< 2 Kings 17 >
1 Hoshea, son of Elah, became king of Israel, in the twelfth year of the reign of King Ahaz of Judah. He reigned in Samaria for nine years.
Yǝⱨudaning padixaⱨi Aⱨazning sǝltǝnitining on ikkinqi yilida, Elaⱨning oƣli Ⱨoxiya Samariyǝdǝ Israilƣa padixaⱨ bolup, toⱪⱪuz yil sǝltǝnǝt ⱪildi.
2 He did what was evil in the Lord's sight, but not in the same way the kings of Israel who were before him.
U Pǝrwǝrdigarning nǝziridǝ rǝzil bolƣanni ⱪilatti; lekin uningdin ilgiri ɵtkǝn Israilning padixaⱨliridǝk undaⱪ rǝzillik ⱪilmaytti.
3 Shalmaneser, king of Assyria, came and attacked him, and Hoshea submitted to him and paid him tribute.
Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi Xalmanǝzǝr uningƣa ⱨujum ⱪilƣili qiⱪⱪanda, Ⱨoxiya uningƣa beⱪinip sowƣa-salam bǝrdi.
4 But then the king of Assyria discovered that Hoshea was being disloyal. Hoshea had sent messengers to So, king of Egypt, asking for help, and he also had stopped sending annual tribute to the king of Assyria as he had done previously. So the king of Assyria arrested Hoshea and put him in prison.
Əmma Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi Ⱨoxiyaning asiyliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪqi bolƣinini bayⱪidi; qünki Ⱨoxiya burunⱪidǝk Asuriyǝning padixaⱨiƣa yilliⱪ sowƣa-salam yollimay, bǝlki Misirning padixaⱨi soƣa ǝlqilǝrni mangdurƣanidi. Uning üqün Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi uni tutup, baƣlap zindanƣa soliwǝtti.
5 Then the king of Assyria invaded the whole country, and attacked Samaria, besieging it for three years.
Andin Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi qiⱪip pütkül [Israil] zeminini talan-taraj ⱪilip, Samariyǝni üq yilƣiqǝ ⱪamal ⱪildi.
6 In the ninth year of the reign of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and deported the Israelites to Assyria. He settled them in Halah, in Gozan on the Habor River, and in the towns of the Medes.
Ⱨoxiyaning sǝltǝnitining toⱪⱪuzinqi yilida, Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi Samariyǝni ixƣal ⱪilip, Israillarni Asuriyǝgǝ sürgün ⱪilip, ularni Halaⱨ xǝⱨiri, Gozandiki Habor dǝryasining boyliri wǝ Medialarning xǝⱨǝrlirigǝ orunlaxturdi.
7 All this happened because the people of Israel had sinned against the Lord their God, the one who had led them out of Egypt, saving them from the power of Pharaoh, king of Egypt. They had worshiped other gods,
Mana, xundaⱪ ixlar boldi; qünki Israillar ɵzlirini Misirning padixaⱨi Pirǝwnning ⱪolidin ⱪutⱪuzup, Misir zeminidin qiⱪarƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudasiƣa gunaⱨ ⱪilip baxⱪa ilaⱨlardin ⱪorⱪup
8 adopting the ways of the nations the Lord had driven out before the Israelites, and the pagan practices introduced by the kings of Israel.
Pǝrwǝrdigar Israillarning aldidin ⱨǝydiwǝtkǝn yat ǝlliklǝrning ⱪaidǝ-bǝlgilimiliridǝ, xundaⱪla Israilning padixaⱨliri ɵzliri qiⱪarƣan ⱪaidǝ-bǝlgilimiliridǝ mangƣanidi.
9 Secretly the Israelites did things that were not right against the Lord their God. They built high places in all their towns, from watchtowers to fortified cities.
Wǝ Israillar ɵz Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudasiƣa ⱪarxi qiⱪip, yoxurunlarqǝ toƣra bolmiƣan ixlarni ⱪildi; ular barliⱪ xǝⱨǝrliridǝ kɵzǝt munaridin mustǝⱨkǝm ⱪorƣanƣiqǝ «yuⱪiri jaylar»ni yasidi.
10 They set up pagan stone pillars and Asherah poles on every high hill and under every green tree.
Ular ⱨǝmmǝ egiz dɵnglǝrdǝ wǝ ⱨǝmmǝ kɵk dǝrǝhlǝrning astida «but tüwrük» wǝ «Axǝraⱨ» buti turƣuzdi.
11 They offered sacrifices on all the high places, just like the nations the Lord drove out before them. They did evil things, angering the Lord.
Pǝrwǝrdigar ularning aldidin ⱨǝydǝp qiⱪarƣan [yat] ǝlliklǝr ⱪilƣandǝk, ular ⱨǝmmǝ «yuⱪiri jaylar»da huxbuy yaⱪatti wǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning ƣǝzipini kǝltüridiƣan ⱨǝrhil rǝzil ixlarni ⱪilatti.
