Hebrews 3
1 So, my brothers and sisters who live for God and who share in this heavenly calling, we need to think carefully about Jesus—the one we say is sent by God, and is the High Priest.
ஹே ஸ்வர்கீ³யஸ்யாஹ்வாநஸ்ய ஸஹபா⁴கி³ந: பவித்ரப்⁴ராதர: , அஸ்மாகம்’ த⁴ர்ம்மப்ரதிஜ்ஞாயா தூ³தோ(அ)க்³ரஸரஸ்²ச யோ யீஸு²ஸ்தம் ஆலோசத்⁴வம்’|
2 He was faithful to God in the work he was chosen to do, just like Moses was faithful to God in God's house.
மூஸா யத்³வத் தஸ்ய ஸர்வ்வபரிவாரமத்⁴யே விஸ்²வாஸ்ய ஆஸீத், தத்³வத் அயமபி ஸ்வநியோஜகஸ்ய ஸமீபே விஸ்²வாஸ்யோ ப⁴வதி|
3 But Jesus deserves much greater glory than Moses, in the same way that the builder of a house deserves more credit than the house.
பரிவாராச்ச யத்³வத் தத்ஸ்தா²பயிதுரதி⁴கம்’ கௌ³ரவம்’ ப⁴வதி தத்³வத் மூஸஸோ(அ)யம்’ ப³ஹுதரகௌ³ரவஸ்ய யோக்³யோ ப⁴வதி|
4 Every house has its builder; God is the builder of everything.
ஏகைகஸ்ய நிவேஸ²நஸ்ய பரிஜநாநாம்’ ஸ்தா²பயிதா கஸ்²சித்³ வித்³யதே யஸ்²ச ஸர்வ்வஸ்தா²பயிதா ஸ ஈஸ்²வர ஏவ|
5 As a servant, Moses was faithful in God's house. He provided evidence of what would be announced later.
மூஸாஸ்²ச வக்ஷ்யமாணாநாம்’ ஸாக்ஷீ ப்⁴ரு’த்ய இவ தஸ்ய ஸர்வ்வபரிஜநமத்⁴யே விஸ்²வாஸ்யோ(அ)ப⁴வத் கிந்து க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்தஸ்ய பரிஜநாநாமத்⁴யக்ஷ இவ|
6 But Christ is a son, in charge of God's house. And we are God's house as long as we hold on with confidence to the hope we boast we believe in.
வயம்’ து யதி³ விஸ்²வாஸஸ்யோத்ஸாஹம்’ ஸ்²லாக⁴நஞ்ச ஸே²ஷம்’ யாவத்³ தா⁴ரயாமஸ்தர்ஹி தஸ்ய பரிஜநா ப⁴வாம: |
7 This is why the Holy Spirit says, “If you hear what God is saying to you today,
அதோ ஹேதோ: பவித்ரேணாத்மநா யத்³வத் கதி²தம்’, தத்³வத், "அத்³ய யூயம்’ கதா²ம்’ தஸ்ய யதி³ ஸம்’ஸ்²ரோதுமிச்ச²த²|
8 don't have a hard-hearted attitude like the time you rebelled against him, when you tested him in the wilderness.
தர்ஹி புரா பரீக்ஷாயா தி³நே ப்ராந்தரமத்⁴யத: | மதா³ஜ்ஞாநிக்³ரஹஸ்தா²நே யுஷ்மாபி⁴ஸ்து க்ரு’தம்’ யதா²| ததா² மா குருதேதா³நீம்’ கடி²நாநி மநாம்’ஸி வ: |
9 Your fathers put me through it, trying my patience, and they saw the evidence I gave them for forty years.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ பிதரஸ்தத்ர மத்பரீக்ஷாம் அகுர்வ்வத| குர்வ்வத்³பி⁴ ர்மே(அ)நுஸந்தா⁴நம்’ தைரத்³ரு’ஸ்²யந்த மத்க்ரியா: | சத்வாரிம்’ஸ²த்ஸமா யாவத் க்ருத்³த்⁴வாஹந்து தத³ந்வயே|
10 That generation made me angry and so I said, ‘They're always mistaken in what they think, and they don't know me or what I'm doing.’
