Genesis 8
1 But God hadn't forgotten about Noah and all the wild animals and livestock with him in the ark. God sent a wind to blow over the earth, and the floodwaters started to drop.
Kaj Dio rememoris Noan, kaj ĉiujn bestojn kaj ĉiujn brutojn, kiuj estis kun li en la arkeo; kaj Dio venigis venton sur la teron, kaj la akvo kvietiĝis.
2 The subterranean waters were closed off, and the heavy rainfall was stopped.
Kaj fermiĝis la fontoj de la abismo kaj la aperturoj de la ĉielo, kaj ĉesiĝis la pluvo el la ĉielo.
3 The floodwaters steadily receded from the earth. They had gone down so much that by 150 days after the flood began
Kaj iom post iom reforiĝis la akvo de sur la tero, kaj la akvo komencis malmultiĝi post la paso de cent kvindek tagoj.
4 the ark grounded on the mountains of Ararat. This happened on the seventeenth day of the seventh month.
Kaj la arkeo haltis en la sepa monato, en la dek-sepa tago de la monato, sur la montoj Ararat.
5 The waters continued to drop so that by the first day of the tenth month the tops of mountains could be seen.
Kaj la akvo konstante malpliiĝadis ĝis la deka monato; en la unua tago de la deka monato montriĝis la suproj de la montoj.
6 Forty days later Noah opened the window he'd made in the ark,
Kaj post kvardek tagoj Noa malfermis la fenestron de la arkeo, kiun li faris.
7 and sent a raven out. It flew back and forth until the water on the earth had dried up.
Kaj li ellasis korvon, kaj ĝi elflugis, forflugadis kaj revenadis, ĝis forsekiĝis la akvo sur la tero.
8 Then he sent a dove out to see if the waters had gone down enough to expose dry ground.
Kaj li ellasis de si kolombon, por vidi, ĉu jam malfortiĝis la akvo sur la tero.
9 But the dove couldn't find anywhere to land. So it came back to Noah in the ark because water was still covering the whole earth. He reached out his hand, picked up the dove, and took it back into the ark with him.
Sed la kolombo ne trovis ripozejon por siaj piedoj, kaj ĝi revenis al li en la arkeon, ĉar akvo estis sur la supraĵo de la tuta tero. Kaj li etendis sian manon kaj prenis la kolombon kaj envenigis ĝin al si en la arkeon.
10 He waited another seven days and sent the dove out from the ark again.

11 When it came back to him in the evening it had a freshly-picked olive leaf in its beak, so Noah knew the floodwaters were mainly gone from the earth.
Kaj revenis al li la kolombo en tempo vespera, kaj jen ĝi havis en sia buŝo deŝiritan folion de olivarbo; kaj Noa konvinkiĝis, ke la akvo malfortiĝis sur la tero.
12 Again he waited another seven days and sent the dove out again, but this time it didn't return to him.
Kaj li atendis ankoraŭ aliajn sep tagojn, kaj li ellasis la kolombon, kaj ĉi tiu jam ne plu revenis al li.
13 By now Noah was 601, and by the first day of the first month, the floodwaters on the earth were gone. Noah pulled back the ark's covering and saw that the ground was drying out.
Kaj en la sescent-unua jaro, en la unua tago de la unua monato, forsekiĝis la akvo sur la tero; kaj Noa malfermis la tegmenton de la arkeo, kaj li vidis, ke sekiĝis la supraĵo de la tero.
14 By the twenty-seventh day of the second month the earth was dry.
Kaj en la dua monato, en la dudek-sepa tago de la monato, la tero elsekiĝis.
15 Then God told Noah,
Kaj Dio diris al Noa jene:
16 “Leave the ark, you and your wife, your sons and their wives.
Eliru el la arkeo, vi kaj via edzino kaj viaj filoj kaj la edzinoj de viaj filoj kune kun vi;
17 Let all the animals go—the birds, the wild animals, the creatures that run along the ground—so that they can breed and increase their numbers on the earth.”
ĉiujn bestojn, kiuj estas kun vi, el ĉiu karno, el la birdoj kaj brutoj, kaj el ĉiuj rampaĵoj, kiuj rampas sur la tero, elirigu kune kun vi; kaj ili moviĝu sur la tero kaj fruktu kaj multiĝu sur la tero.
18 So Noah and his wife, his sons and their wives, left the ark.
Kaj eliris Noa kaj liaj filoj kaj lia edzino kaj la edzinoj de liaj filoj kune kun li.
19 All the animals, all the creatures that run along the ground, all the birds—everything that lives on land—also left, each kind leaving together.
Ĉiuj bestoj, ĉiuj rampaĵoj, kaj ĉiuj birdoj, ĉio, kio moviĝas sur la tero, laŭ siaj familioj, eliris el la arkeo.
20 Noah built an altar, and sacrificed some of the clean animals and birds as a burnt offering.
Kaj Noa konstruis altaron al la Eternulo, kaj li prenis el ĉiuj puraj brutoj kaj el ĉiuj puraj birdoj kaj oferis bruloferojn sur la altaro.
21 The Lord accepted the sacrifice, and said to himself, “I won't ever again curse the ground because of human beings, even though every single thought in their minds is evil from childhood. I won't ever destroy all life again as I have just done.
Kaj la Eternulo flaris la agrablan odoron, kaj la Eternulo diris en Sia koro: Mi ne plu malbenos la teron pro la homo, ĉar la penso de la homa koro estas malbona jam de lia juneco; kaj Mi ne batos plu ĉion vivantan, kiel Mi faris.
22 As long as the earth exists, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, will never come to an end.”
De nun tiel longe, kiel la tero ekzistos, semado kaj rikoltado, malvarmo kaj varmo, somero kaj vintro, tago kaj nokto ne ĉesiĝos.
