Genesis 36
1 The following is the genealogy of Esau (also known as Edom).
১এচৌ অর্থাৎ যিজনক ইদোম বোলা হয়, তেওঁৰ বংশৰ তালিকা হৈছে এনেদৰে।
2 Esau married two Canaanite women: Adah, daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Oholibamah, daughter of Anah, and granddaughter of Zibeon the Hivite.
২এচৌৱে কনানীয়া ছোৱালীবোৰক বিয়া কৰিছিল। সেই ছোৱালীবোৰ হৈছে হিত্তীয়া এলোনৰ জীয়েক আদা; হিব্বীয়া চিবিয়োনৰ নাতিনীয়েক অর্থাৎ অনাৰ জীয়েক অহলীবামা।
3 In addition he married Basemath, daughter of Ishmael and sister of Nebaioth.
৩আৰু ইশ্মায়েলৰ জীয়েক নবায়োতৰ ভনীয়েক বাচমতকো বিয়া কৰিছিল।
4 Adah had a son for Esau named Eliphaz. Basemath had Reul.
৪এইসকলৰ মাজত আদাই এচৌলৈ ইলীফজ আৰু বাচমতে ৰূৱেলক প্রসৱ কৰিলে;
5 Oholibamah had Jeush, Jalam, and Korah. These were the sons of Esau, who were born to him in Canaan.
৫অহলীবামাৰ ঔৰসত যিয়ূচ, যালম, আৰু কোৰহৰ জন্ম হ’ল; কনান দেশত এচৌৰ এই সকলো পুত্রৰে জন্ম হ’ল।
6 Esau took his wives, sons and daughters, and everyone in his household, together with his livestock, all his other animals, and all the possessions he had gained while in Canaan, and went to live in a country far away from his brother Jacob.

7 He did this because the land they were living in couldn't support both of them with all their livestock.

8 Esau settled down in the hill country of Seir.
৮সেয়ে এচৌৱে চেয়ীৰৰ পাহাৰীয়া এলেকাত গৈ স্থায়ীভাৱে বাস কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; সেই এচৌৰ আন এটা নাম আছিল ইদোম।
9 The following is the genealogy of Esau, father of the Edomites, who lived in the hill country of Seir:
৯চেয়ীৰৰ পাহাৰীয়া এলেকাত ইদোমীয়াসকলৰ ওপৰপিতৃ এচৌৰ বংশৰ তালিকা হৈছে এনেধৰণৰ।
10 These were the names of Esau's sons: Eliphaz, son of Esau's wife Adah, and Reuel, son of Esau's wife Basemath.
১০এচৌৰ পুত্রসকলৰ নাম ইলীফজ আৰু ৰূৱেল। ইলীফজ আদাৰ পুত্ৰ আৰু ৰূৱেল এচৌৰ বাচমতৰ পুত্ৰ।
11 The sons of Eliphaz were: Teman, Omar, Zepho, Gatam, and Kenaz.
১১ইলীফজৰ পুত্ৰসকল হ’ল তৈমন, ওমাৰ, চফো, গয়িতম আৰু কনজ।
12 Timna, the concubine of Esau's son Eliphaz, had Amalek for Eliphaz. These were the descendants of Esau's wife Adah.
১২এচৌৰ পুত্ৰ ইলীফজৰ তিম্না নামেৰে এজনী উপপত্নী আছিল। তেওঁৰ গর্ভত অমালেকৰ জন্ম হ’ল; এই সকলোৱেই এচৌৰ ভার্য্যা আদাৰ পো-নাতি।
13 These were the sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. They were the descendants of Esau's wife Basemath.

