< Mark 15 >

1 As soon as it was early morning, having already formed a plan, the chief priests with the elders and scribes, indeed the whole council, bound Jesus, led Him away and handed Him over to Pilate.
Lyambape, bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila, na bha lukumbi bhowe bha Lukumbi Lukulu lwa Bhayaudi, na bhanangulungwa, na bhaajiganya bha Shalia ya a Musha, gubhapetenenje. Nigubhaatabhilenje a Yeshu, gubhaapelekenje kwa a Pilato.
2 Pilate asked Him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” So in answer He said to him, “You stated a fact!”
A Pilato gubhaabhushiye a Yeshu, “Bhuli mmwe A mpalume bha Bhayaudi?” A Yeshu gubhaajangwile, “Elo, malinga shinkubheleketa.”
3 But the chief priests kept accusing Him of many things.
Bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila, gubhaashitakiyenje a Yeshu kwa indu yaigwinji.
4 So Pilate asked Him again, saying: “Are you not going to answer? See how many things they are testifying against you!”
A Pilato gubhaabhushiye a Yeshu kabhili, “Bhuli nkaajangula shindu? Nnole indu yaigwinji ibhakunnugulangai.”
5 But Jesus still gave no answer, so that Pilate marveled.
Ikabheje a Yeshu bhangajangula shindu kabhili, a Pilato gubhakanganigwe.
6 Now at the feast he would release to them one prisoner, whomever they would request.
Mobha ga shikukuu, a Pilato bhashinkukola nkubho gwa kwaugulilanga bhandu nkutabhwa jumo, jubhakumpinganga.
7 Well there was one called Barabbas, who had been bound with his fellow insurrectionists, who in the insurrection had committed murder.
Penepo ashinkupagwa nkutabhwa jumo, ashemwaga a Bhalabha, atabhilwe pamo na ajakwenji kwa ligongo lya nnjasha yabhuleje bhandu.
8 Then the crowd began to call out and request that he do just as he always did for them.
Lugwinjili lwa bhandu gulwaajendelenje a Pilato, nikwaajuga bhaatendelanje malinga nkubho gwabho.
9 So Pilate answered them, saying, “Do you want me to release to you the king of the Jews?”
A Pilato gubhaabhushiyenje, “Bhuli nnipinganga ninng'ugulilanje A mpalume bha Bhayaudi?”
10 (He knew that the chief priests had handed Him over because of envy.)
Bhashinkubheleketa nneyo, pabha bhamumanyi kuti bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila, bhashikwaakamuyanga a Yeshu mmakono gabho, kwa ligongo lya lupimililo.
11 But the chief priests stirred up the crowd, so that he should release Barabbas to them instead.
Ikabheje bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila gubhaakwishiyenje bhandunji kuti, bhaajuganje a Pilato mbaya bhaaugulilanje a Bhalabha.
12 Pilate answered and said to them again, “What then do you want me to do to him you call ‘king of the Jews’?”
A Pilato gubhaabhushiyenje kabhili, “Bhai nkupinganga naatende nndi, bhene bhunkwaashemanga a mpalume bha Bhayaudi?”
13 Again they shouted, “Crucify him!”
Bhandu bhowe gubhautiyenje lilobhe bhalinkutinji, “Mwaakomele munshalabha!”
14 But Pilate said to them, “But what evil did he do?” They just yelled all the louder, “Crucify him!”
A Pilato gubhabhushiye, “Bhalebhile nndi?” Ikabheje bhandunji bhala gubhautiyenje lilobhe, “Mwaabhambe munshalabha!”
15 So Pilate, wanting to gratify the crowd, released Barabbas to them, and Jesus, after a flogging, he handed over to be crucified.
Bhai a Pilato nkupinga kulunonyeya lugwinjili lwa bhandu lula, gubhaaugulilenje a Bhalabha. Gubhalajile a Yeshu bhakomwe ibhoko, gubhaakamwiyenje bhaakomelanje munshalabha.
16 Then the soldiers led Him away into the courtyard (that is, the Praetorium) and assembled the whole garrison.
Nabhalabhonji bhalinda, gubhaapelekenje a Yeshu nkati lugwani, ku ndamo ja a mpalume kwashemwaga Plaitolio, gubhaashemilenje likundi lyowe lya bhalinda.