12 They worshiped idols, even though the Lord had told them, “You are not to do this.”
Gǝrqǝ Pǝrwǝrdigar ularƣa: — «Bu ixni ⱪilmanglar!» degǝn bolsimu, ular butlarning ⱪulluⱪiƣa berilip kǝtkǝnidi.
13 Yet the Lord had warned Israel and Judah repeatedly through all his prophets and seers, saying, “Leave your wicked ways and keep my commandments and instructions. Follow the whole law that I ordered your forefathers to obey, and gave to you through my servants the prophets.”
Pǝrwǝrdigar ⱨǝmmǝ pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝr bilǝn ⱨǝmmǝ aldin kɵrgüqilǝrning wasitisi bilǝn ⱨǝm Israilni ⱨǝm Yǝⱨudani agaⱨlandurup: Rǝzil yolliringlardin yenip, ata-bowiliringlarƣa tapilanƣan wǝ ⱪullirim bolƣan pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝr arⱪiliⱪ silǝrgǝ tǝstiⱪliƣan pütün ⱪanunƣa boysunup, Mening ǝmrlirim wǝ Mening bǝlgilimilirimni tutunglar, degǝnidi.
14 But they refused listen, and they were as stubborn as their forefathers who did not trust the Lord their God.
Lekin ular ⱪulaⱪ salmay, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudasiƣa ixǝnmigǝn ata-bowiliri ⱪilƣandǝk, boyunlirini ⱪattiⱪ ⱪildi.
15 They gave up on his regulations and the covenant he had made with their forefathers, as well as the decrees he had given them. They followed pointless idols and they became pointless themselves, copying the nations around them that the Lord ordered them not to copy.
Ular Uning bǝlgilimilirini, xundaⱪla U ularning ata-bowiliri bilǝn tüzgǝn ǝⱨdini wǝ ularƣa tapxurƣan agaⱨ-guwaⱨlarni qǝtkǝ ⱪaⱪⱪan; ular ǝrzimǝs nǝrsilǝrgǝ ǝgixip, ɵzliri ǝrzimǝs bolup qiⱪti; Pǝrwǝrdigar ularƣa: — Ətrapinglardiki ǝlliklǝrning ⱪilƣinidǝk ⱪilmanglar, degǝn dǝl xu ǝllǝrgǝ ǝgixip, rǝzillik ⱪilatti.
16 They ignored all the commandments of the Lord their God, and they made themselves two metal idols of calves and an Asherah pole. They bowed down in worship to the sun, moon, and stars and served Baal.
Ular Hudasi bolƣan Pǝrwǝrdigarning barliⱪ ǝmrlirini taxlap, ɵzliri üqün ⱪuyma mǝbudlarni, yǝni ikki mozayni ⱪuydurdi, bir «Axǝraⱨ but» ⱪildurdi, asmandiki nurƣunliƣan ay-yultuzlarƣa bax urdi wǝ Baalning ⱪulluⱪiƣa kirdi.
17 They sacrificed their sons and daughters as pagan burnt offerings, and practiced fortune-telling and witchcraft. They gave themselves over to doing what was evil in the Lord's sight, making him angry.
Ular ɵz oƣulliri bilǝn ⱪizlirini ottin ɵtküzdi, palqiliⱪ wǝ jadugǝrlik ixlǝtti, xundaⱪla Pǝrwǝrdigarning nǝziridǝ rǝzil bolƣanni ⱪilix üqün, ɵzlirini setip Uning ƣǝzipini ⱪozƣidi.
18 So the Lord was extremely angry with Israel, and he banished them from his presence. Only the tribe of Judah was left,
Xuning üqün Pǝrwǝrdigar Israilƣa intayin aqqiⱪlinip, ularni Ɵz nǝziridin neri ⱪildi; Yǝⱨudaning ⱪǝbilisidin baxⱪa ⱨeqⱪaysisi ɵz [zeminida] ⱪaldurulmidi.
19 but even Judah did not keep the commandments of the Lord their God, but followed the idolatry that Israel had introduced.
Lekin Yǝⱨudamu ɵz Hudasi Pǝrwǝrdigarning ǝmrlirini tutmidi, bǝlki Israil qiⱪarƣan ⱪaidǝ-bǝlgilimilǝr iqidǝ mangdi.
20 The Lord gave up on all the descendants of Israel. He punished them and handed them over to their enemies, until he had banished them from his presence.
Uning üqün Pǝrwǝrdigar Israilning barliⱪ nǝslini qǝtkǝ ⱪaⱪti; ularni Ɵz nǝziridin taxliƣan künigiqǝ [zeminida] harliⱪⱪa ⱪaldurup, bulangqilarning ⱪoliƣa tapxurup bǝrdi.
