< 2 Timothy 2 >

1 So then, my son, grow strong in the grace of Christ Jesus.
Barki iginome hu, vana um, tirza iruba anyimo Ugomo Yeso.
2 Take what you heard me say in front of many witnesses and share it with those who are trustworthy, who then can teach others as well.
Timum me sa wa kunna ahira am ama sa manu gbardang, zikawe unya anu ahuma di rusi umanza aye.
3 Suffer together with me like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
Tira iruba innu zito nigome nan mi, kasi unu uhuma unika ra nini nu gomo Asere Yeso.
4 A soldier on active duty doesn't get caught up in the business of everyday life. He wants to please the one who enlisted him.
Daki urru nani kara nini samadi wuzi ni rere uganiya sama nyun goro ni ce nume inti mumum ti vengize, barki mariba unaje ameme iruba.
5 Similarly athletes who compete in the games don't win a prize if they don't keep to the rules.
Aneani inki uye mazin magasiya utu ri unabiranza, mada kemme niere niti gomoba senke mamasirka birom zame.
6 The farmer that does all the hard work should be the first to benefit from the crop.
Acukuno anime una vara unumum timo ukatuma matubi ukabisa imum samakem.
7 Think about what I'm telling you. The Lord will help you to understand all this.
Basa imumbe sama buka we, iye Ugomo Asere madi nyawe urusa anyimo akadiyau;
8 Focus your mind on Jesus Christ, a descendant of David, who was raised from the dead. This is my good news,
Ringin inYesu ugomo Asere, usuro ubi sana bi Dauda, desa a hirzame iwono, Azesere tize ti rivitume.
9 and I'm suffering imprisonment because of it as if I were a criminal—but the word of God is not imprisoned.
Desa inzimnusa uzitto yabiki ahira saatizam kasi unu carani. Aanime tize ta Asere daki atirza tiniba.
10 Despite all this I'm willing to keep on going for the sake of God's people so that they may gain the salvation of Christ Jesus that is eternal glory. (aiōnios g166)
barki anime matira iruba invattimumum barki sawe anu kemzi ubura sa u ra anyimo Ugomo Asere Yeso, unu nonzo umaravat. (aiōnios g166)
11 This is a trustworthy saying: “If we died with him, we will also live with him;
Tize tiginome kadure kani; “Inki ta wono nigome nan me, tidi kuri ti vengize ni gomo nan me.
12 if we keep going, we will also reign with him; if we deny him, he will also deny us.
Inki ta tira iruba, tidi wuzi tigomo nigome nan me, inki ta wuza mataru inme, me ma madi wuzi matara in haru.
13 If we are not trustworthy, he is still trustworthy, for he cannot be untrue to himself.”
Inki ta cukuno annu zatu kadura, me una kadure mani koya umaya umaya”.
14 This is what you should remind people about, telling them before God that they shouldn't have meaningless arguments over words. To do this only harms those who listen.
Ringizi we in timumum tigonome, hungu kowe titui aje Ugomo Asere kati wawuzi matara aguranme ba, barki aginome in katuma ba, barki iginome idi huzi anu kunname.
15 Make sure you work hard so you can present yourself to God and gain his approval. Be a worker that doesn't need to be embarrassed, using the word of truth correctly.
Wuza ubinani uni kara nuwe barki uwuti nice nuwe unakatuma ka Asere desa a inko, desa ma zome in bi nyo, bumui ahira am! e, desa ma dungara niguran nikadure rep.
16 Avoid pointless chatter because people who do this are heading away from God.
Suma anu carsa utize ni, igebe sa ike ibi ahira uzatu kunna utize ta Asere.
17 Their teachings are as destructive as gangrene that destroys healthy flesh. Hymenaeus and Philetus are like this.
Tize tuwe tidi samirka kasi ukoni ani nan Filitus.
18 They have deviated from the truth by saying that the resurrection has already happened, which has ruined some people's trust in God.
Aniginome wa wata a kadure, wa buki agi anu hira iwono, wa nya are anu hem biyau.
19 But God's solid, trustworthy foundation stone stands firm, with this inscription, “The Lord knows those who belong to him,” and “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord should stay away from all that is evil.”
Vat in anime, nitiu na Asere na cukuno, nizin nu inko uginome: “Umo Asere marusa ande sa wuzi ame” anime, “Vat unu tisa ani za nu gomo Asere ya cukuno me ma ceki uzatu kadure”.
20 A stately home doesn't just have cups and bowls made of gold and silver. It also has ones made from wood and clay. Some are made for special use; others for more commonplace functions.
Akure ukem, dakki tirurunga ta zumo awal-wal nan na zumo abit ani casba, aneani tirunga ti ma titi nan ma nyaga, a ye barka ka tuma kani kariri, aye dakin ka tuma kariri ba.
21 So if you get rid of what is evil, you will become a cup or bowl that is holy and special, useful to the Lord, ready to do all that's good.
Inki uye ma kpico nice numeme uzatu gugun, me tirunga tika tuma ka gugun, azaukame, imum ikatuma barki una kura me, makur macikin barki katuma ka ririn.
22 Run away from anything that fires up the desires of youth. Run after what is right and trustworthy, run after love and peace along with those who are true and pure Christians.
Sumani mei maje miruba, unyari imum iriri, uhemin kadure, nan ti cuku kum tu runta nan desa wa tisa ani za nu gomo Asere amu ruba muwe.
23 Avoid foolish and childish debates, for you know they only lead to fights.
24 For the Lord's minister must not fight, but be kind to everyone, able to teach, patient,
Urere we Asere Kati ma wuzi ukara ba. Barki anime na ma nati nice anu vat, ma boo tize me memerum nan nu Nata iriba.
25 gently correcting opponents. Perhaps God may help them to come to repent and to understand the truth.
A nyimo Nata unice ma bezi anu sa wa nyari me. Nani Asere madi wu wa barka tanu time me urusa utize to ka dundere.
26 In this way they may come to their senses and escape the devil's trap. For he has captured them and made them do whatever he wants.
Wada ke wa kunna yew we ceki nibarda unu ubur, uganiya sa a meki we barki usoo umeme.