அவாதி³ஷம் இமே லோகா ப்⁴ராந்தாந்த: கரணா: ஸதா³| மாமகீநாநி வர்த்மாநி பரிஜாநந்தி நோ இமே|
11 So in my frustration I vowed, ‘They shall not enter my rest.’”
இதி ஹேதோரஹம்’ கோபாத் ஸ²பத²ம்’ க்ரு’தவாந் இமம்’| ப்ரேவேக்ஷ்யதே ஜநைரேதை ர்ந விஸ்²ராமஸ்த²லம்’ மம|| "
12 Brothers and sisters, make sure that none of you has an evil mindset that's given up trusting in the God of life.
ஹே ப்⁴ராதர: ஸாவதா⁴நா ப⁴வத, அமரேஸ்²வராத் நிவர்த்தகோ யோ(அ)விஸ்²வாஸஸ்தத்³யுக்தம்’ து³ஷ்டாந்த: கரணம்’ யுஷ்மாகம்’ கஸ்யாபி ந ப⁴வது|
13 Encourage each other every day while you still have “today,” so that none of you will be deceived by sin and become hard-hearted.
கிந்து யாவத்³ அத்³யநாமா ஸமயோ வித்³யதே தாவத்³ யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே கோ(அ)பி பாபஸ்ய வஞ்சநயா யத் கடோ²ரீக்ரு’தோ ந ப⁴வேத் தத³ர்த²ம்’ ப்ரதிதி³நம்’ பரஸ்பரம் உபதி³ஸ²த|
14 For we are partners with Christ as long as we hold on to our confidence in God from beginning to end.
யதோ வயம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்யாம்’ஸி²நோ ஜாதா: கிந்து ப்ரத²மவிஸ்²வாஸஸ்ய த்³ரு’ட⁴த்வம் அஸ்மாபி⁴: ஸே²ஷம்’ யாவத்³ அமோக⁴ம்’ தா⁴ரயிதவ்யம்’|
15 As Scripture says, “If you hear what God is saying to you today, don't have a hard-hearted attitude like the time you rebelled against him.”
அத்³ய யூயம்’ கதா²ம்’ தஸ்ய யதி³ ஸம்’ஸ்²ரோதுமிச்ச²த², தர்ஹ்யாஜ்ஞாலங்க⁴நஸ்தா²நே யுஷ்மாபி⁴ஸ்து க்ரு’தம்’ யதா², ததா² மா குருதேதா³நீம்’ கடி²நாநி மநாம்’ஸி வ இதி தேந யது³க்தம்’,
16 Who was it that rebelled against God, even though they heard what he said? Wasn't it all those who were led out of Egypt by Moses?
தத³நுஸாராத்³ யே ஸ்²ருத்வா தஸ்ய கதா²ம்’ ந க்³ரு’ஹீதவந்தஸ்தே கே? கிம்’ மூஸஸா மிஸரதே³ஸா²த்³ ஆக³தா: ஸர்வ்வே லோகா நஹி?
17 Who was God upset with for forty years? Wasn't it those who sinned, those who were buried in the desert?
கேப்⁴யோ வா ஸ சத்வாரிம்’ஸ²த்³வர்ஷாணி யாவத்³ அக்ருத்⁴யத்? பாபம்’ குர்வ்வதாம்’ யேஷாம்’ குணபா: ப்ராந்தரே (அ)பதந் கிம்’ தேப்⁴யோ நஹி?
18 Who was God speaking of when he vowed they should not enter into his rest? Wasn't it those who disobeyed him?
ப்ரவேக்ஷ்யதே ஜநைரேதை ர்ந விஸ்²ராமஸ்த²லம்’ மமேதி ஸ²பத²: கேஷாம்’ விருத்³த⁴ம்’ தேநாகாரி? கிம் அவிஸ்²வாஸிநாம்’ விருத்³த⁴ம்’ நஹி?
19 So we see that they were not able to enter because they didn't trust him.
அதஸ்தே தத் ஸ்தா²நம்’ ப்ரவேஷ்டும் அவிஸ்²வாஸாத் நாஸ²க்நுவந் இதி வயம்’ வீக்ஷாமஹே|
