< Exodus 40 >

1 The Lord told Moses,
Nitsara amy Mosè t’Iehovà nanao ty hoe:
2 “Put up the Tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, on the first day of the first month of the year.
Atroaro ami’ty andro valoha’ i volam-baloha’ey i kivohon-kibohom-pamantañañey.
3 Place the Ark of the Testimony inside it. Make sure the Ark is behind the veil.
Apoho ao i vatam-pañinay vaho ampiavaho amy lamba fañefetsey i vatay.
4 Bring in the table and put on it what's necessary. Bring in the lampstand too, and set up its lamps.
Aziliho ao i rairaiy le hajario ama’e o harao’eo naho endeso ao i fitàn-jiroy vaho areheto i jiro’e rey.
5 Place the gold altar of incense in front of the Ark of the Testimony, and put up the screen at the entrance to the Tabernacle.
Apoho aolo’ i vatam-pañinay i kitreli-pañembohañe volamenay vaho apetaho ami’ty lala’ i kivohoy i lamba-fañefe’ey.
6 Set up the altar of burnt offering opposite the entrance to the Tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting.

7 Place the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and put water in it.
Le apoho añivo’ i kibohom-pamantañañey naho i kitreliy i fanasàñey vaho ampidoaño rano;
8 Set up the courtyard that's around it, and put up the curtain for the courtyard entrance.
hajario ty añ’ariari’ i kiririsay vaho aradoradò amy lalan-kiririsay i lamba fañefe’ey.
9 Use the anointing oil to anoint the Tabernacle and everything in it. Dedicate it and all its furniture to make it holy.
Rambeso amy zao i mena-pañorizañey naho hene orizo i kivohoy naho ze ama’e ao vaho tokano rekets’ o fana’e iabio hiavake;
10 Anoint the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils. Dedicate the altar and it will be especially holy.
le orizo i kitrely fisoroñañey naho ze hene harao’e vaho tokano i kitreliy, hiavahe’ i kitreliy do’e.
11 Anoint and dedicate the basin with its stand.
Le orizo ka i fanasàñey naho o tombo’eo vaho ampiavaho.
12 Take Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting and wash them there with water.
Endeso mb’amy lalan-kibohom-pamantañañey mb’eo t’i Aharone naho o anadahi’eo vaho ampandrò an-drano;
13 Then you are to put on Aaron the holy clothes, anoint him, and dedicate him, so that he may serve me as a priest.
le aombeo amy Aharone o saro miavakeo naho orizo vaho ampiavaho hitoroñ’ ahy ho mpisoroñe.
14 Have his sons come forward and dress them with tunics.
Ampombao mb’eo o ana’eo vaho añombeo saroñe.
15 Anoint them in the same way as you anointed their father, so that they can also serve me as priests. Their anointing makes their line priests forever, for generations to come.”

16 Moses carried out all the Lord's instructions.
Nanoe’ i Mosè irezay hambañe amy nandilia’ Iehovà azey.
17 The Tabernacle was put up on the first day of the first month of the second year.
Aa le natroatse ami’ty andro valoha’ i volam-baloha’ i taoñe faha-roey i kivohoy.
18 When Moses put up the Tabernacle, he placed its stands, attached its frames, connected its crossbars, and erected its posts.
Natroa’ i Mosè i kivohoy naho najado’e an-toe’e o tombo’eo, hinalanka’e o varambañeo, nazili’e o saka’eo vaho natroa’e o anakòre’eo.
19 Then he spread the tent over the Tabernacle and placed the covering over the tent, as the Lord had ordered him to do.
Le vinela’e ambone’ i kivohoy i kibohotsey naho nalafi’e ambone’ izay i rakokey, amy nandilia’ Iehovà amy Mosèy.
20 Moses took the Testimony and put it in the Ark. He attached the poles to the Ark, and he placed the atonement cover on the top of the Ark.
Rinambe’e i fañinay le najo’e amy vatay, le nazili’e amo ravake amy vataio i baoñe rey vaho napo’e ambone’ i vatay i toem-pijebañañey;
21 Then he carried the Ark into the Tabernacle. He put up the veil, and made sure the Ark of the Testimony was behind it, as the Lord had ordered him to do.