14 These were the sons of Esau's wife Oholibamah, daughter of Anah and granddaughter of Zibeon, whom she had for Esau: Jeush, Jalam, and Korah.
১৪চিবিয়োনৰ নাতিনী অর্থাৎ অনাৰ জীয়েক আৰু এচৌৰ ভার্য্যা অহলীবামাই এচৌলৈ প্রসৱ কৰা পুত্ৰসকল হ’ল যিয়ূচ, যালম আৰু কোৰহ।
15 These were the tribal leaders of Esau's sons. The tribal leaders of the sons of Eliphaz (Esau's firstborn) were Teman, Omar, Zepho, Kenaz,

16 Korah, Gatam, and Amalek. They were the tribal leaders of Eliphaz in the country of Edom, and they were the descendants of Adah.

17 These were the sons of Esau's son Reuel: tribal leaders Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. They were the tribal leaders descended from Reuel in the country of Edom, and they were the descendants of Esau's wife Basemath.

18 These were the sons of Esau's wife Oholibamah: tribal leaders Jeush, Jalam, and Korah; they were the tribal leaders descended from Esau's wife Oholibamah, daughter of Anah.
১৮এচৌৰ ভার্য্যা অহলীবামাৰ বংশত এইসকল অধিপতি হ’ল: যিয়ূচ, যালম আৰু কোৰহ; অনাৰ জীয়েক এচৌৰ ভার্য্যা অহলীবামাৰ বংশৰ পৰা এইসকলেই অধিপতি হৈছিল।
19 All these were the sons of Esau (also called Edom), and they were their tribal leaders.
১৯এওঁলোকেই এচৌ অর্থাৎ ইদোমৰ সন্তান আৰু তেওঁলোকই নিজৰ বংশৰ অধিপতি আছিল।
20 These were the sons of Seir the Horite, who were living in the country: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah,

21 Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan; they were the tribal leaders of the Horites, the descendants of Seir in the land of Edom.

22 The sons of Lotan were Hori and Hemam. Timna was Lotan's sister.

23 These were the sons of Shobal: Alvan, Manahath, Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.
২৩চোবলৰ পুত্রসকলৰ নাম: অলবন, মানহৎ, এবল, চফো, আৰু ওনম।
24 These were the sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah. (This was the Anah who discovered the hot springs in the desert while he was looking after the donkeys of his father Zibeon.)

27 These were the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan.

29 These were the tribal leaders of the Horites: tribal leaders Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah,

31 These were the kings who ruled in the land of Edom before there was any king who ruled over the Israelites:

32 Bela, son of Beor, ruled in Edom and the name of his town was Dinhabah.

33 When Bela died, Jobab, son of Zerah from Bozrah, took over as king.
৩৩বিলাৰ মৃত্যুৰ পাছত তেওঁৰ ঠাইত বস্ৰা নগৰৰ জেৰহৰ পুত্ৰ যোববে ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল।
34 When Jobab died, Husham from the land of the Temanites took over as king.
৩৪যোববৰ মৃত্যুৰ পাছত তেওঁৰ ঠাইত তৈমনীয়াসকলৰ দেশৰ হূচমে ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল।
35 When Husham died, Hadad, son of Bedad, took over as king. He was the one who defeated the Midianites in the country of Moab, and the name of his town was Avith.
৩৫হূচমৰ মৃত্যুৰ পাছত তেওঁৰ ঠাইত বদদৰ পুত্র হদদে ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল। তেওঁ মোৱাব দেশত মিদিয়নীয়সকলক পৰাজয় কৰিছিল; তেওঁৰ নগৰৰ নাম আছিল অবীৎ।
36 When Hadad died, Samlah from Masrekah took over as king.

37 When Samlah died, Shaul from Rehoboth on the Euphrates took over as king.

38 When Shaul died, Baal-hanan, son of Achbor, took over as king.

39 When Baal-hanan, son of Achbor, died, Hadad took over as king. The name of his town was Pau, and his wife's name was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred, daughter of Me-zahab.

40 These were the names of the tribal leaders descended from Esau, according to their families and where they lived, listed by name: tribal leaders Timna, Alvah, Jetheth,

43 Magdiel, and Iram. These were the tribal leaders of Edom, listed according to the places where they lived in the country. Esau was the ancestor of the Edomites.
