Colossians 3
1 Furthermore, since you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, sitting at God's right;
Ուրեմն, եթէ յարութիւն առիք Քրիստոսի հետ, փնտռեցէ՛ք այն բաները՝ որ վերն են, ուր Քրիստոս կը բազմի՝ Աստուծոյ աջ կողմը:
2 set your mind on the things above, not on those upon the earth,
Մտածեցէ՛ք վերի բաներուն մասին, ո՛չ թէ երկրի վրայ եղող բաներուն մասին.
3 because you died and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.
որովհետեւ դուք մեռաք, ու ձեր կեանքը պահուած է Քրիստոսի հետ՝ Աստուծոյ մէջ:
4 Whenever Christ, our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
Երբ Քրիստոս՝ մեր կեանքը՝ երեւնայ, այն ատեն դո՛ւք ալ փառքով պիտի երեւնաք՝ անոր հետ:
5 Therefore put to death your members that are on the earth: fornication, filthiness, passion, evil desire, and the greediness that is idolatry.
Ուրեմն մեռցուցէ՛ք ձեր երկրաւոր անդամները.- պոռնկութիւնը, անմաքրութիւնը, անսանձ կիրքը, չար ցանկութիւնը եւ ագահութիւնը, որ կռապաշտութիւն է:
6 Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of the disobedience,
Ասո՛նց համար Աստուծոյ բարկութիւնը կու գայ անհնազանդութեան որդիներուն վրայ,
7 in which things you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.
որոնց մէջ դո՛ւք ալ ժամանակին կ՚ընթանայիք, երբ կ՚ապրէիք անոնց մէջ:
8 But now you must also rid yourselves of all these—anger, rage, malice, slander, obscene speech—out of your mouth.
Բայց հիմա դո՛ւք ալ թօթափեցէ՛ք սա՛ ամէնը.- բարկութիւնը, զայրոյթը, չարամտութիւնը, հայհոյութիւնը, լիրբ խօսքերը՝ ձեր բերանէն:
9 Do not lie to one another, since you have taken off the old man with his practices
Մի՛ ստէք իրարու. հանեցէ՛ք ձեր վրայէն հին մարդը՝ իր գործերով,
10 and have put on the new one, who is being renewed into real knowledge according to the image of his Creator,
ու հագէ՛ք այն նորը, որ նորոգուած է գիտակցութեամբ՝ իր Արարիչին պատկերին համաձայն,
11 where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all and in all.
եւ որուն մէջ ո՛չ Յոյն կայ, ո՛չ ալ Հրեայ, թլփատութիւն կամ անթլփատութիւն, օտար, Սկիւթացի, ստրուկ կամ ազատ. հապա Քրիստոս է ամէն ինչ, եւ բոլորին մէջ:
12 Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, put on hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience;
Ուրեմն, որպէս Աստուծոյ ընտրեալներ՝ սուրբ ու սիրելի, հագէ՛ք գութը, կարեկցութիւնը, քաղցրութիւնը, խոնարհութիւնը, հեզութիւնը, համբերատարութիւնը,
13 bearing with one another and forgiving each other, if anyone should have a complaint against another—just as the Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
հանդուրժելով իրարու եւ ներելով իրարու՝ եթէ մէկը տրտունջ մը ունենայ միւսին դէմ. ինչպէս Քրիստոս ներեց ձեզի, նոյնպէս ալ դո՛ւք ներեցէք:
14 And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
Եւ այս բոլոր բաներուն վրայ՝ հագէ՛ք սէրը, որ կատարելութեան կապն է:
15 Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, into which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
Ձեր սիրտերուն մէջ թող հովանաւորէ Աստուծոյ խաղաղութիւնը, որուն ալ կանչուեցաք՝ մէկ մարմինով, ու շնորհակա՛լ եղէք:
16 Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing with grace in your heart to the Lord, with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs.
Քրիստոսի խօսքը ճոխութեա՛մբ թող բնակի ձեր մէջ, որպէսզի ամբողջ իմաստութեամբ սորվեցնէք իրարու եւ խրատէք զիրար՝ սաղմոսներով, օրհներգերով ու հոգեւոր երգերով, շնորհակալութեամբ երգելով Աստուծոյ՝ ձեր սիրտերուն մէջ:
17 Whatever you may do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Եւ ամէն ինչ որ կ՚ընէք, թէ՛ խօսքով եւ թէ գործով, ըրէ՛ք Տէր Յիսուսի անունով, շնորհակալ ըլլալով Աստուծմէ ու Հօրմէն՝ անոր միջոցով:
18 Wives, subordinate yourselves to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Կինե՛ր, հպատակեցէ՛ք ձեր ամուսիններուն, ինչպէս կը պատշաճի Տէրոջմով:
19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them.
Ամուսիննե՛ր, սիրեցէ՛ք ձեր կիները եւ մի՛ դառնանաք անոնց դէմ:
20 Children, obey your parents in everything, because this is well pleasing in the Lord.
Զաւակնե՛ր, հնազանդեցէ՛ք ձեր ծնողներուն ամէն բանի մէջ, որովհետեւ ա՛յդ է Տէրոջ հաճելին:
21 Fathers, do not provoke your children so that they lose heart.
Հայրե՛ր, մի՛ գրգռէք ձեր զաւակները, որպէսզի չվհատին:
22 Slaves, obey your masters (according to the flesh) in all things, not just when they are looking, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing God.
Ստրուկնե՛ր, հնազանդեցէ՛ք ձեր մարմնաւոր տէրերուն ամէն բանի մէջ. ո՛չ թէ աչքի առջեւ ծառայելով՝ մարդահաճոներու պէս, հապա՝ պարզամտութեամբ, Տէրոջմէ՛ն վախնալով:
23 And whatever you do, give it all you've got, as to the Lord and not to men,
Ի՛նչ որ կ՚ընէք՝ սրտա՛նց ըրէք, որպէս թէ Տէրոջ եւ ո՛չ թէ մարդոց,
24 knowing that it is from the Lord that you will receive the inheritance as a reward; because you serve the Lord Christ.
գիտնալով թէ Տէրոջմէ՛ն պիտի ստանաք ժառանգութեան հատուցումը, որովհետեւ Տէր Քրիստոսի՛ կը ծառայէք:
25 (But he who does wrong will be repaid for this wrong, and there is no favoritism.)
Բայց անիրաւը պիտի ստանայ իր անիրաւութեան պատիժը, եւ աչառութիւն չկայ:
