Matthew 17
1 Now after six days Jesus takes Peter, James and his brother John and leads them up on a high mountain, in private.
ତୁଡ୍ରୁ ଡିନ୍ନା ଆ ତିକ୍କି ଜିସୁନ୍ ପିତ୍ରନ୍, ଜାକୁବନ୍ ଡ ଆ ବୋଞାଙନ୍ ଜନନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସରିନ୍ ଓରୋଙ୍ଡାଲେ ଅବୟ୍ ଡେଙ୍ଗାଡମ୍ ଆ ବରୁଲୋଙ୍ ଜିରେଞ୍ଜି । ତେତ୍ତେ ଆରି ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଅଃଡ୍ଡକୋଲଜି, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ତୁମ୍ ଡକୋଏଞ୍ଜି ।
2 And He was transfigured before them and his face shone like the sun, while His clothes became as white as the light.
ଆରି, ଆତେମଡଞ୍ଜି ଜିସୁନ୍ ବାଙ୍ସାୟ୍ଲନେ, ଆ ମୁକ୍କାନ୍ ଓୟୋଙନ୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ସାଆର୍ଡମ୍ ଡେଏନ୍, ଆରି ଆ ଅଙ୍ଗିନ୍ ଆତ୍ରରାଃତେନ୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଜେଏଡମ୍ ଡେଏନ୍ ।
3 When wow, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, conversing with Him.
ଆରି ମୋସାନ୍ ଡ ଏଲିଅନ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ ସରିନ୍ ଆକ୍ରଡାଡ଼ିଲଞ୍ଜି ତି ୟାଗି ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଗିଜେଞ୍ଜି ।
4 Then Peter reacted and said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here; if you wish, let us make three booths: one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ପିତ୍ରନ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, “ଏ ପ୍ରବୁ ବୟ୍ଲେଙ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି କେନ୍ତେନ୍ନେ ଡକୋ, ଆମନ୍ ଲଡୟ୍ଲମ୍ ଡେନ୍ କେନ୍ତେନ୍ନେ ଞେନ୍ ୟାଗି ଅନ୍ସିଙନ୍ ଗୁତାୟ୍, ଆମନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅବୟ୍, ମୋସାନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅବୟ୍, ଆରି ଏଲିଅନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ।”
5 While he was still speaking a brilliant cloud overshadowed them, and then, a Voice came out of the cloud saying: “This is my beloved Son in whom I am always well pleased. Hear Him!”
ପିତ୍ରନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ଆବର୍ରନେନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍, ଗିୟ୍ବା, ଆତ୍ରରାଃତେନ୍ ଆ ମେଗ ଅବୟ୍ ଜିର୍ରେ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ରୁବେଜି, ଆରି ତି ଆ ମେଗ ସିଲଡ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ସର୍ରଙ୍ ଅଡ଼ୋଲାୟ୍, “କେନ୍ଆନିନ୍ ଡନୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନ୍ଞେନ୍, କେନ୍ ଆମଙନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ମଅଁୟ୍ତିଁୟ୍, କେନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେନ୍ ଅମ୍ଡଙ୍ବା ।”
6 As the disciples heard it they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid.
କେନ୍ଆତେ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆରମ୍ଡଙେଞ୍ଜି ତୁମ୍ମୁଡାଲେ ଅକୁଡେଞ୍ଜି, ଆରି ମାଡ୍ଡ ବତଙେଞ୍ଜି ।
7 Then Jesus came and touched them and said, “Get up, don't be afraid.”
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ଜିର୍ରାୟ୍ କି ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ସୁଙେଡାଲେ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ବରେଜି, “ଡୋନାବା, ବତଙ୍ଡଙ୍ବେନ୍ ।”
8 So lifting up their eyes they saw no one but Jesus only.
ଆରି, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ତୋଣ୍ଡୋନ୍ ଆରାଙାଙେଞ୍ଜି, ଜିସୁନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ତୁମ୍ ଗିଜେଞ୍ଜି, ଆରି ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଅଃଗିୟ୍ଲଜି ।
9 As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them saying, “Tell no one the vision until the Son of the Man is risen from the dead.”
ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ବରୁନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆପ୍ରଡ୍ଲଞ୍ଜି ଆଡିଡ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବାଁୟ୍ଲେ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ମନ୍ରା ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନନ୍ ଆରବୁମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ୟର୍ମେଙ୍ଲେ ଅଣ୍ଡ୍ରଙ୍ ଡୋନେନ୍ ଜାୟ୍ କେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଏଗ୍ରିଜେନ୍ଆତେ ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଏବର୍ଡଙ୍ନେ ।”
10 So His disciples questioned Him saying, “Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”
ଆରି, ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ଏଲିଅନ୍ ରୟ୍ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ ଜିର୍ତାୟ୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ସାସ୍ତ୍ରିଞ୍ଜି ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ ବର୍ତଞ୍ଜି?”
