< Isaiah 35 >

1 The wilderness and dry land will celebrate; the desert will blossom like the crocus.
Anweatam ne asase a awo no ani bɛgye; ɛserɛ bɛdi ahurisie na ayɛ frɔmm. Te sɛ nhwiren no,
2 Bloom profusely, celebrate and sing! The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God.
ɛbɛpae ayɛ fɛɛfɛɛfɛ; ɛbɛdi ahurisie na ɛde anigyeɛ ateam. Wɔde Lebanon animuonyam bɛma anweatam no. Ɛbɛyɛ sɛ Karmel ne Saron ahoɔfɛ; wɔbɛhunu Awurade animuonyam, yɛn Onyankopɔn tumi no.
3 Make the weak hands strong, and make the trembling knees firm!
Hyɛ nsa a emu ago no mu den, hyɛ nkotodwe a ahodwo no mu den;
4 Tell those who are frightened, “Be strong! Don't be afraid! Look, your God is coming to punish his enemies, with divine retribution he will come to save you.”
Ka kyerɛ wɔn a wɔn akoma atu no sɛ, “Monhyɛ mo ho den, na monnsuro; mo Onyankopɔn bɛba, ɔde aweretɔ bɛba; ananmuhyɛ a ɛfiri ɔsoro bɛba abɛgye mo nkwa.”
5 When that happens, the blind will see, and the deaf will hear.
Ɛno na wɔbɛbue anifirafoɔ ani, na wɔama asotifoɔ aso ate asɛm.
6 The lame will jump like a deer, and the dumb will sing for joy. Springs will gush in the wilderness; streams will flow in the desert.
Ɛno na mpakye bɛhurihuri te sɛ ɔforoteɛ, na emum tɛkrɛma de anigyeɛ ateam. Nsuo bɛtue wɔ ɛserɛ so, na nsuwansuwa apue wɔ anweatam so.
7 The dried-up ground will become like a pool, the arid land like water springs. In the place where jackals used to live, there will be grass and reeds and rushes.
Anwea a ɛso yɛ hyeɛ no bɛdane ɔtadeɛ, na nsuwansuwa atue wɔ asase wesee so. Atu a anka sakraman te mu no, ɛhɔ na ɛserɛ ne demmire ne paparɔs bɛfifirie.
8 There will be a highway there, a road called “The Way of Holiness.” Nobody bad will travel on it, only those who follow the Way. Fools will not go there.
Na ɔkwantempɔn bɛda hɔ; wɔbɛfrɛ no Ahoteefoɔ Kwan. Wɔn a wɔn ho nteɛ rentu ɛkwan wɔ so; ɛbɛda hɔ ama wɔn a wɔnante saa Ɛkwan no so; amumuyɛfoɔ nkwaseafoɔ rennante nante so.
9 No lions or other dangerous animals will be found there on the road—only the redeemed will walk along it.
Gyata biara rentena hɔ, na nkekaboa biara rensi so; wɔrenhunu wɔn wɔ hɔ. Na wɔn a wɔagye wɔn nko ara na wɔbɛfa so,
10 Those the Lord has set free will return, singing as they enter Jerusalem, wearing crowns of everlasting joy. They are overcome with thankfulness and happiness; sorrow and sadness simply disappear.
na wɔn a Awurade agye wɔn no bɛsane aba.
