< 1 John 2 >
1 My dear children, I'm writing this to you so you shouldn't sin. But if anybody should happen to sin, we have someone who defends us before the Father—Jesus Christ, who is truly good and right.
Ana ane alowa, kumukilisilya i makani aya kitalanyu iti muleke kituma i milandu, kukete mukuili nuili palung'wi nu Tata, uYesu Kilisto niiza ingi munya tai ane.
2 Through him our sins are forgiven—and not only our sins, but those of the whole world.
Nuanso mukinyinkang'ni witu ku mulandu itu, hangi shanga ku milandu itu ing'wene, kuiti ga ku unkumbigulu wihi,
3 We can be sure that we do know him if we follow his commands.
Ku ili kalingaa kina kumulingile nuanso, anga kusunje i malagiilyo akwe.
4 Anyone who says, “I know him,” but doesn't do what he says, is a liar. They don't have the truth.
Nuanso nuiligityaa, “Numulingile Itunda.” kuiti shanga uambile i malagiilyo akwe, ige muteele, ni tai imutile mukati akwe.
5 But those who follow God's word have his love totally fill their minds. This is how we know that we live in him.
Kuiti wihi nuiambaa u lukani nulakwe, itai mu muntu nuanso u ulowa nuang'wa Itunda ukondeeigwe, Mu ili kulingile kina kukoli mu kati akwe.
6 Whoever claims to be living in him should behave like Jesus.
Ng'wenso nuiligityaa wikiee mukati ang'wa Itunda utakiwe mukola kulongoleka anga iti uYesu Kilisto nai ulongolekile.
7 My friends, I'm not writing to you giving some new commandment, but an old commandment you've had from the beginning. This old commandment is one you have already heard.
Alowa, shanga numukilisiiye unyenye ilagiilyo igeni, ila ilagiilyo nila kali naiza makondilye kutula ni lyenso puma ng'wandyo, Ilagiilyo nila kali ingi ikani niiza nai muligulye,
8 But in a sense I am giving you a new commandment. Its truth is revealed in Jesus and in you, for the darkness is coming to an end and the true light is already shining.
Ga ni iti kumukilisilya unyenye ilagiilyo igeni, niiza inge tai mung'wa Kilisto nu kitalanyu, kunsoko i kiti kikukilaa nu welu nua tai ukoli ukondile ukelya.
9 Those who say they live in the light but hate a fellow Christian still have the darkness inside them.
Nuanso nuiligityaa ukoli mu welu hangi umubipiwe u muluna nuakwe ukoli mu kiti ga nitungili.
10 Those who love their fellow Christians live in the light, and don't cause others to sin.
Nuanso numuloilwe u muluna nuakwe wikiee mu welu hangi kutili ikani lihi nilihumile kumutasha.
11 Those who hate a fellow Christian are in darkness. They stumble around in the dark, not knowing where they're going because the darkness has blinded them.
Kuiti nuanso numubipiwe u muluna nuakwe ukoli mu kiti; nuanso shanga ulingile pi ulongoe, kunsoko ikiti kimapokuuye imiho akwe
12 Dear friends, I'm writing to you children, for your sins have been forgiven through the name of Jesus.
Kumukilisilya unyenye, ana alowa, Kunsoko mulekewe i milandu anyu kunsoko a lina nilakwe.
13 I'm writing to you fathers, for you know him who has existed from the beginning. I'm writing to you young people, for you have defeated the evil one.
Kumukilisilya unyenye a tata, kunsoko mumulingile nuanso nuailee puma ung'wandyo, kumukilisilya unyenye, ahumba, kunsoko mamuhumilee uyo u mulugu. Kumukilisilya unyenye, ang'yinya ni aniino, kunsoko mumulingile uTata.
14 I write to you little children, for you know the Father. I write to you fathers, for you know him who has existed from the beginning. I write to you young people, for you are strong. The word of God lives in you, and you have defeated the evil one.
Kumukilisilya unyenye, ia tata, kunsoko mumulingile nuanso nuailee puma u ng'wandyo. Kumukilisilya unyenye, ahumba, kunsoko mukoli ikomu, nu lukani nulang'wa Itunda likiee mukati anyu, hangi mamuhumaa uyo u mulugu.
15 Don't be in love with the world, and don't long for the things of this world. If you love the world, you won't have the Father's love in you.
Leki kumilowi ihi ang'wi makani akwe niiza ili mi ihi. Ga ni iti uyo nukumilowa ihi, ulowa nua kumulowa uTata uutili mukati akwe.
16 For all the things of this world—our sinful desires, wanting everything we see, boasting about what we've accomplished in life— these things don't come from the Father but from the world.
Iti gwa kila kintu ni kimoli mi ihi - i nsula a muili, nsula a miho, nu lugoha nu la upanga- shanga ipuminkanilye nu Tata kuiti ipembeeye mi ihi.
17 The world and its evil desires are coming to an end, but those who do the will of God will live forever. (aiōn )
Ihi ni nsula niakwe ikilaa, Ila nuanso nuitumaa u ulowa nuang'wa Itunda nuanso nikie ikali na kali. (aiōn )
18 Dear friends, this is the last hour. As you've heard, the antichrist is coming. Many antichrists have already come. This is how we know this is the last hour.
Ang'yinya ni aniino, ingi matungo a mpelo niiza migulye kina u mukingila Kilisto upembilye, ga nitungili ia kingila Kilisto azilee, ku hali iyi kulingile kina inge matungo a mpelo.
19 They left us, but they didn't belong with us, for if they did, they would have remained with us. When they left they showed that none of them belonged with us.
Ai endile yao kupuma kitaitu, iti gwa shanga aizaa a kitaitu. Anga iti ai atule a kitaitu ai azeelongoleka kutula palung'wi nu sese. Kuiti matungo nai alongoe yao, nikanso ai kilagiie shanga ai izaa a kitaitu
20 But you have been anointed with the Holy Spirit's blessing, and all of you know what's true.
Kuiti muikiwe i makuta nu uyo ni ng'welu, nu nyenye mihi mumilingile itai.
21 I'm not writing because you don't know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie comes from the truth.
Shanga ai numukilisiiye unyenye kunsoko shanga mumilingile itai, ila kunsoko mumilingile hangi kutili u uteele nua tai iyo.
22 Who is the liar?—anyone who denies that Jesus is the Christ. The antichrist is anyone who denies the Father and the Son.
Nyenyu ni muteele, ila ingi mg'wenso nuikingila kina uYesu ingi Kilisto? U muntu uyu ingi mukingila Kilisto, pang'wanso nuku mukingila uTata nu Ng'wana.
23 Anyone that denies the Son does not have the Father; anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father too.
Kutili nui mukingila uNg'wana watule nu Tata. Wihi nui mulapilaa u Ng'wana ukete uTata ga.
24 As for you, make sure what you heard from the beginning continues to live in you. If what you heard from the beginning lives in you, you will also live in the Son and in the Father.
Anga ize kunsoko anyu, iko nai mukigulye puma ng'andyo leka kilongoleke kutula mukati anyu. Anga ize iko nai mukigule puma ng'wandyo kiki kie mukati anyu, ga, mukikie mukati a Ng'wana nu Tata.
25 Eternal life—this is what he has promised us! (aiōnios )
Ni ili ingi ilago nai ukinkiiye usese; Upanga nua kali na kali. (aiōnios )
26 I'm writing this to warn you against those who want to lead you astray.
Numukilisiiye aya unyenye kutula awo naza azeemutongeela unyenye mu ulimili.
27 But the anointing you received from him means the Spirit lives in you, and you don't need to be taught by anyone. The Spirit's anointing teaches you about everything. It is the truth and not a lie. So live in Christ, just as you've been taught!
Hangi kunsoko anyu, imakuta ayo nai mumasingiiye kupuma kung'waakwe ikiee mukati anyu, hangi shanga mukusiga muntu wihi kumumanyisa. ila anga i makuta akwe akumumanyisa kutula makani ihi ni ingi tai ni shanga uteele, hangi ga ni anga makondyaa kumanyisigwa, ikii mukati akwe.
28 Now, my dear friends, continue to live in Christ, so that when he appears, we can be confident and not feel ashamed before him at his coming.
Ni itungili, ang'yinya alowa ikii mukati akwe, iti itungo nuikapumila, kuhume kutula nu ugimya hangi shanga kihumya minyala ntongeela akwe mu upembyi nuakwe.
29 If you know he is good and right, then you also know that everyone who does what is right has been born of God.
Anga ize mulingile kina nuanso ingi tai ane, mulingile kina kila ung'wi nuitumaa itai ane utugilwe nu ng'wenso