11 In answer Jesus said to them: “Elijah is indeed coming first, and he will restore all things.
ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଜାଲଙେଞ୍ଜି, “ଆଜାଡ଼ିଡମ୍ ଏଲିଅନ୍ ରୟ୍ବନ୍ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ ଜିର୍ତାୟ୍ କି ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେଜି ଇୟ୍ତାୟ୍ ବାର୍ତୁବେ;
12 But I say to you that ‘Elijah’ has come already, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they wished. Thus also the Son of the Man is about to suffer at their hands.”
ବନ୍ଡ ଞେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବର୍ତବେନ୍, ଏଲିଅନ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ନି, ବନ୍ଡ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଅଃନ୍ନମ୍ମଡ୍ଲଜି ଆରି ଅଙ୍ଗାତେ ଲଡଜେଞ୍ଜି ଏତ୍ତେଲେ ଆନିନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଲୁମେଞ୍ଜି । ତିଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ମନ୍ରା ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ନିୟ୍ ପରାନ୍ଡଣ୍ଡନ୍ ଏମ୍ମେତଜି ।”
13 Then the disciples understood that He spoke to them of John the Baptizer.
ଜିସୁନ୍ ତବ୍ବୁବ୍ଡାମର୍ ଜନନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ବର୍ରନେ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ତିଆଡିଡ୍ ଗନ୍ଲୁଡେଞ୍ଜି ।
14 As they came to the crowd a man approached Him and kneeling to Him said:
ଆରି ଜିସୁନ୍ ଡ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ଆଜିର୍ରାଞଞ୍ଜି ଆଡିଡ୍, ଅବୟ୍ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଜିର୍ରାୟ୍ କି ତୁଡ଼ୁମ୍ଡାଲେ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ବର୍ନେ,
15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, because he is moonstruck and suffers badly! For he often falls into the fire and often into the water.
“ଏ ପ୍ରବୁ ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନ୍ଞେନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସାୟୁମା, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ କୁଣ୍ଡିଲିଆତେ ଆରି ପରାନ୍ଡଣ୍ଡନ୍ ଡେତେ, ଆନିନ୍ ବତରନ୍ କି ବତରନ୍ ତଗୋଲୋଙନ୍ ଡ ବତରନ୍ କି ବତରନ୍ ଡାଆଲୋଙନ୍ ଗଲୋତେ ।
16 So I brought him to your disciples, but they could not cure him.”
ଞେନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଞଙ୍ନେମର୍ନମ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ଓରୋଙ୍ଲାୟ୍, ବନ୍ଡ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ମବ୍ନଙ୍ଲେ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଲଜି ।”
17 Then in answer Jesus said: “O faithless and perverse generation, how long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring him here to me.”
ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଜାଲଙେନ୍, “ଏ ଏର୍ଡର୍ନେମର୍, ଆଡ଼ତଙର୍ମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ କେଜ୍ଜା, ଡିଅଙ୍ଗା ଡିନ୍ନା ଞେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ସରିନ୍ ଡକୋନାୟ୍? ଡିଅଙ୍ଗା ଡିନ୍ନା ଞେନ୍ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ବେଞ୍ଜି ସଏଆୟ୍? ତି ଓବ୍ବାସିଜନ୍ କେନ୍ତେନ୍ନେ ଅମଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ଓରୋଙାୟ୍ ।”
18 And Jesus rebuked the demon and it came out of him, and the boy was healed from that very hour.
ଆରି, ଜିସୁନ୍ ବୁତନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆବ୍ରବ୍ତଙେନ୍ ବୁତନ୍ ପସିଜନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ଲନ୍ ଜିରେନ୍ କି ପସିଜନ୍ ଅବ୍ତାଡ଼ନ୍ ମନଙେନ୍ ।
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why were we not able to cast it out?”
ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଅଜନା ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାଜି କି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ବରେଜି, “ଇନିବା ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ କେନ୍ଆତେ ଗଙ୍ଲେ ଏଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଲାୟ୍?”
