1 Chronicles 16
1 They brought the Ark of God and placed it in the tent that David had prepared for it. They presented burnt offerings and friendship offerings to God.
| به این ترتیب بنی‌اسرائیل صندوق عهد را به خیمه‌ای که داوود برایش بر پا کرده بود، آوردند و در حضور خدا قربانیهای سوختنی و سلامتی تقدیم کردند. |
2 Once David had finished presenting the burnt offerings and friendship offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the Lord.
| در پایان مراسم قربانی، داوود بنی‌اسرائیل را به نام خداوند برکت داد. |
3 Then he shared out to every Israelite, to every man and woman, a loaf of bread, a date cake, and a raisin cake.
| سپس او به هر یک از زنان و مردان یک قرص نان، یک نان خرما و یک نان کشمشی داد. |
4 David assigned some of the Levites to serve as ministers before the Ark of the Lord, to remember, to thank, and to praise the Lord, the God of Israel.
| داوود بعضی از لاویان را تعیین کرد تا در جلوی صندوق عهد قرار گیرند و خداوند، خدای اسرائیل را با سرود شکر و سپاس بگویند. آنانی که برای این خدمت تعیین شدند اینها بودند: |
5 Asaph was the one in charge, Zechariah was second, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, and Jeiel. They played harps and lyres, and Asaph struck the cymbals,
| آساف (سرپرست این عده که سنج هم می‌نواخت)، زکریا، یعی‌ئیل، شمیراموت، یحی‌ئیل، مَتّیتیا، الی‌آب، بنایا، عوبید ادوم و یعی‌ئیل. این افراد عود و بربط می‌نواختند. |
6 and the priests Benaiah and Jahaziel blew the trumpets continually in front of the Ark of God's Agreement.
| بنایا و یحزی‌ئیل که کاهن بودند، همیشه در جلوی صندوق عهد شیپور می‌نواختند. |
7 This was the day that David first instructed Asaph and his relatives to express thanks to the Lord in this way:
| در آن روز، داوود گروه سرایندگان را تشکیل داد تا در خیمهٔ عبادت برای شکر و سپاس خداوند سرود خوانند. آساف رهبر گروه سرایندگان بود. سرودی که آنها می‌خواندند این بود: |
8 Give the Lord thanks, worship his wonderful nature, let people know what he's done!
| خداوند را شکر کنید و نام او را بخوانید؛ کارهای او را به تمام قومهای جهان اعلام نمایید. |
9 Sing to him, sing his praises; tell everyone the great things he's done!
| در وصف او بسرایید و او را ستایش کنید؛ از کارهای شگفت‌انگیز او سخن بگویید. |
10 Be proud of his holy character; be happy, all who come to the Lord!
| ای طالبان خداوند شادی نمایید و به نام مقدّس او فخر کنید! |
11 Look for the Lord, and his strength; always look to be with him.
| خداوند و قوت او را طالب باشید و پیوسته حضور او را بخواهید. |
12 Remember all the wonderful things he's done, the miracles he's performed, and the judgments he's carried out,
| آیات و عجایبی را که به عمل آورده و فرامینی را که صادر کرده، به یاد آورید. |
13 descendants of Israel, children of Jacob, his chosen people.
| ای فرزندان خادم او ابراهیم، ای پسران یعقوب، که برگزیدۀ او هستید. |
14 He is the Lord, our God, his judgments cover the whole earth.
| اوست یهوه، خدای ما! و عدالتش در تمام دنیا نمایان است. |
15 He remembers his agreement forever, the promise he made lasts for a thousand generations;
| عهد او را همیشه به یاد داشته باشید عهدی که با هزاران پشت بسته است؛ |
16 the agreement he made with Abraham, the vow he gave to Isaac.
| عهد او را با ابراهیم، و وعدهٔ او را به اسحاق! |
17 The Lord legally confirmed it with Jacob, he made this everlasting agreement with Israel:
| او با یعقوب عهد بست و به اسرائیل وعده‌ای جاودانی داد. |
18 saying, “I will give the land of Canaan to you for you to possess.”
| او گفت: «سرزمین کنعان را به شما می‌بخشم تا ملک و میراثتان باشد.» |
19 He said this when there were only a few of you, just a small group of foreigners in the land.
| بنی‌اسرائیل قومی کوچک بودند و در آن دیار غریب؛ |
20 They wandered from country to country, from one kingdom to the next.
| میان قومها سرگردان بودند و از مملکتی به مملکتی دیگر رانده می‌شدند. |
21 He didn't let anyone one treat them badly; warning kings to leave them alone:
| اما خداوند نگذاشت کسی به آنها صدمه برساند، و به پادشاهان هشدار داد که بر ایشان ظلم نکنند: |
22 “Don't touch my chosen people; don't harm my prophets!”