17 They clothed Him with purple, plaited a crown of thorns and put it on Him,
Gubhaawashiyenje a Yeshu lijoo lya nnangali, gubhaeleyenje ingwa ja mibha, gubhaawashienje muntwe.
18 and began to ‘acclaim’ Him by saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
Penepo gubhatandwibhenje kwaakomaya kwa mbenji bhalinkutinji, “Tunakunkomaya A mpalume bha Bhayaudi!”
19 They kept hitting Him on the head with a rod and spitting on Him, and kneeling down they would ‘worship’ Him.
Gubhaakomilenje na nnai muntwe, gubhaaunilenje mata, gubhaatindibhalilenje kwa mbenji.
20 When they had ridiculed Him, they took the purple off Him and put His own clothes on Him. Then they led Him out to crucify Him.
Bhakaatendelanjeje mbenji, gubhaaulilenje nngubho ja shambalau jila, nikwaawasha nngubho yabho, gubhaakopoyenje nikwaapeleka kunyenje shilambo, kukwaabhamba munshalabha.
21 A certain passer-by, Simon a Cyrenian (the father of Alexander and Rufus), coming in from the countryside, was compelled to carry His cross.
Bhandu bhamo bha ku Kilene, lina lyabho a Shimoni, ainabhabhonji a Alekishanda na a Lupo, bhatendaga pita mpanda bhalikoposhela kunngunda. Bhai gubhaashishilishiyenje kujamula nshalabha gwa a Yeshu.
22 They brought Him to a place Golgotha, which is translated, ‘Place of a Skull’.
Gubhaapelekenje a Yeshu mpaka pashemwaga Goligota, malombolelo gakwe, Shibhanga sha Ntwe.
23 They offered Him wine mixed with myrrh to drink, but He did not take it.
Gubhaapelenje divai jiengenywe na ntela gwa litindili ushemwa manemane, ikabheje bhangaposhela.
24 After crucifying Him, they divided His clothes by casting lots for them, to see who would take what.
Gubhaakomelenje munshalabha, gubhagebhenyenje nngubho yabho, gubhatendilenje shikoma, kuti gani shaapate jeneji.
25 It was the third hour when they crucified Him.
Bhai, pugaaliji malanga ga shaa tatu ja lyamba pubhaabhambilenje munshalabha.
26 The statement of His ‘crime’ that had been written was: THE KING OF THE JEWS.
Na gubhabhishilenje mmbila ja kwaalugula, jijandikwe kuti, “A MPALUME BHA BHAYAUDI.”
27 With Him they also crucified two bandits, one on His right and one on His left.
Pamo na a Yeshu, bhashikunkubhambwanga bhaapokonyola bhabhili, jumo kunkono gwabho gwa nnilo na juna kunkono nshinda.
28 So the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “And He was numbered with transgressors.”
Bhai penepo, gugamalile majandiko ga a Nnungu galugula kuti, “Gubhabhishilwe nkumbi gumo na bhaalebhanga.”
29 Those who passed by kept ridiculing Him, wagging their heads and saying, “Hey! You who can destroy the temple and build it in three days,
Bhai bhandunji bhapitanganaga gwene mpandago, nikwaabhonanga a Yeshu bhali bhabhambilwe munshalabha, gubhaatukenenje akuno bhalitikinyanga mitwe jabhonji bhalinkutinji, “Ayaga! Mmwe nkukombola kubhomola Liekalu nishenga lina kwa mobha gatatu!
30 save yourself and come down from the cross!”
Bhai nnaino mwitapule mmayene, ntulushe munshalabhamo!”
31 Similarly, the chief priests, with the scribes, kept mocking among themselves saying: “He saved others; he can't save himself!
Nneyo peyo bhakulungwanji bhaabhishila na bhaajiganya bha Shalia ya a Musha, gubhaatendelenje mbenji bhalibhalanjilananga, “Bhashitapula bhananji, ikabheje bhayene bhakaakombola kwiitapula!
32 Let the Christ, the king of Israel, descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe him.” Those who were crucified with Him insulted Him as well.
Nkali bhene bhakomelwenje mmishalabha pamo na a Yeshu bhala, gubhaatukenenje bhalinkutinji, a Kilishitu, A mpalume bha bha Ishilaeli, nnaino bhatulushe munshalabha tulole, tukulupalile.”
33 Now when the sixth hour had come [noon], darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour.
Tandubhila malanga ga shaa shita mpaka shaa tisha, lubhindu gulutotile shilambo showe.