20 So Jesus said to them: “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly I say to you, if you have faith like a mustard seed has, you (ye) will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ଡର୍ନେବେନ୍ ଅସୋୟ୍ଡମ୍ ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ବୁତନ୍ ଗଙ୍ଲେ ଏଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଲୋ, ଞେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଆଜାଡ଼ିଡମ୍ ବର୍ତବେନ୍, ଡର୍ନେବେନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ସୋର୍ସୋବାୟନ୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଡକୋଏନ୍ ଡେନ୍, ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ କେନ୍ ଆ ବରୁ ‘କେନ୍ତେନ୍ନେ ସିଲଡ୍ ଡେଡ୍ନା’ ଏଗାମେନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ତିଆତେ ଡେଡ୍ତନେ, ଆରି ଡର୍ନେବେନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଲୁମ୍ଲେ ଏରପ୍ତିତେ ।
21 However, this class does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
ବନ୍ଡ ପାର୍ତନାନ୍ ଡ ଆନମ୍ନେନ୍ ତୁମ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ କେନ୍ ଏନ୍ନେଗନ୍ ଆ ବୁତ ରପ୍ତି ଗଙ୍ତନେ, ଆରି ଅନ୍ନିଙ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଗଙ୍ଲେ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିନେ ।”
22 While they were staying in Galilee Jesus said to them, “The Son of the Man is about to be betrayed into the hands of men,
ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋଞ୍ଜି ଗାଲିଲିଲୋଙନ୍ ଆର୍ରୁକ୍କୁଲଞ୍ଜି ଆଡିଡ୍, ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ମନ୍ରା ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆସିଲୋଙ୍ ସୋରୋପ୍ପାୟ୍ରୟ୍ତନେ ।
23 and they will kill Him, and on the third day He will be raised.” And they were seriously grieved.
ତି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ମନ୍ରା ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ରବ୍ବୁତଜି ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ଏର୍ତାଲୋଙ୍ ୟର୍ମେଙ୍ଲେ ଡୋତନେ ।” ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ ଅନିଃୟମ୍ଡାଏଞ୍ଜି ।
24 When they entered Capernaum those who collected the temple tax approached Peter and said, “Does your Teacher not pay the temple tax?”
ଜିସୁନ୍ ଡ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି କପର୍ନାଉମନ୍ ଆଜିର୍ରାଞଞ୍ଜି, ସରେବାସିଙନ୍ ଆ ପାନୁବେଡ୍ମର୍ଜି ପିତ୍ରନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଜିର୍ରେ ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ବରେଜି, “ଞନଙ୍ତିୟ୍ମର୍ବେନ୍ ସରେବାସିଙନ୍ ଆ ପାନୁ ଅଃତ୍ତିୟେ ପଙ୍?”
25 He says, “Yes.” So when they entered the house Jesus anticipated him saying: “Simon, what do you think? From whom do the kings of the earth take customs or poll tax, from their sons or from strangers?”
ପିତ୍ରନ୍ ଜାଲଙେନ୍, “ଓଓ, ତିୟ୍ତେ ।” ଆରି ପିତ୍ରନ୍ ଅସିଙନ୍ ଆଜିର୍ରାଞନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ ପିତ୍ରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, “ସିମନ୍ ଆମନ୍ ଇନି ଗାମ୍ତେ? ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ଆ ରାଜାଜି ଆନା ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ପାନୁନ୍ ଡ ସିସ୍ତୁନ୍ ପାଙ୍ତଜି? ଆ ଡେସାନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଅଡ଼େ ବଡେସାମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍?”
26 Peter says to Him, “From the strangers.” Jesus said to him: “Well then, the sons are free.
ପିତ୍ରନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, “ବଡେସାମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ।” ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, “ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆ ଡେସାନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ତ ଏଃତ୍ତିୟେଜି!
27 But, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And opening its mouth you will find a ‘stater’ [a coin]; take that and give it to them for me and you.”
ବନ୍ଡ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଅଃନ୍ନବ୍ ଗବ୍ରୟ୍ମଡ୍ବୋଜି, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ସମେଁୟ୍ଣ୍ଡ୍ରାନ୍ ଇୟ୍ଲେ ଅୟନ୍ ଇୟ୍ତୋର୍ବା, ଆରି ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ ଅଙ୍ଗା ଆୟ ଗତର୍ତେ, ତିଆତେ ଞମ୍ଲେ ଆ ତଅଡନ୍ ଏଉଜେନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ରୁପାଡାବନ୍ ଏଞାଙ୍ତେ, ତି ଆ ଡାବ୍ବୋ ପାଙ୍ଲେ ଞେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଡ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଆସନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ପାନୁନ୍ ଆୟ୍ ତିୟ୍ବାଜି ।”