| «برگزیدگان مرا آزار ندهید! بر انبیای من دست ستم دراز نکنید!» |
23 Sing to the Lord, all the earth, sing to the Lord! Each day let everyone know of his salvation!
| ای مردم روی زمین، در وصف خداوند بسرایید! هر روز به مردم بشارت دهید که خداوند نجات می‌بخشد. |
24 Declare his glorious acts among the nations, the wonderful things he does among all peoples.
| شکوه و جلال او را در میان ملتها ذکر کنید، و از معجزات او در میان قومها سخن بگویید. |
25 For the Lord is great, and deserves the best praise! He is to be respected with awe above all gods.
| زیرا خداوند بزرگ است و سزاوار ستایش! از او باید ترسید، بیش از همۀ خدایان. |
26 For all the gods of other nations are idols; but the Lord made the heavens!
| خدایان سایر قومها بتهایی بیش نیستند، اما خداوند ما آسمانها را آفریده است. |
27 Splendor and majesty are his; power and glory are in his sanctuary.
| شکوه و جلال در حضور اوست، و قدرت و شادمانی در خانه او. |
28 Give the Lord credit, nations of the world, credit him with glory and strength.
| ای تمام قومهای روی زمین، خداوند را توصیف نمایید؛ قدرت و شکوه او را توصیف نمایید؛ |
29 Give the Lord the glory he deserves; bring an offering and come before him. Worship the Lord in his magnificent holiness.
| عظمت نام خداوند را توصیف نمایید! با هدایا به حضورش بیایید. خداوند را در شکوه قدوسیتش بپرستید! |
30 Let everyone on earth tremble in his presence. The world is held together firmly—it cannot be broken apart.
| ای تمام مردم روی زمین، در حضور او بلرزید. جهان پایدار است و تکان نخواهد خورد. |
31 Let the heavens sing for joy, let the earth be happy. Tell the nations, “The Lord is in charge!”
| آسمان شادی کند و زمین به وجد آید. به همۀ قومها بگویید: «خداوند سلطنت می‌کند!» |
32 Let the sea and everything in it shout with praise! Let the fields and everything there celebrate;
| دریا و هر چه آن را پر می‌سازد غرش کند، صحرا و هر چه در آن است، به وجد آید. |
33 Let all the trees in the forest sing for joy, for he is coming to judge the earth.
| درختان جنگل با شادی بسرایند، در حضور خداوند که برای داوری جهان می‌آید. |
34 Say thank you to the Lord, for he is good! His trustworthy love continues forever!
| خداوند را سپاس گویید، زیرا او نیکوست و محبتش ابدی. |
35 Shout out, “Save us, Lord, our God! Bring us back together from among the nations, rescue us, so we can thank you and praise how magnificent and holy you are.”
| بگویید: «ای خدای نجات ما، ما را نجات ده. ما را از میان قومها جمع کن و برهان، تا نام مقدّس تو را سپاس گوییم و در ستایش تو فخر کنیم.» |
36 How wonderful is the Lord, the God of Israel, who lives forever and ever! Then all the people said, “Amen!” and “Praise the Lord!”
| متبارک باد یهوه، خدای اسرائیل، از ازل تا ابد. آنگاه همۀ قوم گفتند: «آمین» و خداوند را ستایش کردند. |
37 Then David made sure Asaph and his brothers would minister continually before the Ark of the Lord's Agreement, performing whatever services were needed every day,
| داوود ترتیبی داد که آساف و همکاران لاوی او به طور مرتب پیش صندوق عهد خداوند نگهداری می‌شد خدمت کنند و کارهای روزانهٔ آنجا را انجام دهند. |
38 as well as Obed-edom and his sixty-eight relatives. Obed-edom, son of Jeduthun, and Hosah, were gatekeepers.
| عوبید ادوم (پسر یِدوتون) با شصت و هشت همکارش نیز به ایشان کمک می‌کردند. عوبید ادوم و حوسه مسئول نگهبانی از دروازه‌ها بودند. |
39 David put Zadok the priest and his fellow priests in charge of the Ark of the Lord at the high place in Gibeon
| در ضمن خیمهٔ عبادت قدیمی که در بالای تپهٔ جبعون بود به همان صورت باقی ماند. داوود، صادوق کاهن و همکاران کاهن او را در آن خیمه گذاشت تا خداوند را در آنجا خدمت کنند. |
40 to present burnt offerings to the Lord on the altar of burnt offerings, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the law of the Lord which he had ordered Israel to follow.
| آنها هر روز صبح و عصر، روی مذبح، قربانیهای سوختنی به خداوند تقدیم می‌کردند، همان‌طور که خداوند در تورات به بنی‌اسرائیل فرموده بود. |
41 They were accompanied by Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and identified by name to give thanks to the Lord, for “His trustworthy love lasts forever.”
| داوود هیمان و یِدوتون و چند نفر دیگر را هم که انتخاب شده بودند تعیین کرد تا خداوند را به خاطر محبت ابدی‌اش ستایش کنند. |
42 Heman and Jeduthun used their trumpets and cymbals to make music to accompany the songs of God. The sons of Jeduthun guarded the gate.
| آنها با نواختن شیپور و سنج و سایر آلات موسیقی، خدا را ستایش می‌کردند. پسران یِدوتون کنار دروازه می‌ایستادند. |
43 Then all the people went home, and David went to bless his family.
| پس از پایان مراسم، مردم به خانه‌هایشان رفتند و داوود بازگشت تا خانهٔ خود را تبرک نماید. |
