Colossians 3
1 So if you've been brought back to life with Christ, look for what comes from above, where Christ is, sitting at God's right hand.
ⲁ̅ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲕⲱϯ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁ ⳿ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲁ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲉϥϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ ⲥⲁⲟⲩ⳿ⲓⲛⲁⲙ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ.
2 Fix your mind on what's above, not what's here on earth.
ⲃ̅ⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁ ⳿ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲏⲉⲧϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⳿ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁⲛ.
3 You died, and your life is kept safe with Christ in God.
ⲅ̅ⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲱⲛϧ ϩⲏⲡ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫϯ.
4 When Christ—your life—is revealed, then you will also share in his visible glory.
ⲇ̅ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲱⲛϧ ⲧⲟⲧⲉ ⳿ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲱⲟⲩ.
5 So kill your worldly nature—sexual sin, immorality, lust, evil desires, greedily wanting to have more—this is the worship of idols.
ⲉ̅ⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲉⲧϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ϯⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲡⲓϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲡⲁⲑⲟⲥ ϯⲉⲡⲓⲑⲩⲙⲓⲁ ⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥϭⲓ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲉⲧⲉ ϯⲙⲉⲧϣⲁⲙϣⲉ ⳿ⲓⲇⲱⲗⲟⲛ ⲧⲉ.
6 Because of such things, those who disobey experience God's judgment.
ⲋ̅ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲉϥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓϫⲱⲛⲧ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲁⲧⲑⲱⲧ ⳿ⲛϩⲏⲧ.
7 At one time you lived like that when you behaved in such a way,
ⲍ̅ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉ ⳿ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲏⲟⲩ ϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲱⲛϧ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲓ.
8 but now you should get rid of such things as anger, rage, wickedness, abuse, and using obscenities.
ⲏ̅ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲭⲱ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲙⲃⲟⲛ ϯⲕⲁⲕⲓⲁ ⲡⲓϫⲉⲟⲩ⳿ⲁ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲩⲓⲧ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲛ⳿ⲑⲣⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ.
9 Don't lie to each other, since you've discarded your old self and what you used to do,
ⲑ̅⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣϫⲉⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ ⳿ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲃⲁϣ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⳿ⲛⲁⲡⲁⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉϥ⳿ⲡⲣⲁⲝⲓⲥ.
10 and put on your new self that is always being made more like your Creator, understanding better who he really is.
ⲓ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϯ ϩⲓ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⳿ⲙⲃⲉⲣⲓ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁⲉⲣⲃⲉⲣⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⳿ⲧϩⲓⲕⲱⲛ ⳿ⲙⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲟⲛⲧϥ.
11 In this new situation there's no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, foreigner, barbarian, slave or free, for Christ is everything, and he lives in all of us.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲉ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲉⲓⲛⲓⲛ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ ⲥⲉⲃⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲙⲉⲧⲁⲧⲥⲉⲃⲓ ⲃⲁⲣⲃⲁⲣⲟⲥ ⳿ⲥⲕⲩⲑⲟⲥ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲣⲉⲙϩⲉ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
12 Since you are God's special people, holy and dearly loved, adopt a sympathetic nature that is kind, humble, gentle, and patient.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲙⲟⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲓ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛϩⲁⲛⲥⲱⲧⲡ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧ ⳿ⲛϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲧϣⲁⲛ⳿ⲑⲙⲁϧⲧ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥϣⲉⲛϩⲏ ⲧ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϩⲉⲗϫⲉ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⳿ⲛϩⲏⲧ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉⲙⲣⲁⲩϣ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛϩⲏⲧ.
13 Be patient with one another, forgive others among you if you have grievances against one another. Just as the Lord forgave you, you should do the same.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲁⲛⲉⲭⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲭⲱ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲁⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲭⲱ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲧⲉⲛ.
14 Above all, love one another, which is the perfect bond that will hold you together.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϯ ⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲣ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓϫⲱⲕ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ.
15 May the peace of Christ direct your thinking, because you were called to this by God who makes you one, and thank God for it!
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲥⲧⲁϫⲣⲟ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲑⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲑⲁϩⲉⲙ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲣⲉϥϣⲉⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ.
16 Let Christ's message fully live in you. In every wise way teach and instruct one another through psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing praises to God in gratitude and sincerity.
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲡ⳪ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲁⲙⲁ⳿ⲟ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ⲧⲥⲁⲃⲟ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲯⲁⲗⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛ⳿ⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛϩⲱⲇⲏ ⳿ⲙⲡ͞ⲛⲁ̅ⲧⲓⲕⲟⲛ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲱⲥ ⳿ⲉⲫϯ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϣⲉⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ.
17 Whatever you do, whether in word or action, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, praising God the Father through him.
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲡⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲓⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲡϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲫⲣⲁⲛ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲛ⳪ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⲫϯ ⳿ⲫⲓⲱⲧ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ.
18 You married women, respect your husbands appropriately in the Lord.
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲛⲓϩⲓ⳿ⲟⲙⲓ ⲙⲁϭⲛⲉϫⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲁⲓ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲥⲉⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲁ ϧⲉⲛ Ⲡ⳪.
19 You married men, love your wives and don't treat them badly.
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲣⲓⲁⲅⲁⲡⲁⲛ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲓ⳿ⲟⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩ.
20 You children, always do what your parents tell you because this is what pleases the Lord.
ⲕ̅ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲡⲉⲑⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲙⲠ⳪.
21 You fathers, don't make your children mad, so they won't feel like giving up.
ⲕ̅ⲁ̅ⲛⲓⲓⲟϯ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲣϯϫⲱⲛⲧ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉ⳿ϣⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣ⳿ⲙⲕⲁϩ ⳿ⲛϩⲏⲧ.
22 Those of you who are servants, do everything your human masters tell you, not with just an eye to please them, but honestly and sincerely, respecting the Lord.
ⲕ̅ⲃ̅ⲛⲓⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓⲥⲉⲩ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲥⲁⲣⲝ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲃⲁⲗ ⳿ⲙⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲛ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛϩⲁⲛⲣⲉϥⲣⲁⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϩⲁⲡⲗⲟⲩⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣϩⲟϯ ϧⲁ⳿ⲧϩⲏ ⳿ⲙⲡϭ̅ ⲥ̅.
23 Do whatever you do really well, as if you're doing it for God, and not for people,
ⲕ̅ⲅ̅ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲁⲓϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛ ⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲁⲣⲓϩⲱⲃ ϩⲱⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⳿ⲙⲠ⳪ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ.
24 because you know that the Lord will give you your reward—an inheritance! You're serving Christ the Lord!
ⲕ̅ⲇ̅ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛ⳿ⲉⲙⲓ ϫⲉ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϭⲓ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲧϣⲉⲃⲓⲱ ⳿ⲛϯ⳿ⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ Ⲡ⳪ ⲁⲣⲓⲃⲱⲕ ⳿ⲙⲠⲭ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉⲛ⳪.
25 Whoever does what's wrong will be paid back for the wrong they've done, and God has no favorites.
ⲕ̅ⲉ̅ⲫⲏ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲧϭⲓ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⳿ϥⲛⲁϭⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉϥϭⲓ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲁⲓϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϫⲟⲩϣⲧ ⳿ⲉϩⲟ ⲛⲁϩⲣⲁϥ