21 When the Lord ripped Israel away from the house of David, they made Jeroboam, son of Nebat, their king. Jeroboam led Israel away from the Lord and made them commit terrible sins.
U Israilni Dawutning jǝmǝtidin tartiwalƣanidi. Ular Nibatning oƣli Yǝroboamni padixaⱨ ⱪildi wǝ Yǝroboam bolsa Israilni Pǝrwǝrdigarning yolidin yandurup, ularni eƣir bir gunaⱨⱪa patⱪuzup azdurdi.
22 The Israelites continued to practice all the sins that Jeroboam committed. They did not stop doing them,
Israillar Yǝroboamning ⱪilƣan ⱨǝmmǝ gunaⱨlirida yürüp, ulardin qiⱪmidi.
23 so the Lord eventually expelled them from his presence, just as he had said he would through all his servants, the prophets. So the Israelites were deported from their land and taken to Assyria, where they are to this day.
Ahir berip Pǝrwǝrdigar Ɵz ⱪulliri bolƣan pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝrning wasitisi bilǝn eytⱪandǝk, Israilni Ɵz nǝziridin neri ⱪildi; Israillar ɵz yurtidin Asuriyǝgǝ elip ketilip, u yǝrdǝ bügüngǝ ⱪǝdǝr turup kǝldi.
24 The king of Assyria brought people from Babylon, Kuthah, Avva, Hamath, and Sepharvaim and settled them in the towns of Samaria instead of the Israelites. They took over ownership of Samaria and lived in its towns.
Əmma Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi Babil, Kuttaⱨ, Awwa, Hamat wǝ Sǝfarwaimdin hǝlⱪni yɵtkǝp Israilning orniƣa Samariyǝning xǝⱨǝrlirigǝ makanlaxturdi. Ular xuning bilǝn Samariyǝgǝ igidarqiliⱪ ⱪilip xǝⱨǝrlǝrdǝ olturdi.
25 When they first started living there they did not worship the Lord, so he sent lions there among them, killing some of them.
Wǝ xundaⱪ boldiki, ular u yǝrdǝ dǝslǝptǝ olturƣinida Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪmiƣanidi; Pǝrwǝrdigar ularni ⱪiyma-jiyma ⱪilidiƣan birnǝqqǝ xirlarni ularning arisiƣa ǝwǝtti.
26 The king of Assyria was told, “The peoples that you brought and settled in the towns of Samaria they don't not know the rules of the God of the land. As a result, he has sent lions among them, which are killing them off because they don't know what the God of the land requires.”
Xuning bilǝn Asuriyǝning padixaⱨiƣa hǝwǝr yǝtküzülüp: — Sili yɵtkǝp Samariyǝning xǝⱨǝrliridǝ makanlaxturƣan hǝlⱪlǝr xu yurtning ilaⱨining ⱪaidǝ-yosunlirini bilmǝydu; xunga U ularning arisiƣa xirlarni ǝwǝtti; mana bular ularni ɵltürmǝktǝ, qünki hǝlⱪ yurtning ilaⱨining ⱪaidǝ-yosunlirini bilmǝydu, deyildi.
27 The king of Assyria gave the order: “Send back one of the priests you deported from Samaria, and let him go back and live there and teach the rules of the God of the land.”
Xuning bilǝn Asuriyǝning padixaⱨi ǝmr ⱪilip: — Silǝr u yǝrdin elip kǝlgǝn kaⱨinlarning birini yǝnǝ u yǝrgǝ apiringlar; u u yǝrdǝ turup, ularƣa u yurtning ilaⱨining ⱪaidǝ-yosunlirini ɵgǝtsun, — dedi.
28 So one of the priests who had been deported from Samaria returned to live in Bethel, and taught them how to worship the Lord.
Uning buyruⱪi bilǝn ular Samariyǝdin yɵtkigǝn kaⱨinlarning biri kelip, Bǝyt-Əldǝ turup Pǝrwǝrdigarning ⱪorⱪunqini ularƣa ɵgǝtti.
29 But the people of the different nations went on making their own gods in the towns where they had settled, and they placed them in the shrines of the high places that the people of Samaria had made.
Lekin xu hǝlⱪlǝrning ⱨǝrbiri ɵz ilaⱨlirining butlirini yasap, Samariyǝliklǝr salƣan «yuⱪiri jaylar»diki ibadǝtgaⱨlar iqigǝ turƣuzdi; ⱨǝrbir hǝlⱪ ɵzi turƣan xǝⱨǝrdǝ xundaⱪ ⱪildi.