22 Moses placed the table inside the Tent of Meeting on the north side of the Tabernacle, outside the veil.
Napo’e amy kibohom-pamantañañeio i rairaiy, avara’ i kivohoy, alafe’ i lamba fañefetsey,
23 He laid out the bread on it in the presence of the Lord, as the Lord had ordered him to do.
le hinajari’e hiriritse ama’e ty mofo añatrefa’ Iehovà, amy nandilia’ Iehovà i Mosèy.
24 He placed the lampstand in the Tent of Meeting opposite the table on the south side of the Tabernacle
Napo’e amy kibohom-pamantañañeio i fitàn-jiroy, tandrife i rairaiy, añ’ila atimo’ i kivohoy,
25 and put up the lamps in the presence of the Lord, as the Lord had ordered him to do.
le narehe’e i jiro rey añatrefa’ Iehovà ami’ty nandilia’ Iehovà i Mosè.
26 Moses set up the gold altar in the Tent of Meeting, in front of the veil,

27 and he burned aromatic incense on it, as the Lord had ordered him to do.

28 Then he put up the screen at the entrance to the Tabernacle.
Natroa’e an-dalambei’ i kivohoy i lamba fañefetsey.
29 He set up the altar of burnt offering near the entrance to the Tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, and presented the burnt offering and the grain offering, as the Lord had ordered him to do.
Napo’e an-dalam-pimoahañe amy kivohoy—i kibohom-pamantañañey—i kitreli-pisoroñañey, le nañenga soroñe naho enga-mahakama ama’e, amy nandilia’ Iehovà amy Mosèy.
30 He placed the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar and put water in it for washing.
Napo’e añivo’ i kibohom-pamantañañey naho i kitreliy i fanasàñey vaho nañiliña’e rano fanasàñe;
31 Moses, Aaron, and his sons used it to wash their hands and feet
hanasa’ i Mosè naho i Aharone vaho o ana’eo fitàñe naho fandia;
32 They washed whenever they went into the Tent of Meeting or approached the altar, as the Lord had ordered Moses to do.
hisasa’ iareo naho hizilike amy kibohom-pamantañañeio ndra hañarine i kitreliy, amy nandilia’ Iehovà amy Mosèy.
33 Moses set up the courtyard around the Tabernacle and the altar, and he put up the curtain for the courtyard entrance. This marked the end of the work done by Moses.

34 Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.
Nakopo’ i rahoñey amy zao i kibohom-pamantañañey vaho nandifotse i kivohoy ty enge’ Iehovà.
35 Moses could not enter the Tent of Meeting because the cloud remained on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.
Aa le tsy nimete nizilik’ amy kibohom-pamantañañeio t’i Mosè amy te nivotrak’ ama’e i rahoñey vaho nandifotse i kivohoy ty enge’ Iehovà.
36 Whenever the cloud rose from the Tabernacle, the Israelites would set off again on their journey.
Ndra mbia’mbia nionjoñe ambone’ i kivohoy i rahoñey, le nionjoñe mb’amo hene fañaveloa’ iareoo mb’eo o nte’ Israeleo.
37 If the cloud did not rise, they wouldn't set out until it did.
Fa naho tsy nionjoñe i rahoñey le tsy nionjon-dia ka iereo ampara’ ty andro ionjona’e.
38 The cloud of the Lord stayed over the Tabernacle by day, and fire burned inside the cloud by night, so that it could be seen by every Israelite wherever they traveled.
Tambone’ i kivohoy ty raho’ Iehovà naho antoandro, le afo ty tama’e naho haleñe aolom-pihaino ze hene anjomba’ Israele amo fiavota’ iareo iabio.