34 At the ninth hour Jesus called out strongly, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lima sabachthani?” which is translated, “O God, my God, why have You forsaken me?”
Malanga ga shaa tisha, a Yeshu gubhautiye lilobhe bhalinkuti, “Eloi, Eloi, lama shabhakitani?” Malombolelo gakwe, “A Nnungu bhangu, a Nnungu bhangu, pakuti nshineka?”
35 When some of the bystanders heard it they said, “Listen, he's calling Elijah.”
Bhai bhandu bhananji bhajimengenenje penepo gubhashitenje, “Mpilikananje, bhanakwaashema a Eliya.”
36 Then someone ran, filled a sponge with wine vinegar, put it on a reed and started offering it to Him to drink, saying, “You let him be! ‘Let's see if Elijah is coming to take him down’!”
Mundu jumo gwabhutwishe kutola shiponji, nilobheka nnjashama, nitabhila munnai, nikwaapa a Yeshu bhayonde akuno alinkuti, “Nnekanje, tulole monaga shibhaishe a Eliya kukwatuluya munshalabha.”
37 Then Jesus gave a loud shout and breathed out His spirit;
Penepo a Yeshu gubhautiye lilobhe, gubhawile.
38 and the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
Bhai lipanshia likulungwa lya Nlikanisha gulipapwishe ikanje ibhili kuumila kunani mpaka pai.
39 Well when the centurion, who was standing opposite Him, saw that He breathed out His spirit after giving such a loud shout, he said, “This man really was God's Son!”
Bhai bhakulungwa bha manjola bhaajimi penepo bhalikwalolesheya a Yeshu, bhakabhoneje bhaliwa shana nneyo, gubhashite, “Kweli, abha bhandubha pubhaliji Bhana bhabho a Nnungu.”
40 There were also women looking on from a distance, among whom were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James the Less and of Joses, and Salome
Bhai bhashinkupagwanga bhanabhakongwe bhalolangaga bhalinginji kwataliya, munkumbi gwabhonji bhapali a Malia Magidalena, na a Malia anyinabhabhonji a Yakobho, apwabho a Yoshe, na a Shalome.
41 —they used to follow Him and minister to Him when He was in Galilee—and many other women who had come up with Him to Jerusalem.
Bhenebha ni bhalongenenje na a Yeshu ku Galilaya nibhaatumishilangaga, numbe bhapalinji bhanabhakongwe bhana bhabhagwinji, bhaikengenenje na a Yeshu ku Yelushalemu.
42 Now when evening had come, because it was Preparation Day (that is, the day before the Sabbath),
Ikaishileje ligulo, pabha pulyaaliji lyubha lya kolokoya indu ya Lyubha lya Pumulila.
43 Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent council member who also himself was waiting for the Kingdom of God, came and boldly went in to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.
A Yoshepu, bhandu bha ku Alimataya bha ishimika bha munkumbi gwa Bhalukumbi Lukulu lwa Bhayaudi, na bhalabho bhatenda lolela kuika kwa Upalume gwa a Nnungu. Bhai gubhailumile ntima, gubhaajendele a Pilato, gubhaajujile shiilu sha a Yeshu.
44 Well Pilate was surprised that He was already dead; and summoning the centurion he asked him when He had died.
Ikabheje a Pilato gubhakanganigwe bhakapilikaneje kuti a Yeshu bhawile. Bhai gubhaashemile bhakulungwa bha manjola bhala, gubhaabhushiye monaga a Yeshu bhawile.
45 Upon the centurion's confirmation he granted the body to Joseph.
A Pilato bhakapilikaneje kubhakulungwa bha manjola bhala kuti a Yeshu bhawile, gubhaapele a Yoshepu shiilu shila.
46 Having bought linen, he took Him down, wrapped Him in the linen and laid Him in a tomb that had been cut out of rock; then he rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.
Bhai a Yoshepu gubhaumile shanda ja nngubho ja alili, gubhatulwiye shiilu shila pai, gubhailijilile shanda. Gubhaashishile nnikabhuli lyaokwelwe nniganga likulungwa, gubhaingilishiye liganga likulungwa kuibhila pannango gwake.
47 Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses observed where He was placed.
Bhai numbe a Malia Magidalena, na a Malia anyinabhabho a Yoshe, gubhapaweninji pubhashishilwe a Yeshu.
