Hebrews 6
1 So let's not get stuck on the basic teachings about Christ, but let's progress to a more mature understanding. We don't need to go over again the ideas of repenting from what we used to do, about trusting in God—
௧ஆகவே, கிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றிச் சொல்லிய அடிப்படை உபதேசவசனங்களை நாம்விட்டுவிட்டு, செத்த செய்கைகளைவிட்டு மனம்திரும்புதல், தேவன்மேல் வைக்கும் விசுவாசம்,
2 or teachings about baptism, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. (aiōnios g166)
௨ஞானஸ்நான உபதேசம், கரங்களை வைத்தல், மரித்தோரின் உயிர்த்தெழுதல், நித்திய நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு என்ற உபதேசங்களாகிய அஸ்திபாரத்தை மீண்டும் போடாமல், தேறினவர்களாகும்படி கடந்துபோவோம். (aiōnios g166)
3 So let's get on with it, as God gives us the opportunity!
௩தேவனுக்கு விருப்பமானால் இப்படியே செய்வோம்.
4 It's impossible for those who once understood and experienced God's heavenly gift—who shared in receiving the Holy Spirit,
௪ஏனென்றால், ஒருமுறை பிரகாசிக்கப்பட்டும், பரலோக பரிசை ருசிபார்த்தும், பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரைப் பெற்றும்,
௫தேவனுடைய நல்வார்த்தையையும் இனிவரும் உலகத்தின் பெலன்களையும் ருசிபார்த்தும், (aiōn g165)
6 and then completely abandon God, for them to be brought back to repentance once more. They themselves have crucified the Son of God all over again and publicly humiliated him.
௬மறுதலித்துப்போனவர்கள், தேவனுடைய குமாரனைத் தாங்களே மீண்டும் சிலுவையில் அறைந்து அவமானப்படுத்துகிறதினால், மனந்திரும்புவதற்காக அவர்களை மீண்டும் புதுப்பிக்கிறது முடியாதகாரியம்.
7 Land that has been watered by rain, and produces crops for those who farm it, has God's blessing.
௭எப்படியென்றால், தன்மேல் அடிக்கடி பெய்கிற மழைநீரைக் குடித்து, தன்னிடம் பயிரிடுகிறவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான பயிரை முளைப்பிக்கும் நிலமானது தேவனால் ஆசீர்வாதம் பெறும்.
8 But land that only produces weeds and thorns is worthless, and is about to be condemned. In the end all that can be done is to burn it.
௮முள்செடிகளையும் முள்பூண்டுகளையும் முளைப்பிக்கிற நிலமோ மதிப்பில்லாததும், சபிக்கப்படுகிறதாகவும் இருக்கிறது; சுட்டெரிக்கப்படுவதே அதின் முடிவு.
9 But dear friends, we believe better of you and your salvation, even if we talk like this!
௯பிரியமானவர்களே, நாங்கள் இப்படிச் சொன்னாலும், நன்மையானவைகளும் இரட்சிப்பிற்குரிய காரியங்களும் உங்களிடம் உண்டாயிருக்கிறதென்று நம்பியிருக்கிறோம்.
10 God wouldn't be so unjust as to forget what you've done and the love you've shown for him by the care you've shown for fellow-believers—something you're still doing.
௧0ஏனென்றால், உங்களுடைய செயல்களையும், நீங்கள் பரிசுத்தவான்களுக்கு ஊழியம் செய்ததினாலும், செய்து வருகிறதினாலும் அவருடைய நாமத்திற்காகக் காண்பித்த உங்களுடைய அன்பையும் மறந்துவிடுகிறதற்கு தேவன் அநீதியுள்ளவர் இல்லையே.
11 We want each of you to show the same kind of commitment, confident in God's hope until it's fulfilled.
௧௧நீங்கள் அசதியாக இல்லாமல், வாக்குத்தத்தமான ஆசீர்வாதங்களை விசுவாசத்தினாலும் அதிக பொறுமையினாலும் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களைப் பின்பற்றுகிறவர்களாக இருந்து,
12 Don't be spiritually lazy, but follow the example of those who through trusting in God and patience inherit what God has promised.
௧௨உங்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கையின் பூரணநிச்சயம் உண்டாக நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் முடிவுவரைக்கும் அதிக கவனத்தைக் காண்பிக்கவேண்டும் என்று ஆசையாக இருக்கிறோம்.
13 When God gave his promise to Abraham he could swear by no one greater so he took an oath on himself,
௧௩ஆபிரகாமுக்கு தேவன் வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணினபோது, ஆணையிடுவதற்கு தம்மைவிட பெரியவர் ஒருவரும் இல்லாததினாலே தமது நாமத்தினாலே ஆணையிட்டு:
14 saying, “I will definitely bless you, and multiply your descendants.”
௧௪நிச்சயமாக நான் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவே ஆசீர்வதித்து, உன்னைப்பெருகவே பெருகப்பண்ணுவேன் என்றார்.
15 And so, after patiently waiting, Abraham received the promise.
௧௫அப்படியே, அவன் பொறுமையாகக் காத்திருந்து, வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணப்பட்டதைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டான்.
16 People swear on things that are greater than they are, and when they have some dispute the oath is taken as the final word on the matter.
௧௬மனிதர்கள் தங்களைவிட பெரியவர்கள் பெயரில் ஆணையிடுவார்கள்; எல்லா விவாதங்களிலும் உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்கு ஆணையிடுதலே முடிவு.
17 That's why God wanted to demonstrate more clearly to those who would inherit the promise that he would never ever change his mind.
௧௭அப்படியே, தேவனும் வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணப்பட்டவைகளைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களுக்குத் தமது ஆலோசனையின் மாறாத நிச்சயத்தைப் பரிபூரணமாகக் காண்பிக்க விருப்பம் உள்ளவராக, ஒரு ஆணையினாலே அதை உறுதிப்படுத்தினார்.
18 So by these two actions that can't be changed, and since it's impossible for God to lie, we can have total confidence, having run for safety to take hold of the hope God presented to us.
௧௮நமக்கு முன்பாக வைக்கப்பட்ட நம்பிக்கையைப் பற்றிக்கொள்வதற்கு அடைக்கலமாக ஓடிவந்த நமக்கு இரண்டு மாறாத விசேஷங்களினால் நிறைந்த ஆறுதல் உண்டாவதற்கு, கொஞ்சம்கூட பொய் சொல்லாத தேவன் அப்படிச் செய்தார்.
19 This hope is our spiritual anchor—it's both certain and reliable, and it takes us past the curtain to the presence of God.
௧௯அந்த நம்பிக்கை நமக்கு நிலையானதும், ஆத்துமாக்களுக்கு உறுதியான நங்கூரமாகவும், திரைக்குப் பின்னே மகா பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கிறதாகவும் இருக்கிறது.
