Ezekiel 2

1 “Stand up, son of man, because I want to talk to you,” he said to me.

१ती वाणी मला म्हणाली; “मानवाच्या मुला, आपल्या पायांवर उभा राहा; मग मी तुझ्याशी बोलेन.”

2 As he spoke to me, the Spirit entered me and had me stand up. I listened to him speaking to me.

२जेव्हा ती वाणी माझ्याशी बोलली तेव्हा देवाच्या आत्म्याने मला माझ्या पायावर उभे केले आणि मी त्यास माझ्याशी बोलताना ऐकले.

3 “Son of man,” he told me, “I'm sending you to the people of Israel, a disobedient nation that has rebelled against me. They and their forefathers have continued to rebel against me, even up to today.

३इस्राएलाच्या लोकांजवळ मानवाच्या मुला, मी तुला पाठवत आहे ती वाणी मला म्हणाली. बंडखोर देशाजवळ ज्या राष्ट्रांनी माझ्याशी बंड केले, पहिल्यापासून त्यांनी आणि त्यांच्या पुर्वीच्या पिढ्यांनी माझ्या विरुध्द पाप केले आहे.

4 They are pig-headed; they are hard-hearted children. I am sending you to tell them that this is what the Lord God says.

४त्यांच्या पूर्व पिढीचे लोक हट्टी आणि कठीण मनाचे होते, मी तुला त्यांच्या जवळ पाठवत आहे. आणि हे परमेश्वर देव त्यांच्याशी बोलत आहे. असे त्यांना तू सांग.

5 Whether they listen or not—for they are a rebellious people—they will realize that a prophet has come to them.

५ते तुझे ऐकतील किंवा ऐकणार नाही, ते फितुर झालेले आहेत. परंतू संदेष्टा त्यांच्याकडे आला होता असे त्यांना कदाचित कळून येईल.

6 Son of man, don't be afraid of them or what they say. You don't need to be afraid even though you're surrounded by brambles and thorns, even though you live among scorpions. Don't be afraid of what they say or be discouraged by the way they look at you, even though they are a rebellious family.

६त्यांच्या भोवती काटे विंचवांना व त्यांच्या शब्दांना मानवाच्या मुला भयभीत होऊ नको; त्यांच्या तोंडाकडे बघून तू गोंधळून जाऊ नको; पहील्यापासून ते फितुर आहेत.

7 Just tell them what I say, whether they listen or not, because they're rebels.

७पण तू माझा शब्द त्यांना सांग; ते तुझे ऐको किंवा न ऐको कारण ते फार फितुर आहेत.

8 As for you, son of man, pay attention to what I tell you. Don't be rebellious like those rebellious people. Open your mouth and eat what I'm about to give you.”

८परंतू मी जे तुला मानवाच्या मुला बोलायला सांगत आहे ते ऐक त्या फितुर जातीच्या लोकांसारखे फितुर होऊ नको. आपले तोंड उघड आणि मी देतो ते खा!

9 I looked up and saw a hand stretched out to me holding a scroll.

९माझ्याकडे एक हात येत आहे असे मी पाहिले; आणि पाहा, पुस्तकाची एक गुंडाळी त्यामध्ये होती.

10 He spread it out in front of me, and there written on both the front and back were words of grief, mourning, and tragedy.

१०तो माझ्या पुढे लांबवर पसरत आला; त्यांच्या मागे पुढे दुःख, आकांताचा लेख लिहिलेला होता.