30 Those from Babylon made Sukkoth Benoth, those from Kuthah made Nergal, and those from Hamath made Ashima.
Babildin kǝlgǝnlǝr Sukkot-Binot degǝn mǝbudni yasidi, Kuttin kǝlgǝnlǝr Nǝrgal butni, Hamattin kǝlgǝnlǝr Axima butni,
31 The Avvites made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites sacrificed their children as burnt offerings to their gods Adrammelech and Anammelech.
Awwiylar Nibⱨaz bilǝn Tartak butlarni yasidi; Sǝfarwiylar Sǝfarwaimdiki butliri bolƣan Adrammǝlǝk bilǝn Anammǝlǝkkǝ ɵz balilirini atap otta kɵydürdi.
32 While they worshiped the Lord, they also appointed priests from all kinds of their own people to offer sacrifices for them in the shrines of the high places.
Ular ǝmdi muxundaⱪ ⱨalǝttǝ Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪup, ɵz arisidiki ⱨǝr türlük adǝmlǝrni ɵzliri üqün «yuⱪiri jaylar»diki buthanilarda ⱪurbanliⱪlarni sunidiƣan kaⱨin ⱪilip bekitkǝn.
33 So even though they worshiped the Lord, they also worshiped their own gods following the practices of the nations they had come from.
Ular Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪatti wǝ xuning bilǝn tǝng ⱪaysi ǝldin kǝlgǝn bolsa, xu ǝlning ⱪaidǝ-yosunlirida ɵz ilaⱨlirining ⱪulluⱪidimu bolatti.
34 Even to this day they are still following their former practices. None of them truly worship the Lord or observe the regulations, requirements, laws, and commandments that the Lord gave to the descendants of Jacob, the one he named Israel.
Bügüngǝ ⱪǝdǝr ular ilgiriki adǝtlǝr boyiqǝ mengip kǝlmǝktǝ; ular Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪmay, Pǝrwǝrdigar Israil dǝp atiƣan Yaⱪupning ǝwladliriƣa tapiliƣan bǝlgilimilǝr wǝ ⱨɵkümlǝr, ⱪanun wǝ ǝmrlǝrgǝ muwapiⱪ ix kɵrmǝydu.
35 For the Lord had made an agreement with the Israelites, ordering them, “Don't worship other gods or bow down to them; don't serve them or offer sacrifices to them.
Pǝrwǝrdigar ular bilǝn bir ǝⱨdǝ ⱪilixip ularƣa buyrup: — «Baxⱪa ilaⱨlardin ⱪorⱪmay, ularƣa sǝjdǝ ⱪilmay yaki ularƣa bax urmay wǝ ularƣa ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilmanglar —
36 You must worship only the Lord, who led you out of Egypt, helping you with his great power and strong arm. Only bow down to him; only offer sacrifices to him.
pǝⱪǝt zor ⱪudrǝt wǝ uzatⱪan biliki bilǝn silǝrni Misir zeminidin qiⱪarƣan Pǝrwǝrdigardinla ⱪorⱪunglar, uningƣa sǝjdǝ ⱪilinglar wǝ uningƣa ⱪurbanliⱪ sununglar.
37 Always pay attention to observe the regulations, requirements, laws, and commandments he gave you in writing, and don't worship other gods.
U silǝr üqün pütküzgǝn bǝlgilimilǝr, ⱨɵkümlǝr, ⱪanun wǝ ǝmrni bolsa, ularni ǝbǝdgiqǝ kɵngül bɵlüp tutunglar; baxⱪa ilaⱨlardin ⱪorⱪmanglar.
38 Don't forget the agreement I have made with you, and don't worship other gods.
Mǝn silǝr bilǝn ⱪilƣan ǝⱨdini untumanglar ya baxⱪa ilaⱨlardin ⱪorⱪmanglar,
39 You must worship only the Lord your God, and he will save you from all your enemies.”
bǝlki Hudayinglar Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪunglar; wǝ U silǝrni ⱨǝmmǝ düxmǝnliringlarning ⱪolidin ⱪutⱪuzidu» — degǝnidi.
40 But they refused to listen, and continued their former idolatrous practices.
Lekin ular ⱪulaⱪ salmay, ilgiriki ⱪaidǝ-yosunlarni yürgüzǝtti.
41 Even while these people from different nations were worshiping the Lord, they were actually worshiping their idols. Their children and grandchildren continue to do as their forefathers did to this day.
Muxu ǝllǝr xu tǝriⱪidǝ Pǝrwǝrdigardin ⱪorⱪatti ⱨǝm oyma mǝbudlarning ⱪulluⱪida bolatti; ularning baliliri bilǝn balilirining balilirimu xundaⱪ ⱪilatti; ɵz ata-bowiliri ⱪandaⱪ ⱪilƣan bolsa, ularmu bügünki küngiqǝ xundaⱪ ⱪilip kǝldi.
