಗೈಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವರು.
9 Let Jerusalem's ruins all sing for joy for the Lord has come to care for his people; he has set Jerusalem free.
೯ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಹಾಳುಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳೇ, ತಟ್ಟನೆ ಜಯಘೋಷಮಾಡಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹರ್ಷಧ್ವನಿಗೈಯಿರಿ! ಯೆಹೋವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸಂತೈಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
10 The Lord has demonstrated his holy power to all the nations; the whole world will see our God's salvation.
೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸಕಲ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ದಿವ್ಯಬಾಹುವನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಭೂಮಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನವರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವರು.
11 Leave, leave, get out of there! Don't bring anything pagan; come out and leave it all behind. Those of you who carry the Lord's sacred articles are to purify yourselves.
೧೧ತೊಲಗಿರಿ, ತೊಲಗಿರಿ, ಬಾಬೆಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿರಿ, ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ಮುಟ್ಟದಿರಿ, ಅದರಿಂದ ದೂರ ಹೋಗಿ, ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆರಾಧನೆಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರುವವರೇ, ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಿ!
12 But don't leave in a hurry, don't be in a rush as if you're running away, for the Lord will go ahead of you, and he will also protect those at the back.
೧೨ನೀವು ಅವಸರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಓಡಿಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮುಂಬಲವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವನು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಿಂಬಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಾಯುವನು.
13 Look: my servant will act wisely; he will be praised highly, he will be elevated in position, and seen as someone people look up to.
೧೩ಇಗೋ, ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನು ಕೃತಾರ್ಥನಾಗುವನು. ಅವನು ಉನ್ನತನಾಗಿ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೇರಿ ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ಪದವಿಗೆ ಬರುವನು.
14 But many were horrified by him, so disfigured in appearance, no longer looking like a man, so unlike anyone human.
೧೪ಅವನ ಮುಖವು ಸಕಲ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮುಖಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ, ಅವನ ರೂಪವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನರಜನ್ಮದವರ ರೂಪಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ವಿಕಾರವಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ, ಅನೇಕರು ಹೇಗೆ ಹೆದರಿದರೋ,
15 He will surprise many nations, and kings will keep quiet because of him—for they'll see what they haven't been told, and they'll understand what they hadn't heard.
೧೫ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅನೇಕ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ವಿಸ್ಮಯದಿಂದ ಚಕಿತರಾಗುವರು. ಅರಸರೂ ಅವನ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಾಯಿಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸುದ್ದಿಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುವರು, ಎಂದೂ ಕೇಳದೇ ಇರುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
